Tomorrow I will be fast forward time Kai and Dian are married and the queen had been sent away. Everyone knows Sabrina is the queen's daughter. Kai wants Gale and his sister to get married he is trying to get closer to Eden. Also, a civil war has started because of the queen's banishment and the villagers are asking for an heir.

Example of what I had in mind:
Five Months Later. Middle Winter.
- King Kai’Rorian and Dianthis have married, making her the new queen of Everdeen.
- The Queen Mother was banished three months ago after Gāliron found Princess Sabrina in the valley between Bazgeda and Evergreen. Her banishment started the Civil War against Kai’s rule about two months later, and people who support him are pressuring for an heir to solidify his position.
- A week before the Civil War actually started, Kai’Rorian told Meira and Gāliron he wants them to wed once spring comes around.
- King Kai’Rorian and Dianthis have married, making her the new queen of Everdeen.

Gale:
He’s gone through a lot. So much has happened at the castle, but even more in his home. Reiner became the Knight Commander but he still hates Gale because his position is higher. The knight is exhausted but there’s nothing he can do but fight through it. Physically, he’s the same. Mentally, he’s exhausted but he won’t admit it. Emotionally, he’s very wary and almost pained by the struggles happening around the people he loves.
Merina:
Merina felt hopeless when Kai got married, but she prays for his and Dianthis’ happiness. Albert revealed he’s known who she is since the beginning during the wedding after her expression towards the King was so clear. Physically, she is stronger because she is learning to fight alongside Gale’s younger sister. Mentally, she is stronger and she’s slowly gaining the courage to return to Bazgeda and face her fears. Emotionally, she is still heartbroken and she still loves the King, but she won’t let that stand in her way.

I just put Dianthis is the new queen. I know there’s usually a ritual to make someone Queen even if they’re already married to the King.
Is she still a princess after marrying him or did he make her queen during the time skip?
