She was completely exhausted since she didn't sleep but she just smiled and said, "Yeah I'm fine" she says still not looking at him she saw some passive animals that were in the forest. She started looking through her items once more but she really didn't have anything interesting. She looked up at him and she got the feeling that he was just going to show her where this hunting spot was and then leave and she just would brush it off like it was nothing. Can't get attached remember? She just continues looking around her at the world that was just a game and now she was stuck in it.

"When you think about it it's more than a game," said Jake out of no where. This all happened in 1 day...Being trapped in game seems horrible, which it is, but that's just it. Everyone still thinks it's a game but it isn't anymore and he just realized that. "It's not a game...This is for real. Kate I-- need to tell you something" he said, scratching the back of his head awkwardly.

Sera Genovese

Sera walked in a random street in the Town of Beginning. Everything, and everyone, has claimed down from earlier on. She didn't expect to get stuck in here, a virtual reality game. Her mind wondered to her parents and siblings. Maybe they were happy that she was gone. She got rid of the thought as soon as it came into her mind. She looked at the menu again and stared at the blank space that used to display the log out button. Sera signed softly before turning off the menu. The first thing she needs right now is some food and a place for her to stay. Other things can wait till later. Sera let out a small yawn then started looking for a place to stay.

"What is it?" She asks finally looking at him. He did have a point, it really wasn't a game. If you die in here, you die in real life. She continues walking with him, not really knowing what he wanted to tell her. She tried to think of what but nothing really came to mind. She quickly switched her swords from the beginning one to the one she just bought.

"Link start."

And just like that Jack was gone. Replaced by a game character, his mind no longer in the real world. He had become Petricus. The character had bounced from one game to the next in various forms but the ALfheim Online version was his favorite so far.

Rainbow Valley, Undine Territory

With dark, keen eyes Petricus looked around and found himself to be exactly where he had logged out: Atop a small plateau that had taken him the best part of an hour to ascend yesterday. But it was worth the time and effort. From the lofty height he could see the surrounding hills and fields for miles. He had traveled west for a while and was now planning on following the foothills into the mountains before heading north towards Spriggan territory. From the height of the plateau it would be dangerous for Petricus to jump down. His flight wouldn't last long enough to get him back on the ground and he would likely take some fall damage.

"Easy," Petricus commented to himself.

Tentatively he looked over the edge. It was a long way down. Deep breaths, ready, and go. He let himself slip over the precipice. But his descent was slowed when a set of blue, shining wings appeared on his back. The four wings spread wide and slowed his fall. Trying to cover as much distance as possible, he only slowed his descent and didn't attempt to actually fly. But his wings wouldn't stay out long enough. They had a limited time and he was nearly out. With a trail of blue dust the wings vanished and Petricus' fall was to resume it's deadly pace. But his feet met with the sheer cliff face. With the <<Wall Run>> skill he managed to stay on the wall and began making his way down at a full sprint. Almost there. Just a few more feet. And the skill ran out. Petricus kicked away from the wall, pushing himself into a tumble through the air and onto the ground. He managed to land, somehow, with both feet on the floor and rolled over upon contact.

"Nailed it."

A smiled spread across his face as he looked back up the cliff face and to the great height from which he had come down. It was a small achievement, if it was an achievement at all, but it still made him feel good. A single hit point had been damaged from the small fall at the end. Fortunately his roll had negated a little of the damage too. Though his time marveling at his physical prowess was short lived and Petricus was quickly eager to begin adventuring for the day.

- Kira went to her menu she wanted to check to see if she had some money she did but not enough for a place to stay she looked down at the menu and saw the log out botton was gone. ' what the heck' Kira said she wasn't startled she was just surprised.

Kira heard a bell and on the screen in Sao said "
all players come to the spawn area thare is a meeting" then a loud bell rang. @ everyone

Lyla Nali

I heard a bell ring and and say the announcement on the screen. I stood up startled and looked around. I brought out my menu. "This must be what the meeting is for... I guess they're have technical difficulties," I state slightly worried as I walk towards the spawn area.

((Time for a catch up post))

Uieko Miki It was another day, another link start, another enjoyable time in SAO. She had been playing the beta and was one of the most sly people at the time. She had worked up the money, reputation, and skill that she longed for so much in life. To her VRMMO's weren't a virtual playing field, they were another bit of her everyday life. Without SAO she realized she'd probably be just another boring kid living the same boring life every day. She was glad it didn't turn out that way. I am Uieko. Consult of the Shadow. I know everything from existing items and their stats, all the way to bosses and their individual skills, health totals, combined stats, and more than any infobroker this world has ever seen. Luckily I keep a few secrets even to myself. She was talking about her typical gear. It wasn't normal since it was unobtainable without very specific stats, or if you already knew how to obtain them in the first place.

Uieko checked her inventory upon starting the new, full version, of SAO. She looked in her inventory and she saw two swords, a basic short sword and her item she was able to transfer to her full account. Lazarus my faithful companion. Why don't we begin yes? Lazarus, Butcher of Shadows. It wasn't your normal unique sword, it's stats were equivalent to the highest caliber you can obtain at your level at all times. It was a special item that leveled up and improved stats as you leveled up. Not wasting any time she equipped it and the short sword and headed out toward the later parts of the first floor. She was there practically all day in fact. Until it happened.

Suddenly she had been transported to the town of beginnings square in the center of its layout. What the hell? Oh, the GM must be introducing us to the game. Seems fair enough. She listened at what he had to say and her usual confidence faltered for a moment. What!? We- We're stuck here!? That's impossible! Checking for herself she looked at the "Settings" category in her menu, that's where the log out button normally is. Except that it wasn't there. What? What is this guy's intentions? She listened further and noticed the mirror. "Mirror of truths". What? Taking it out she looked into it and as everyone else did she changed. To her actual appearance. This of all the things that happened didn't bug her at all. It simply changed a few of her physical body measurements from her avatar so she wasn't honestly bothered by it. That was the least of her worries.

Immediately as they were allowed to leave, and survive, she dashed for her previous location. She was already Lv.12 from the careful farming she had done. It's a good thing I was being careful. That could have ended real messy otherwise. It was time for her to start her career once more. Consult of the Shadow is back in business baby. Game on! She didn't stop, even when it became dark and night she kept running till she reached the town she had last visited. "Finally made it back here. I better get researching in the morning, not that I have much time till then anyway." She glanced at her clock and she was right, it was 3:26 AM she would only be able to sleep for a little less than two hours if she wanted to keep up her title as Consult of the Shadow. Give me a fucked up nightmare and I'll make it my elaborate dream of reality. After all this is my life, regardless of the conditions now.

Exactly at five in the morning Uieko got up and began her info search, she needed to find out all the possibly new stats and new items that were obtainable. I must be lucky to have gotten Lazarus when I did. While she thought about this she had gathered info from other infobrokers with her current stats and gathered enough info to do her own, more dangerous work. Let's see what the Boss has in store for us this time. That should be much more difficult given the GM's new rules.

I stared in fear. "N-no this can't be happening! It must be a dream..." I try to remove my self from the game but nothing works. I fall on the ground and stare at nothing. "The mirror of truth?" I take out the item but nothing changes except my hair is now it's true length. "What the flip?"

- Kira ran to the spawn area seeing Cardinal was new but she wasn't afraid. Caramel said to look in the inventory so she did. Kira found a mirror the title saying " mirror of truth." " what dose that mean? " Kira looked into the mirror a bright flash came upon and she was still the same just her irl self. She had her spawn gear on And her all her items from the inventory. Kira had bright blue eyes, black hair, a fair tone of skin. Kira stood in shock but she snapped out of it she could see other players in distress but she wanted to LISTIN to Cardinal.

"We--I should..." He couldn't say it. Just looking at her made him have some hope that this all wasn't pointless...Which is why he couldn't say it face to face. It'd be better if he left without anyone knowing, no one caring. Alone. "Here it is" said Jake, pointing to the grassland field in hopes to change the topic.

@ScarlettRose16

- soon the barrier went down and Kira went to a grass land and fell asleep by a tree she was just tired. She wasn't to concerned bout irl she just needed sleep.

I notice a girl with black hair who looked like she might know what was happening. I got up and walked over to her. "What's happening?" I ask.

She didn't want him too be hanged the subject but she had a feeling she knew what he was going to say. "You can leave, I'll be good from here." She says simply with a smile. She really didn't want to talk about him leaving but she knew it was inevitable.

@Veyd Sahvoz

- Kira stopped and looked at Lyla. " it looks like we have to beat Sao all 100 floors if u hit 0 hp u die in irl and in the game ur existence will be ceased ( stopped). Kira said she was fairly firm in her voice. I'm Kira what's ur name. @Anthem of Angels

"W-wahaa?" my eyes are wide. "I-I'm Lyla..." I sigh. "So what am I suppose to do? Isn't there safe villages or someplace like that? I'm not good at fighting! I only came here for the sights," I run my fingers through my hair worriedly.

Your gonna have to fight I'll teach ya and yes thare are safe zones for example the town of beginnings ur health won't go down thare. It's a safe zone I'll show ya and we can practice fighting with swords." Kira said kindly @Anthem of Angels

I give a hopeful smile. "Really! That would be wonderful," I take out my sword. "I'm not even sure how to properly hold it, let alone slay monsters with it..."

" I'm assuming it's your first day?" Well first of all your holding your sword wrong." Kira took out her black sword positioned her sword the right way. First of all if your a one handed sword user you will use 1 hand only and you will hold your sword like this. - Kira stood in a ready to fight stance.- if you use two hands your gonna use two hands and you will use both hands. I use 1 hand no shield. - Kira got into a two handed stance. You can choose your style of holding a sword. @Anthem of Angels

Lyla Nali

I try both poses and my sword nearly falls out of my hands. "It's kinda heavy... I guess I'm gonna have to get used to this." I put my sword back and sit down. "Why does such a pretty place have to end up so dark?" I sigh.

Uieko Miki Lv.15 It was rather easy to get to the boss room, but that could be just because she already knew the danger and basics of how to get to the boss room. Using her concealment magic she snuck in and took an inspection of the boss. It seemed he hadn't changed, though he had some minions around him, presumably elites, so she took note of that. Walking up with her still standard starting armor, but with her Lv. 15 Lazarus in hand she attacked the boss, she wasn't going to commit, but she needed more information, after all she was the most risk taking infobroker, hence the title. As she watched its movements and attack patterns she ended up using all of her potions and it took much longer than she had hoped. After a grueling hour or more she finally got it into the yellow just barely and retreated with a crystal at the ready. It simply went berserk and for a moment she thought she saw a different weapon. That was doubtful though, the bosses wouldn't do anything that drastic till the later floors like last time. Her stone finally activated as she retreated to her current town of operations.

Now that she had compiled enough data for her reputation to be noticed she put up a public forum labled "Consult of the Shadow: Floor 1 Boss Analysis" She recorded all the information she had gathered, excluding her false sighted weapon swapping, and posted it with extra information on how to contact her. It, being a public forum and everyone in panic at the time was sent to everyone on the floor, weather they chose to read it was up to them. Buisness has started for Uieko. "Back to the basics now, first off... new potion stock."

Rainbow Valley, Undine Territory. ALfheim Online.

He heard the bell, feint and far away. But Petricus didn't know what it meant until he spotted the notice in the UI. Then there was a blue light all around him and Petricus was teleported.

Town of Beginnings, Aincrad. Sword Art Online.

Once the light faded away he found himself in a courtyard, filled with bewildered and startled players. What was happening? Why had he been brought here? It must be a bug or glitch. His questions were answered soon enough. A red barrier covered the sky and cloaked man descended. For the most part Petricus listened in silence and only turned his attention away when going to look at the <<Mirror of Truth>> in his inventory. Just by looking into it he saw the same blue light surround him. When the light was gone he didn't see his avatar's reflection. But his own! Staring back at him in the mirror was himself, his real body and face. Then the mirror shattered in sparkling dust and was gone forever. So this was it. He was here, himself, trapped inside this game. Locked in the world of Sword Art Online.

Not wanting to waste time or get caught up in the panic, Petricus was quick to leave the courtyard once the barrier was gone. He rushed through the town in haste. The sooner he got away from the other players then the safer he would be. They would not only drain resources but other players could kill him now, for real, and he would die in real life.

Cardinal heard the bell and found her way out, she would be free of this guy who just stopped talking for awhile now.

" Well i am going to go to that meeting umm... yeah ... try to act more human if you will" She said before turning and leaving. The irony was there as an AI was telling a human to act human, by not asking things like how do i check my map or just stopping talking.

- Kira patted lyla - " I was in ur spot once I had a hard time holding my sword as well if you practice enough you will be able to fight I'll show ya. " Kira walked up to a wolf and hit the wolf hard the wolf was easy to kill for Kira but the wolf wasn't dead. Kira lost a few hp but not much.-
