This applies to standard Greys. There are also Brains and Hybrids which will differ. Hybrids have a few variations. There are mutants that are brutes, There are intelligent hybrids, that resemble large Greys with human features. Then there are the Sleepers, sent ahead to live on Earth that look like any other human. In 1955, medical science can't tell them apart from humans short of a careful autopsy.
