This applies to Human Grey hybrids. These are the Sleepers, sent ahead to live on Earth that look like any other human. In 1955, medical science can't tell them apart from humans short of a careful autopsy.

There are also Brains and hybridized Greys which will differ. There are mutants that are brutes. There are intelligent hybrids, that resemble large Greys with human features.
