The battle with the gang and Abnorms was sorta hard to follow, but I think it dun matter really, haha. Some of your bio isnt written in past tense, such as like when you put "Brian learns 4 things: ". It should be "Brian learned 4 things." There are a few instances like that, but it isnt too bad and doesnt matter a whole lot. His prosthetic arm is kinda weird, as it seems to be extremely crude, but thats up to you, lol.
Ultimately I dont see anything super wrong with it, so I think its good enough to accept!
Oh and generally, S ranks are pretty rare. I mean it might not seem like it, with the way the rp is gunna go. But S ranks are no where near as common as even A ranks, which arent as common as B ranks. C and B ranks tend to be the most common Abnorm type.
