Futuristic Cyberpunk Criminals

[The Jackal]

Rain readied his pistol and aimed it at the door as the low 'thump' of the elevator settling in place could be heard, the doors slid open and Rain fired at 2 body gaurds who had heard the 'thump'. Rain killed both of the gaurds before walking into the room and aiming at the mob boss who was glaring at the door.

Neon pointed her pistol as well moving her head to face Rain waiting for him to say or do something, managing to keep her trigger happy hand in check, not shooting the mob boss just yet.


 
Neon huffed trying to not to shoot him immediately. She was just eager to get out of there.

Rain had beat her to it and filled the body with 2 bullets before grabbing the limp mob boss by the neck and dragging him to the window. Smirking before heaving him through the window and down 30 floors. The body crashed into the ground followed by an array of screams and cries and already there were sirens in the distrance "Lets go" Rain said in a dark tone before heading back to the elevator and waiting for Neon.

Neon ran into the Elevator and pressed a button sending them down. "Just so you know, I'm putting a bullet in you when we get back to HQ!" She said breaking the long silence. She was still being her hot headed self.

Rain looked at her "Why ?" He asked in a lightened tone, he hadn't caught onto the joke yet if it was a joke.

Neon sighed. "I dunno...I guess I'd just be taking my anger out on you for no reason if I did." She said quietly. She then grew a small headache.

Rain looked at the door again as the elevator reached the lower floor, walking out of the elevator he stepped over the 2 previous bodies before heading for the stairs.

Neon followed him to the staircase. She ran down them pretty quickly and put her gun away in her jacket. They ran out and quickly made their way into the cutthroat.

Rain stopped infront of the Cutthroat and jumped it, starting it up and then waiting for Neon to get in.

Neon ran in and took her seat before taking off her mask. "Since we're close, we should probably go collect from the cannibals...y'know the regulars.." She could never remember their names so she would just refer to them as 'the cannibals'

Rain nodded as his mask plates slid back allowing him vision of the area infront of him, taking off and beginning on his way to 'the cannibals' place. A few minutes of flying and Rain touched down out front of 'the cannibals' place.

(Believe it or not I actually knew a cannibal once....we stopped being friends after one sleepover...needless to say, I did not stay the whole night...FUN FACT: Human tastes like pork...I've never eaten a human, I promise)


Neon ran out of the cutthroat with Rain by her side. Neon kocked on the door. The two were soon greeted by a young blonde girl around the age of ten or eleven. She also appeared to be mixed. "Who are you?"


Neon huffed glaring at the child. "Are your parents home?" She asked. The little girl nodded and ran off to get her parents. "Remember, don't piss them off and don't touch anything they give you unless it's cash." She said quietly to Rain.

Rain chuckled "Your doing the talking" He said before grinning and crossing his arms, Staring at the open door.

Neon shrugged. "Whatever. " a few minutes later an olive colored woman walked up to the door and smiled. "I was wondering when you'd be here." She took some money off of the table and handed it to Neon. Neon counted it to make sure they gave her everything they owe and nodded putting the money in her pocket. "See you next week." Neon said before walking off to the cutthroat.

Rain glanced at the women before turning to the Cutthroat and opening its cockpit, sliding into the seat and taking off.

Neon pinched her nose and leaned back in her seat after entering the Cutthroat. "I hate them so much..." She said quietly to no one in particular.


(On a side note I cried in public because of a MOVIE and now I will never show my face in public again......;-

Rain took off and pretended like he didn't hear what Neon said, Neon usually hated everyone and it was rare to be liked or even tolerated by her.

"Next up?" She asked without facing Rain. True she hated everyone and had undeniable trust issues with everyone she met, sometimes even Rain, but she had her reasons and gave zero fucks about who had a problem with it.

Rain tapped a few buttons on his left while speaking "Vandilising job... We're going to blow up some rich dudes car... Theres some explosives in the canister near the exit" He said before checking where this guys car should be.

Neon smirked. "Sounds like fun!" She cheered, her mood slightly going up. Don't get me wrong, she was still angry at everyone and everything, but just less angered. She got ready to stand up while eagerly waiting for the ship to land.

Rain smirked as the Cutthroat touched down and he jumped out, looking down at a small performance car that was parked next to a mansion "Cmon" He said as he crouched down and dropped from his perch.
