Futuristic Cyberpunk Criminals

Rain nodded "I call first punch if he has" He suggested before walking off to the large safehouse, staying silent the whole walk.

Neon knocked on the doors of the safehouse before them. She then stood there awaiting for someone to open the doors and let them get the two get their stuff back.

William was sitting back and reading a book when he heard the knock. He looked at the camera and saw that it was Rain and Neon, "About time you got back," he said as he let them in, "any longer and I was gonna start rummaging through your stuff"

"YOU WERE GONNA DO WHAT?!" Neon yelled in rage. She was a few minutes away from pulling out her pistol.

William shrugged, "I assumed you didn't want the gear back, or that you were dead or captured. Either way there would've been no point in letting it all go to waste"

"Next time try to contact the person who's stuff you're about to go through before you actually do it!" Neon said crossing her arms with rage written all over her.

William wanted to crack a joke, but decided against it. He enjoyed living and didn't want to stop living so soon. "Fine, I apologise. I only meant it as a joke"

Neon huffed and rolled her eyes. "It better have been..." She mumbled.

Rain couldn't help but chuckle at the little arguement the 2 were having "You sound like children" He commented before heading to the Cutthroat and opened it.

Neon rolled her eyes. "Yeah, yeah." She mumbled. Neon followed Rain to the cutthroat. "Let's just try to hurry this up." She growled. The argument put her in a bad mood..and was most likely going to stay like that for a while.

Rain stood back as the small walkway slid down from the Cutthroat and landed on the ground with a low 'thud'. Walking into the large interior of the Cutthroat Rain walked over to his duffel bag that he had packed his Exo-suit and armor in, picking it up before opening to to check for anything that William might have snuck out and sold for a substansial sum. Finding nothing of value stolen Rain headed for the walkway again and nodded to William "We'll be in touch" He said while raising his voice alittle of the engines that were heating up.

Neon darted up the walkway eager to leave. She leaned against a wall and waited for Rain to return so that they could leave.

Rain looked up at the hangar doors "Open them will yah !" He yelled over the now roaring engines that wer kicking up dust and dirt everywhere.

Neon huffed. When William opened the hangar doors she took a seat next to a window. She always took window seats, it wasn't anything unusual.

William tapped into their Comms to tell them something, "Try not to fly too suspiciously. The police may have given up the search, but that doesn't mean they're stupid. Good luck, and come back any time."

Rain nodded before raising the ship through the opening hatch "See you later" He said back through the comm before the ship began flying a cruising speed across the city.

"Next stop?" She asked Rain. She had a growl in her voice that just simply spelled pure anger.

Rain looked over his shoulder "Mob boss assassination... Gear up" He said back before speeding up a little.

Neon nodded before getting out of her seat. "You have any ammo to spare in here?" She asked taking her pistol out.

Rain shook his head "No... Sorry" He replied before landing on a roof and jumping out of the Cutthroat. Surveying the area below him he tapped something on his wristpad before turning back to the Cutthroat and suiting up. Leaving the Cutthroat once ready he looked at Neon and nodded "Follow me" He said through his mask which amplified his voice into a more sinister menacing tone.

Neon jumped up and followed close behind Rain. She never left home without it, so she took her mask out of her pocket and put it on and tighteng her grip on her pistol. (basically it's like a small horn looking thing that becomes her mask when she puts it on)

Rain began jumping between buildings until he stopped infront of a large sky scraper "Pent house" He said through his mask before dropping to the ground and walking around back "Hope you brought your running shoes" He chuckled before kicking the door down and entering the large stairwell.

Neon chuckled before entering the stairwell and sped up in front of Rain. Her trigger finger just itching to reach the target and get this over with. She sighed tighteng her grip on her gun once more. She was fired up and trigger happy all at once.

Rain took the stairs 2 at a time and soon enough they were on the floor below the penthouse "Okay... We're gonna have to use the elevator for the last floor" He said as he barged through the door and aimed at one of the security guards that stood infront of the elevator, firing 3 shots into his head before barging into the second security gaurd and then finishing him off with his pistol. Picking up the gaurds keycard he scanned it into the elevator and waited.

Neon waited and stayed silent. The elevator door opened before they knew it and they walked in. Empty, well that just made their jobs easier! Before she pressed any buttons, Neon checked for security cameras. There was one in the top back right corner of the room. She quickly shot at it putting two bullets into the camera, breaking it. She then pressed the button that would take them to the penthouse.
