She just looked at her cousin as she just nodded” today is my first day too” she say trying to sound happy so her cousin or the boy to worry about her she just wasn’t sure what her schedule will be like” Del can we get ice cream after school with him to show him around the town” she say as she had her headphones around her neck to help calm her down a bit” what your name” she asked the boy trying to be happy Charcoal_Lilly50 Charcoal_Lilly50 Coyote Coyote

Christian let out a sigh of relief. “Phew,” he said, chuckling nervously. “Nice to meet you Delta,” he said, shaking the girl’s hand. He tucked his map into his pocket. He was planning on taking a rest anyway. All the map reading was actually starting to give him a headache. Christian’s eyes lit up when Delta offered to show him around however and he flashed a beaming smile. “Oh plllleeeeeeaaasssseeeeee would you really do that?” he exclaimed, excitingly. “You have no idea, I’ve been walking around all day with this confusing map, and I had no idea where I was, and I got everything backwards, I didn’t even know which was up and which way was down and I just figured out that the library was supposed to be over there and now I’m rambling and I’m so sorry,” he let an exacerbated sigh, running his fingers through the blonde locks in his hair, messing it up a little. Christian looked up at the girls again and realized that the much shyer girl had introduced herself. “Oh- um... hi Isabelle, nice to meetcha! My name is Christian,” he said, giving a glance at both of them now that he realized this was the first time giving his name out too. He shook Isabelle’s hand gingerly and offered a warm smile. Kale could hear students now going about their business in the hallways, which put them at ease. They were almost worried they had prepared on an off day or something. Kale stood up and walked over to the chalk board as they thought of what today's lesson could be about. "Maybe..." A piece of chalk formed in their hand. They wrote 'Vocab' in large perfect letters. "Yeah that's a good start." They nodded. Kale turned around and stood there, watching the door for snyone who might be coming in soon.

She just looked at him as she nodded” um nice to meet you Christian she just still looked s bit sad but tried to be happy” what do you like to do me I love music so I play the piano music it calms me down” she say as she just looked at her cousin” your actually the first person I met besides my cousin here” she told her looking around” it’s a big school” she say looking up at the building

Listening to Christian speak made her smile as she gazed at him. When he noticed his rambling, Delta chuckled softly, "No need to apologize Chris. I am more than happy to show you around." Adjusting the strap of her bag as it sat on her shoulder, the brunette slowly looked the boy over. Her way of getting a feel for him and to be able to recognize him better should they have any classes together and such.

Turning her head to look at Isabelle she smiled, and gave a small nod. "Well since class is going to be starting soon, what is the first class you have for today, Chris? I'll be more than happy to accompany you, and I'm sure Izzy won't mind it too much," Delta commented before asking, "Is that alright, Izz?" Blue orbs glanced between the two as they stood, waiting for an answer quietly.

Christian chuckled nervously as Delta tried to put him at ease. He looked at Isabelle. “Me..? Um...” Christian thought for a moment. His train of thought got interrupted for a moment, however, when he realized Isabelle seemed off. Sad maybe? Whatever it was, Christian felt stupid for not noticing earlier. His fingertips turned a charcoal black, as if coal dust had gathered on them. “Well I like doing this,” he said with a smile as he held up his hands, keeping his fingers just a few inches from each other. On his right hand were the fingers of Lok, the demon of electricity and on the left were the fingers of Taran, the demon of fire. Christian concentrated for a moment to combine the fire with electricity and... *pop pop pop* sparks began to crackle like a miniature firework show, tiny wisps of fire zipping around his hands then exploding in a bite sized combustion. Christian looked at Isabelle with a smile, hoping it would make her smile too. Suddenly a deep, scratchy voice echoed. “Really... this is what you woke me up for?” Taran spoke, the voice having no clear source. A second, lighter smoother voice spoke as well. “That girl mentioned ice cream. That’s sugary right?” Lok asked. Christian refused to answer and swiftly put his hands by his side, his fingers back to normal. His eyes were wide and he was in a state of shock. Why oh why did they talk. On the first day too! Things couldn’t be worse... Then she mentioned classes. “Oh..uh- yeah that- that’s right,” he said, checking his watch for the time, his face red with embarrassment. That wasn’t supposed to happen. That wasn’t supposed to happen, ughhhh. Christian pulled out a small slip of paper from his pocket. “I wrote down the room numbers for my classes but I forget what subjects they were,” he said, opening it up, pretending as if nothing happened but inevitably doing a bad job of hiding it. “Looks like I’m over... um...” Christian froze, realizing that he had no idea where his classes were either. Room numbers were an alien language to him. “Hehe...” he stammered, taking the moment to inch his way next to Delta so that she might help him out. Blue eyes widened in wonder as she watched Christian's fingers turn black, and sparks started popping from them. "My, that's unique trick you have there," the young woman murmured softly as she watched. But when the voices spoke, her pupils shrunk. Turning her head a bit, Del looked around. Though, it seemed that there wasn't anyone else around capable of speaking in such tone as the first voice. The second didn't seem to have been made by anyone else around as well. "That was, peculiar," she stated in a bit of confusion.

At seeing the blonde move closer to her, she lightened up. Allowing her confusion to make room in the back of her mind for the time being. "Here, let me see," reaching over she gently took the paper from the boy. Turning it so that she was able to read it better. Gazing at the paper, Delta smiled gently, "Ah, I know where you are headed. I'll take you there after I get Isabelle situated first. Just make sure to stick with me, I would hate for you to get lost." Delta handed Christian back his slip of paper before looking between him and her cousin.

"Let's go, shall we?" With a smile, the brunette began to lead the way.

“I guess that there is nothing I can do about your feelings....thank you for showing me a good time at least” Misako tightened her hold on Seria a bit, her ears staying down. With her face still against Seria’s back she started to cry silently, trying to not let her see.

Kiba got hit by a snowball and faked dying. “No! Why! I thought you loved me?” Kiba teased as she fell onto her knees holding her chest, reaching out trying not to laugh as she fell onto her face and twitched. Falling still for a few moments waiting for Karumi to get closer to her.

Seria sighed as she could feel crying being pressed up into her back. She spoke again as she continued to drive. "Hey, I know that you like me that way, but is it really true? You're not just being hyped about a new person or a crush? You don't even know if I'm truly the right one for you, and nor I you. Don't beat yourself up over a little rejection. Also we can still be friend like geez, you're really beating yourself up here. There are more people out there. I may not be the only one to start a fire in your heart." Seria soon arrived at her home in the drive way. She got off and looked at Misako before smiling slightly. "You want me to take you home or do you want to spend the night here?"

Christian was just glad no one brought attention to the demons that spoke just now. He smiled, relaxing his shoulders and shaking off his tension. Del offered to walk with him to class which was awfully nice of her considering how much of a handful he tended to be to others. He nodded when Isabelle and Delta suggested to start walking to class. “I think your teachers would, and if they don’t, it’s because they’re bad teachers, haha,” Christian said jokingly at Isabelle’s question. He waited a moment so that he could follow Delta’s lead. Texangamer Texangamer Charcoal_Lilly50 Charcoal_Lilly50

"As long as you do your work and pay attention in class you teachers should have no issues with them," Delta pointed out calmly to her cousin. Though when asked about what class she had this morning she smiled, "I actually have class with Christian this morning." Glancing over at the boy she chuckled softly, "I hope you'll feel calmer now knowing that you'll have a friend in class. It normally puts others at ease when they see a familiar face among the masses."

After a while of walking, Del saw the door to the English room that Isabelle was taking. "There is your classroom," she told the girl gently, "Don't worry about it too much. Take a deep, calming breathe and you'll be just fine. If you need help just text me, and I'll come running." Reaching a hand out, Delta placed it on her cousin's head. Giving Izzy a small pat before allowing her hand to fall to her side.

She just looked at her cousin" okay i see you later Del and okay if i have any trouble i text you" she say as she looked at the classroom as she decided to walk in she was a little sad that she didn't have her class with the only people she knows as she saw the teacher she had to have the teacher to sign off that she was there since she was new" um am i late i'm new here i just got transferred from my last school i'm staying with my cousin since the accident" she say to the teacher as she was nervous about the class" this is english class right" she asked Tetro Tetro

Christian walked with Delta and Izzy until they reached Isabelle’s classroom. “You bet,” he said with a lighthearted laugh at Delta’s remark. “I’ll sit next to you to be sure I don’t lose track of what we need to do. I’m from out of town so I’ve been confused with enough already,” he said with a chuckle, scratching the back of his head. “Good luck Isabelle!” he exclaimed, waving a hand at her. Christian waited until Delta and he were walking towards their class before making some conversation. “So how do you and Izzy know each other?” Charcoal_Lilly50 Charcoal_Lilly50

Kale was smiling softly as students came in, some talking, others just minding their own business. One student in particular spoke specifically to them. "My... Um, yes this is English. You are right on time actually." They were taken aback by the girl's poor English. "You can sit here." They walked over to one of the front desks and pulled out a chair for her. "Alright everyone settle down now, class is going to begin." They spoke out as they returned to the front by their writing on the board. "My name is Kale. Now, I have no gender, but because I look like my mother, you can all just call me ma'am while we are in the class, and Ms. K outside of class." They got their introduction out of the way. "Today we are going to go over vocabulary and sentence structure whilst speaking." Kale had begun writing on the chalk board while they explained what they would be doing in class. "We were supposed to read a book involving a German and Jewish child becoming best friends, but that has nothing to do with actual English. I've heard how some people around here speak and it is abhorrent. So we are going off the books in this class."

She just looked at her teacher as she smiled taking her sit she didn’t know why she had to sit in the front but she just listened to her teacher she didn’t know anyone in the class she was pretty lonely no friends the only person she knew was her cousin but she’s in a different class room orgnally she’s from Japan she moved to Seattle for new beginnings but everything changed when her parents were killed she looked at the board she knows her English wasn’t very good

The boy's question caused the water manipulator to chuckle, "Why, she's my cousin. It's only natural for us to know one another." When her chuckling ceased, the only indication left of any laughter was her smile. Though remembering about what he said beforehand about sitting next to her, she gave a small nod. "That's fine with me. I'm more than happy to help you. But if you get confused about girls, I may be of little assistance," at the end of her sentence she gave a playful wink and snicker. "I'm just teasing you."
"But tell me about yourself Christian, I'm rather curious about you," Delta said as she smiled at him in friendly manner.

Christian nodded. "That's awesome, that you guys are cousins. My family is pretty small, just my mom and pops back at home," he said, a small chuckle at the end. Then Del brought up girls, throwing a little tease at him. Christian blushed hard, his cheeks burning up even though he was trying really hard not to let it show. It was embarrassing to look innocent, or oblivious. He wasn't bad around girls, right? He was just... nervous around them. He was nervous around his parents too. Christian looked at Del, noticing her blue eyes for the first time. He managed a smile. She was cute but... Christian already knew he might find himself in a scenario where he ended up crushing on a girl. He put those thoughts to the back of his mind and distracted himself. "Well, um... as far as my powers go... I'm a bit of a poly user. I got some powers from my mom, some from my dad and wala!" Christian held up his hand before it turned invisible, like countless mirrors reflecting the light that tried to find where his hand went. This was the hand of Payn, the deceptor. It was all a lie, obviously. The whole I-got-it-from-my-parents story. His parent's powers were completely different from his but it made for an easy cover up that avoided the whole demons explanation. Christian smiled, making his hand reappear than turn to a charcoal black. Blue static occasionally zipped around his hand before disappearing just as quickly as it appeared. Christian then poked Del jokingly, giving her a tiny shock before laughing. "What about you? What's a day like in the life of Delta?" he asked with a friendly grin. She really was easy to talk to. Charcoal_Lilly50 Charcoal_Lilly50

"A poly user? Well, that's an interesting fact. Some of the non-human students are usually the ones that have more than one ability due to their race. But then again, there are those like me who have one label to their power, but are able to use it in different forms." When his hand seemingly vanished her eyes widened in surprise, and a gasp was soon followed. The deception had done as intended. Seeing his hand reappear, Delta loosened up a bit and smiled softly. Though when she noticed it turn charcoal in hue she raised a brow out of confusion. That was until she caught glimpse of the blue electricity. Feeling the tiny shock, Delta jumped a bit. Though she soon laughed with him, "Remind me to not use my powers when you do that. It might not end too well."

Christian raised an eyebrow. “Let me guess... water,” he said with a questioning smile. Christian held his hands out like a dad who just told a bad pun. “And yeah, I get that a lot. My parents tried to see if maybe down the line we had mixed blood but we came up empty handed. It’s a mystery to us haha,” Christian said, trying to roll with his story. Hopefully it was believable enough for Del. It would really suck if the first friend he made blew him off cause she thought his demons were creepy, or unnerving. Christian put on a convincing smile. This came to him easy after having hid his real powers for so long. Charcoal_Lilly50 Charcoal_Lilly50

Seria soon arrived at her home in the drive way. She got off and looked at Misako before smiling slightly. "You want me to take you home or do you want to spend the night here?"
“It may be night here but we have class starting soon back at the school....” standing up as she got off the bike “Hey if anything were to happen to me could you keep Karumi safe? She calls me mom but....I didn’t give birth to her...unlike the other hybrids she was created from my and another’s dna...” getting light headed she fell to one knee holding her chest. Smiling as tears filled her eyes again, she stood up hearing what was going on over a mile away “goodbye Seria” Misako put on a big smile as a .50 cal rifle discharged from over a mile away, the round tearing through Misako’s chest splattering her blood and bits of lung onto the ground. Falling to the ground, a smile on her face still.

Reaching up quickly she grabbed Karumi’s leg. “Bury me will you!” She exclaimed as she pulled Karumi into the snow and pinned her down, growling as her tail wagged rapidly. Leaning down Kiba acted as if she were going to eat Karumi’s ears then started to clean them. “Don’t move you didn’t wash them last night!”

As an answer to his question, Delta gave a small nod, "My mother use to tell that was why my eyes are as blue as they are. I have the ability to manipulate water at my will, and even control it in its two other states. Which is as gas and ice. As long as H2O is a component, I'm able to control it." Though unlike Christian, the brunette didn't really feel a wanting to or need to show off her powers at the moment. It was much more interesting to speak to him and learn that way. But that thought from earlier manage to find its way back into her conscious mind. "Chris, did you hear those voices earlier when you were trying to cheer Izz up," Del asked rather curious to if he heard them as well. Or if she herself were going a bit mad.

Christian beamed. “That’s awesome! That explains your eyes a lot that’s for sure haha,” he said. Suddenly, his mood withered like a time lapse of a dying flower when she mentioned the voices. The demon voices. “Uh- what voices? Must’ve been someone messing with the speaker system at school, hehe, people are kinda crazy with their pranks sometimes am I right?” Christian said, clearly scatterbrained and scavenging for the best possible excuse to let Delta forget the voices even spoke in the first place.
