Fantasy Crimson Streets

It seems more to me that the RP has died off and you're clinging to an empty shell, @Dragongal. If it continues again, I'll continue.


My job and college (first week woes) have kept me occupied these past two weeks. I'm still sorting a few things out with a couple servers.

I intend to stay with this so long as it lives. As people have resumed posting, I shall ask to be allowed to continue.


Might I be given a chance to continue playing as Sir Isaac with you all?

I realize the characters we have aren't the most chatty. SO, I suggest a time-skip to just outside the residency that we will be attacking. If anyone has any problems with the plan, speak up now.


Because I know there was some miscommunication: AS IT STANDS, THE PLAN YOU ALL MADE is going to go: Alexi will sneak into the office on the second floor before anyone else. Then Syrann+Kattl, Isaac, and Polaris will distract the attention of the guards and the main enemy. Inanis will stay to the back a bit, to target any long-range attackers. Isaac will shock the main attacker while Inanis, Polaris, and Syrann keep the 3 guards occupied.


REMEMBER: TRY TO BRING THE TARGET BACK ALIVE. IF THE TARGET DROPS THE STONE AND A GUARD GETS IT, THEY WILL THEN GET THE ABILITIES.

IF EVERYONE THINKS WE SHOULD WAIT A WEEK, SINCE MANY PEOPLE ARE STARTING SCHOOL AT THIS TIME, POST SUCH ON HERE.
 
I'm fine with whatever, though if others are busy it might be best to take a little break so we won't get ahead with three of the five people :/

Alrighty guys, I realize that was more than a week, but a lot of stuff came up with the new semester, and it is entirely my fault that this break went on so long. I hope you guys are still up for this, as I've come up with a lot of cool, new ideas for this RP during the break time. If we can make it past the first battle, I even have someone signed up to join. I may look for another person too, if you guys think our roster needs more players.


Also, as the battles are going to begin, I'm making this more of a casual RP. Feel free to make posts as long as you like, but know that extremely long posts aren't necessary. Posting order will be put into effect during battle, unless your character is directly affected. So, ex: enemy 1 hits player 3. However, it's player 1's turn to post. Player 3 may make a post, as they were the one directly affected. After that, though, player 1 must post. ENEMIES may post any time they wish, as they are responding to all of the characters.


I trust y'all to use your judgment and good taste in this matter of post-order, if I see any problems, I'll just ask you to change it a bit.


So, y'all ready for that time-skip?!
 
Don't forget to tell everyone you've been active in two other roleplays for the duration of these three weeks of absence, Dragongal. I'm sure everyone likes to know that the rules only apply when the one enforcing them feels like it.

The moment I get Foggy Mountain breakdown opening down, I'll post, I think I'll know exactly how to make this work by then, and we'll have enough responses by then. I still haven't heard from Stoicist and Knight of Shadows.

Yeah, I've been active in other roleplays. Those posts take me all of ten minutes to write, I can do those between assignments. And I was kind of waiting for the Character Competition to be over so Unwavering Knight would be free to post at his leisure.
 
You easily could've written a ten-minute (or even a half-minute) post explaining that you would be waiting. But you didn't. For three weeks.


You broke your rule three times over, and nobody else attempted to continue the game, leading to everyone breaking the rule EXCEPT Unwavering Knight. Why did they break it? For the same reason I broke it: the game looked as dead as that mosquito I just crushed.
 
Also, Elvengarda is in one of the roleplays I've been active in. I haven't been keeping it a secret. I've always been open for PMs, and I was getting PMed by players, and replying. I've kept contact open through PMs.

Look, I don't have to justify myself to you just because you're irked about an RP you're not even in anymore.
 
You're going about this all wrong, @Dragongal. You're resorting to ad hominem. How does that make the other players feel about future discussions?


You'll find I'm not pessimistic. I'm a realist, and I consider my point of view to be as neutral as possible. I'm not irked about this; instead, I'm worried that the players may be wasting the limited time they spend on their hobby by giving it to your game, which has now fizzled twice. Your selective application of the rules is a common trait in tyrant GMs. The players may end up on eggshells hoping not to be removed from this wonderfully constructed RP (all credit to @HighnessesReign of course).
 
Look, Callsign, I've already gotten PMs advising me to stop replying to you. You're making a problem out of NOTHING. You're yet again making the atmosphere tense and argumentative.


I feel inclined to tell you that, besides your lack of response, you were also kicked because you were making the atmosphere in the OCC very tense, and I actually asked some of them if they thought it fair that I kicked you off, and they said I should, or that I should have done it sooner.


I am obligated to tell you that any more posts you make will be deleted.


All of the players know that if they have ANY problem, they can always PM me or tag me OCC and we'll work it out.

You have no authority here, the RP is her's, and all you are doing is showing everyone else you're an ass who can't take his loss.

The only one we've not heard from is @TheStoicist, so I think we'll start this rolling. Knight of Shadows will go first, as his character is supposed to be going ahead, then I'll post, Unwavering Knight, then Elvengarda, then the Stoicist. Sound good to everyone? Any questions?
 
So, Stoicist isn't on RPN anymore. We'll say we his character disappeared in the Second Stein.

we still got 2 heavy hitters and 2 sneaky people, and hopefully by the second gem we'll have some others joining
