Shortly, a young girl, one likely a couple years junior to Niya, with short, straight, black hair and sharp, dark eyes emerged from an upper floor in the house. Her gaze instantly gravitated to Niya, the oddly earnest expression she wore made it seem more like a glare.
"Another one...?" She sighed in a wry irritation, then glanced around the foyer, "Did he leave? Guess I'll have to show you around, everyone else is busy." She began to walk deeper into the house without bothering to check if Niya followed, mumbling to herself, "How annoying..."

Rin raised a eye brow at Theas barrage of questions although he did recall most of what he said and decided to answer every one he heard without much hesitation.
"The effects last until the person either calms down or kills someone although when they calm down its usually after inflecting a lot of pain on someone, The potion is not permanent it only last for a year if you drink the whole bottle, The potion requires quite a few ingredients like a Black Lotus Pellet, Rue, Rosemary, a pinch of Deviance Oil and quite a few others and if i said them all it would probably take a bit of time as for how i made it took lots of Research, Creativity, Luck and Analysis "
Rin then exhaled his breath apparently thea didn't show that much of reaction for him to contemplate on what she thought of it but considering he still has her interest she is either reserving judgement or is actually interested in finding a solution to it.

A girl who seemed younger than Niya came out. She glared at Niya, said something along the lines of: "Welp gotta show you around dammit" and walked further inward without much care towards Niya. By the looks of it, Quertey collected a lot of children. She'd probably leave as soon as she could. Niya couldn't possibly imagine someone like this girl to actually like someone like the Professor. Niya, for the sake of not letting this girl dislike her more than she seemed to, followed without saying much, taking in the place as she went. In her head, she went over possible questions she could ask without sounding annoying.

"What kind of magic do you study?"

That sounded... decent.

"I haven't chosen a specialization yet." The young girl said, stopping at the house's kitchen, "I've been told it's a lot better if you learn a little of everything before deciding what to concentrate on." She said with a shrug, rummaging through the cabinets to find something to eat. "But it's annoying," she muttered, "There's a lot to learn and memorize." She decided on a small loaf of bread and some cured meat then turned her attention back to Niya, showing her the fingers on her right hand, stained black with ink. "I've been spending a lot of time practicing." Although she took the opprotunity to be braggidocious, her voice and expression remained completely flat. "Anyway, I'll show you the dorms." She said, climbing up the spiral staircaise. Along the stairs were nooks where the rooms were contained, each one was split in two parts, one slightly elevated over the other. The living quarters had two levels, on the lower, each had a large desk facing the wall. On a platform above the desk, the bed and other such things were situated. On the inner side of the room, short sets of stairs led to the upper level of the rooms and a large window illuminated the room with the afternoon sunlight.

Niya felt a small rush of excitement. Right, here in this new coven, she could choose what she wanted to do! Oh, the delicious freedom! Niya could learn everything under the sun now. Everything! The girl (what was her name?) took some food and showed her an inkstained hand, saying something about practicing a lot in a voice flatter than paper. She proceeded to lead Niya to the dorms, which were larger than what she expected. Niya expected a few rooms with a bunch of bunk beds, not an inn. She then remembered: the test. Would she even pass that?

“I doubt there’s any purpose in showing me around yet,” Niya said to the girl. “I don’t know for sure if I’m staying here anyways. Would you just show me where to wait for Quertey, please?”
