Fandom Corpse Party: Stuff of Nightmares

Akihiro raised a eyebrow. "Then why aren't you glowing? I'm no expert in the paranormal. But these other spirits were glowing. That doesn't make sense."

Naho was beginning to look quite annoyed at the constant questioning.

"I am unsure of why I appear to be different." Naho said, "But not all spirits glow, you must understand this. We do not all appear the same. Believe me, I am a spiritual medium. I have communicated with many spirits prior to my time here at Heavenly Host. Spirits take many forms."

"She's right." Ako nodded, smiling, "I've read all about it on her blog. I am so glad to meet you Miss Saenoki. It's a shame it was under such unfortunate circumstances."

Akihiro nodded. He didn't question the two, they know way more about spirits then he does. "I guess that makes sense. Thank you Miss Saenoki. That helped out a little actually."

"You're welcome. I'm glad my wide range of knowledge could be of use to you." Naho said, "The last human I spoke to was most rude. He seemed to ignore most of what I was saying. He's dead now." On that cheery note, she vanished into thin air.

"We actually met Naho Saenoki!" Ako said, smiling, "She was even more amazing in real life. I wish she'd explained why we got trapped here, though. Or told us which direction to head in at least. Where to next, Akihiro?"

Akihiro thought about it. He looked around. "Let's look around the first floor first. The key can't be too far away."

"What are you talking abou-" Stopping in her tracks as she noticed the gaping hole in front of them. Holy shit she'd almost walked right into that. How did she not noticed that thing? Gasping exasperatedly she looked around for another route to take "Do you see any way around this? Or should we find another way?" Her voice shaking slightly, this place was starting to get to her.

"Okay. Maybe we'll find something useful." Ako said, "At this point in time, I'd really like either a baseball bat or something to ward off spirits." She began down the corridor, looking around as she went. She didn't see any creepy ghost children yet. She was glad she'd met Naho, the girl was truly wonderful- definitely, Ako's idol, even if she was dead.

Akihiro kept looking around. Then he heard another set of foot steps, heavy foot steps. Akihiro stopped. "You hear that?" He whispered.

"Again." Ako whispered, "I wish I had a baseball bat." She grabbed Akihiro by his shirt and dragged him into the nearest classroom.

"Should we hide?" she hissed. Judging by their footsteps, she did not want to meet this person. Whoever it was just sounded terrifying.

Yuina nodded in agreement and began closely following Shikyo. They ascended the old stairs warily, watching out for the occasional hole in the floorboards. On the landing between the two floors, Yuina noticed something strange. In the far corner sat a candle, lit, as if someone had decided they needed light not too long ago. She inspected it. "That's weird. This candle looks fairly new, as if someone lit it up just a few moments ago."

Akihiro nodded. "Yes." He whispered. The heavy foot steps were getting close now. Akihiro looked around and pulled her to the teachers desk. "Hide hide."

"Stupid Sachiko charm..." Ako muttered, ducking under the desk. She hit her head and cursed silently. It really hurt. She prayed that she wasn't going to die right now. She was too young to die. There was so many things she hadn't done.

Akihiro crouch down under the desk. As soon as he did so the door opened. The heavy foot steps walked in. Then it stopped for a moment. All was silent, and the tension was so thick you can cut it with a knife. The foot steps moved again, they were going ever closer to the desk. They stopped right in front of the desk. For a good thirty seconds it was silent again. Then the foot steps moved away and were leaving the room.

Akihiro slowly raised his head up enough so he can see. He could tell that it was a man. And it looked like he had a hammer in his hand. The spirit looked back and Akihiro hid under again. The grunted and left the room. A minute later Akihiro exhaled. "Oh thank god he didn't see us."

"Who was it?" Ako asked, "Did they look scary?" She hadn't been able to see, "You got your knee in my face by the way." She frowned and crawled out from under the desk. She stood up and stretched, her limbs already going to sleep.

Akihiro stood up and stretched. "Sorry about that. And from what I saw he looked intimidating. Average height for a male, long black jacket, long black hair, and he had a hammer in one hand. I didn't see his face because I don't feel like getting my skull crushed and have my brain all over the place."

Shikyo walked towards the candle and put his hand over it. "Its warm. and feels nice… like the only feeling of safety we have here. Besides each other." Shikyo looked around and saw a shadow move down the hall. "Yuina did you see that" he said pointing towards the end of the hallway. "I thought i saw something move down there." He started moving towards where he saw the shadow move. "Yuina come on." He looked around the corner and gaged. There was a bucket full of rotting meat and maggots on the floor next to the door. "Yuina i think i saw it go in here." he said as he pushed open the door to the girls bathroom. "Ive got a bad feeling about this…" he said and looked at his friend. "You think we should go in?"

"Ugh!" Ako shuddered, "Wonder if everyone else is running into as many people as we are. I bet they're not." She grinned, "My mom says we're trouble magnets. Wherever we go, disaster follows. I wonder if my mom's noticed I'm missing..." She frowned.

( YOSHIKAZU! :D )

Akihiro chuckled. "Well our reputation was perceives us." Then he put a hand on her shoulder. "I guaranteed that all of our parents are looking for us. Don't you worry."

Yuina wrinkled her nose in disgust at the bucket of maggots and rotting flesh and looked at the bathroom door. She gulped and became unsure. "I have a really bad feeling about this," she began slowly. "But I also have a feeling that we should go in." The smell of the bucket was beginning to overwhelm her, so she had to quickly make a decision, or she would throw up. "I guess we should go see what it was."

"But they won't find us here." Ako said, "So, let's find a key." She was eager to change the subject. She did not want to think about her parents- especially her mom, they were close- in this godforsaken place. What if she never saw them- No! Positive thinking, Ako!

"Let's look around this classroom first." Ako said.

(NO. DON'T GO IN THE BATHROOM. NEVER GO TO THE BATHROOM IN HEAVENLY HOST.)

"Should've asked Naho about that too." Ako said, "Maybe there's some spirit-y thing stopping us from seeing them?" She began to rummage around in the teacher's desk, finding nothing but maggots and a few mouldy books. She didn't even know books could mould. And... A stick of chalk... She took it out and wrote on the blackboard AKO AND AKIHIRO WERE HERE. Then, she drew a smiley face.

"You seeing anything useful?" Ako asked, "Preferably a baseball bat." She seriously wanted one now.

(It's too late. Also Shikyo left a note on the ground in the second floor hallway. So if your ever up there, look for it.)

Shikyo nodded and walked into the bathroom. It was dark and quite inside, the only noise was a slight creaking noise coming from further inside. "Creepy" he said as he walked further back into the bathrooms. He walked over to the stalls and pushed on each of them for the first two they were locked or rusted to the point of them not moving. The third one, however, gave and pushed in a little, but was blocked by something. "The hell?! Yuina I think I found something!" He said as he pulled the door instead of pushing it. He shot back to the wall. Inside the stall was a girl with brown hair curled below her neck, her amber eyes were empty and a noose was around her neck. His heart was pounding as he moved closer to the girl. He reached over and pulled out her ID. "Seiko Shinohara. Kisaragi High, class 2-9" He was hyperventilating "What the Hell is wrong with This Place!!!" He shouted. The sound echoing the ought the halls.

Akihiro shook husband head. "No." He picked up a floor board. "But I got a floor board. And nice message." Then he heard yelling coming from above. "Did you hear that?"

(YOU FOUND SEIKO. I LOVE SEIKO AND NOW I AM SAD.)

"Okay." Ako said, "If Hammer Man comes after us, hit him hard with the floorboard." She grinned at the idea. She peered out of the door and down the corridor.

"The coast seems clear." she said.
