No way are they gonna debate this for hours. With the exception of Rosaire, they're actually pretty close to being on the same page, I just don't wanna spend another week or two IRL, reaching a consensus in the IC thread. If they were that dysfunctional, Marcy would take her table and leave, as there's no hope of them working together. Rella might stick around, probably just to make jokes, lol.

Ya know, for a guy who has jumped ship multiple times, Rosaire isn't even trying to make a case that he can be trusted beyond the moment. After his stunt, if he tries to come back and argue the numbers you just gave, Marcy would probably say he can have 100% of his portion... on the grounds that he never see a penny of the bonus and never get anything from the party coffer. We might consider him for bonus loot, though. We aren't savages, heh.

Anyways, with a deal like that actually be cut, he'd probably just bid adieu. 50% of a reward going to vague other things and expecting people to fight to promote themselves for extra pay is basically a disaster in terms of work environments between strangers.

Guns are allowed. Remember, Salka has revolvers.

Basic guns are okay. Modern/Futuristic ones are not. So yes, no AK's or bazookas or miniguns and such. But rifles, pistols, revolvers, etc are all okay in my book.

Was playing around with the idea of a mechanist / tinkerer that used a boomstick or blunderbuss, threw cocktails of flammable liquid.

It feels like we've stalled here, so unless anyone objects, I'm gonna wrap our scene up in my next post, probably this Friday. I'll drop some details later today and y'all can let me know if you're okay with what I have in mind or if your character would react in the negative. (Or tell me to sit down and shut up if you're cooking a post, lol.)

Phayne let me know where new char factors into all this. Are you trying to intro them NOW now or do they mosey in later? I can wait if you have something in mind. A new voice might move us forward....... or take us back to square one.

Was going for more of a magician type performer. Ive stalled on the idea as struggling with the direction id go with his powers.

Ive got a bad habit of making characters in the moment without planning ahead. So like i really like the idea of him communicating via creating illusions i.e. creating floating text or for simple expressions altering his masks facial appearance... basically emoting with his face.

I also have a support character in Grimm already and sometimes i just want to write a post of pure carnage and brutaliry that a support cant quite accomplish :p

Scratch that, better idea. Fire mage with a bigass hammer that uses explosions to rocket the hammer at people

Alright,finally got a post up to move us along.

A bit of an abrupt cut off point,but I think it's good enough to more or less tie off the scene at our end while giving you all a little room to add something.

It also occurs to me now that we haven't decided the name of the new crew/party yet. We'll have time to work on that over the intermission. In-character,Salka would probably do something like having everyone who has a suggestion for the name write it down,and then draw lots for it. Very democratic.
