Though, by the way everyone reacted, she was late either way. She sighed. She may as well look for something to do. Perhaps a job, for one thing. Provide for herself, she thought. A lonely job, but she was unfazed. She assumed the new arrangement of cities were now connected with each other, though she started to wonder how small her own world really was. She was used to being "trapped", but now she recognized many things that she snooped in on the latest technology. Honestly, she felt a little obsolete.


Then again, it goes to show how far technology has advanced without Gensokyo, she thought. Her own swords were gone, and the only thing she could have with her was her half-phantom, a large ghost that still hovered behind her. It was nice company, thought it was arguably just her talking with another part of her. She sighed, patting the ghost hesitantly, looking around. New people, new species, it was all quite a surprise to her. Most didn't seem to affect her, as she forced in the thought that people were obviously going to be different from her and her world. At least she wouldn't have to worry about getting obliterated, she thought with a shudder. She approaches two others, brushing her hair back. Make herself look presentable at least.


She waits for the two (@Crenando and @Trust , hope you don't mind) to finish their conversation, before greeting them warmly. "Hello," she'd introduce herself if the two were able to let her.

Jacket wandered through the empty streets of Miami,or at least he was a minute ago. as he had just entered the Tokyo section of the dome. Jacket inhaled the nicotine, this situation was just so weird. Maybe he had become comatose once again? that would explain it all, "Unlikely" he told himself for as much as he wished it was, he knew that all of this was as real as himself.


Jacket stopped in his track when heard what sounded like wings flapping, so maybe he wasn't completely alone. it wasn't another human but it was better then nothing, he followed the sound until he came into an alleyway, he could see two people ahead or one kid and a what looked like a cross between a bird and a human. the sight caused him to stop in his track and think of a course of action. after some evaluation it seemed that the non-human wasn't hostile and so he decided to step out of the alleyway "Hello" he said with a lazy wave of his hand @Crenando

Most of the female villains were pretty cute, and some had mind control powers much like Venus. It was only right for him to be wary.


Shrugging, Richard nodded as she asked whether or not he takes females out for crime fighting. "I've done it before." He admitted, not really caring. "But the real action happened in private. I guess you'll find out what I mean some times in the future." Smirking, Dick nodded. "Well, perhaps tomorrow we can get some in your city, though I'm sure they accept US dollars here."


"Hey don't be upset." Nightwing said softly. "Want to know a secret about me?" Looking around, he had to make sure no one else was listening in. For extra security, he leaned in close to her ear and whispered: "I have no super powers normally. How do you think I feel in a world of gods, aliens and monsters?"


Suddenly, a speeding car followed by two cop cars passed the two on the road. With a groan, he pressed a few buttons on his gauntlet and turned to face away from Venus. "I gotta run. Continue this conversation tomorrow?" A motorcycle with a blue and black paint job with no driver stopped in front of Dick and he climbed on. "I would invite you with me, but it's too dangerous."

Sure being a vampire he stripped of her enhanced senses, speed and strength but she was a vampire to begin with, her craving for blood never stopped not that she can walk freely, her body still reacted to her necessities. Making sure that her day light ring was on she wanted to see if her powers were truly away, she marched to a fire hydrant and clasped the top and pulled, with her enhanced strength that should have felt like a decent stone but no it didn't even budge. She let go and kicked it with her boot "Stupid piece of shit... why did I end up here in the first place!" she muttered to herself, she didn't quite want to be deemed worthy if this is how it's gonna be.

Tyki halted in his tracks, cane stopping in its rhythmic tapping against his side as he tilted his head up towards the sky. The unknown voice gave its announcement in what he thought was eerily similar to the Earl when things went exactly the way he planned. Logically, he knew it couldn't be the Earl himself - because why would the First Noah feel compassion for other races when his ultimate goal was to eradicate all humans? And Tyki shuddered to think what might come to be should there be two Earls. Surely the universe wouldn't be able to contain them.


A small frown worked its way upon his brows right after the voice faded away. So...this dome was to suppress and negate their powers, hmm? He lifted his right hand, palm facing upwards and tried to summon forth his Teezes. The skin of his hand bubbled and shifted, but none managed to ooze out. Well, it seemed the voice told the truth. Now he was essentially...human. Tyki blinked and stared for a long moment, then a dark grin surfaced and he resumed his leisurely pace. It has been such a long time since he was without his ability. The utter vulnerability that he felt settling in was offset by the anticipation of the near future. If the voice was to be trusted, he wasn't the only one with abilities in this dome. It would be interesting to see how they coped without their powers. He bet more than half of them had never gone a day being human.


No matter. This would be...fun.

His teeth clicked together as he failed to summon flames into his hands. Strange piece of magic, this done was, to be able to negate all types of abilities and powers. Or was it technology? Skulduggery couldn't quite tell without the ability to study the edge of the domes closely, and he was willing to bet his skull on not being able to get close enough to inspect it.

He turned on his heels immediately and took off in a sprint, grinning as best a skeleton could as he failed to feel the pull of working muscles or the desperate craving of oxygen. Human, ha! If the mysterious captor's ability to cancel out any and all powers was working properly, he would have been reduced to nothing but a pile of bones. That meant the being's negation dome thing was not absolute, or at least, there was a weakness to exploit. All one had to do was look hard enough. And if he did say so himself, the skeleton detective was rather good at these sort of work.

Sougo was rudely awaken by the blaring voice. He was having a rather pleasant dream about slaughtering Hijikata by the droves with his sword, blowing housefuls of the bastard with his bazooka, and lacing the man's beloved bottles of mayonnaise with the spiciest tabascco sauce available. Pulling off his sleepmask, he blinked blearily at his unfamiliar surroundings.


"Huh...am I dreaming now? Was I really killing Hijikata clones in real life?" Sougo murmured, fingers closing around the hilt of his wakizashi as he stood. To his displeasure, his katana was nowhere to be found. Pushing the wooden door open, he leaned against the wall, crossing his arms as he listened quietly for the being to finish speaking.


A pleased smirk curled his lips as the announcement ended and he started down a random direction. "Negate our powers and render us human? You must be a Yato or some other kind of alien, to belittle humans so. But, I guess this means more preys for me to pick on now. I'm an ordinary human, you know, Mr-Voice-in-the-sky."

Relieved that the Bloat heads had been beaten back Gough looks towards the two of them. "From what I gathered from the man who announced everything to us this dome above our heads seals whatever magical abilities anyone may have, which is why those corrupted by the Abyss were weakened so much. So it stands to reason anything dealing with magic has been sealed. My bow was also taken so it seems weapons aren't allowed either."
