You don't need to read romance. It's just character interaction.


Like does he want to be a hero. A villian..is he a cared of his powers. Does he want to develop them. Does he want to be popular, does he miss home.


Is he jealous of people who are in control of their abilities if so how does he react to it.


I only suggested min and leon because the only thing right now that felt organic for your character was her since you wrote a few times how you liked her.


Now we have a plot.


He could be jealous of Nia for having friends. He could want to write for the paper.. he could decide fuck it these people suck I'm going to make their lives miserable.


It's not romance. It's not drama. It's weaving stories together based on how people interact.

Yeah, yeah, I got the character development thing, I just feel like Nick would be left out and kind of a side-character like you're afraid of if I didn't do anything specific with him, and so far as right now he has basically Min and just knows his roommate Lux, so it would be harder to develop like that without it being like reading a book because he's all alone most the time, which I have to admit I hate when people do that so I'd rather not be like that.
