Big win. We got the shut out for Bossy tonight. Sorokin played an AMAZING fucking game. 3-0 final score, 44 saves from Sorokin. ❤️

Awesome bounce back tonight for the Isles! Nice tribute victory for Bossy as well. Yeah definitely a nice bounce back for Sorokin.
Hell yea, this was such an amazing game I'm very happy. Ngl, last night's loss was depressing, and then learning that Mike Bossy passed away this morning, all of today was depressing. SO glad we could get a huge shut out for Bossy tonight, Sorokin is so elite.

Yeah I can imagine that. Tough news on top of a tough loss definitely understandable. Sorokin is certainly a great option to have in goal.

Nice

Nice
Yea he's awesome. His third game in a row and he didn't even know he was gonna be starting in net tonight! Varlamov was supposed to get the start but he got ill.

Sounds like a kid that stays ready! Nice. Looks like going off box score Price wasn’t too bad in his return either. The Canadiens just couldn’t get any offense going to keep up with the Isles.

Hell yea.

And actually, I'd say the Canadiens were the more offensive heavy team. We sucked literal ass periods one and two, luckily Sorokin stopped all of the shots. We were being outshot like 30 to 12. In the third period, we capitalized on a few good plays to get two good goals in a few amount of shots, then banged home the win with the empty netter to make it 3.

Good game towards the end, awful start. Canadiens were heavy on the offense tho.

Oh yeah? Even better for the turnout then. I was just going off the box score espn showed while watching the Pelicans/Clippers play in game. But awesome performance though.

Only other game I saw tonight was Jets/Panthers and that looked real bad.

Oh yea, Cats WHOOPED the Jets man, I only saw the score, nothing from that game, but yea it was bad for the Jets.

And holy hell man, Bell Center was ROCKING for Price's return there were so many loud fans in the building. Haha Habs always have such passionate fans, I love it.

Yeah Jets got whooped and looks like Bobrovsky had a nice game in goal.

That’s awesome! Haha. Also considering the rough season they’ve had without him and the run last year from the career long Montreal goalie I can imagine the love and passionate response he got from the crowd. Awesome

Yea, great night for Russian goalie tonight all around haha.

Also, I hated beating Price so much but it wasn't his fault. He played a solid game, the Isles just pulled some sneaky moves and Montreal defense wasn't up to the task.

Yeah that’s understandable. Hopefully they can pick up the W over the Capitals tomorrow with a bounce back game like the Isles had tonight. I’d be all for the Win over the Caps. Haha

A Wild & Flames W tomorrow would be great too.

Oh man me too I hope so. I hate the Caps, and I'd love to see Montreal, specifically Carey Price, beat the Capitals at home. What a great show that would be. I might watch tbh if I have some time.

And yes, a big Flames and Wild W would be lit bro. Who are they playing?

Also on Sunday the Isles head to Toronto 🤮

I wasn’t going to say it but yeah lol, I hate the Caps too. Not really a fan of Ovechkin (spelled wrong I could feel it) even though seeing him finally get a cup win was nice. But still not a fan and hate the Caps. Also really don’t care for Tom Wilson either more issues with him then A.O but that’s just me perhaps. Indeed would be a great Montreal win and Carey price W!

Wild-Blues… Never a easy game but should be a good one. Flames-Coyotes… Flames definitely need this W after that thrashing they took last game against the Knights. But yeah it would be Lit! I won’t hate it should the Wild lose cause I can respect the blues but still want the W. Flames though really need to bounce back. (I don’t hate the coyotes though. Just bias on my part obviously and team needing the W haha)

That’s too bad. But I think the Isles have a good shot of taking home the W. Not really sold on the maple leafs going far.

I'm just generally not a fan of the Caps, but especially Ovi. I don't really like him tbh, plus he's a Putin suck up lol. And Tom Wilson is such an awful player, I do NOT like him at all, no wonder why the whole league hates him lol. He's classless.

Oh the Blues are always a hit or miss lol. And yes, Flames 100% need a good win, they gotta regroup from the fall to Vegas. Playing against the Coyotes is essentially a free win, unless of course you're the Colorado Avalanche for some reason lmao. And also yea, I don't think ANYONE hates the Coyotes. They're just too bad to hate, I honestly just feel so bad for them and feel pity for them ahaha, especially since they're gonna be playing in a tiny little college arena next season lol.

And yea, the Maple Leafs are WAY too inconsistent tbh and they certainly don't have a good solid goal tender they can rely on much anymore. Kallgren is eh, Campbell fell off hard, and Mrazek is the definition of Swiss Cheese.

I never knew much about Ovi off the ice. Never really paid attention, was glad he got the cup win so maybe the talk would end and even though I’m not a fan he does have skill. But yeah, I’ve never been a fan either just kinda bothered me though didn’t know about his off ice support of Putin and etc. but Tom Wilson the hockey player, never liked that guy either no class and plenty of actions on the ice that makes it easy to hate the guy. No wonder indeed. Lol. Caps though…. As a whole can just be very annoying and have some players I’m not a fan of at all.

Yeah, I think that’s why I’ve never really hated them. I remember the Phoenix days with Gretzky behind the bench as coach, plus all the years of being terrible. They can never seem to catch a break, but yeah I’d feel bad as well nothing positive right now for the coyotes from a overall standpoint. So, hopefully the Flames can use this game for a good win that should be fairly easy for them. (If Av’s want to add another loss and lose to Carolina tomorrow I’m cool with that lol) No, interest in the Bruins/Penguins game. Forgot who else plays tomorrow though I know I didn’t see the Ducks.

Yeah lack of goaltending too. They seem to get it done to make the playoffs but don’t go far after that actually have lost pretty bad in the early rounds. Isles taking this game and moving forward could definitely pull off the W.

Oh no doubt he had skill, but I'm personally not a fan of him in general, and I am certainly not a fan of his team, especially them being a Metro division rival. Luckily we own them come playoffs time. ;)

And yea, he's been a known Putin supporter and friend lol. And Tom Wilson is just trashy Tom Wilson. Ugh he sucks. I can't imagine being a Caps fan and having to like him. Like there's some guys I could not like if you forced me to and they were on my team. If I had to make a list off the top of my head right now, it'd probably be: Nikita Kucherov, Tom Wilson, Brad Marchand, John Tavares (sorry, biased there as an Isles fan), and Evander Kane.

Also I'm so hyped for another classic Toronto Maple Leafs first round exit. That'll shut up their God awful and annoying fan base lol. Also idk if the Maple Leafs won their last game or if they are playing tomorrow. I think they might be playing tomorrow, and that means they'll be on tired legs. We have a rest day tomorrow so we can be all fresh for Sunday. Hopefully we face a tired Toronto Maple Leafs team.

Haha understandable. I’ve never been a fan either. Caps are a team easy for me to dislike. Ovi/Wilson for starters especially Wilson for me. Yeah true haha

Marchand…. The amount of times having to hear that name is beyond counting for me haha. Not a fan of his either. Wilson is easy. Kane? Oh, yeah the guy who was just in that scandal not too long ago…. Yeah I can see cause there. Tavares I don’t know as well as you would, but also understandable. Kucherov the lightning player? Yeah, I’m not a lightning fan so don’t know how they feel about him. But as a non fan I’d say I’m fine with him losing when possible.

They play Ottawa tomorrow so should help you guys even more. They lost last game to TB was it? Now I can’t remember for sure but think it was the lightning last game for them.

Yea, Caps are easy to hate, especially for me since they're in the Metro division.

Also yea, the rat, Brad Marchand. Booooooooooooo. Evander Kane is also a scum back on and off the ice. And Kuch was the guy who when he "won" the Stanley Cup in 2021, he wore a shirt that said "$18 mil over the cap" and insulted the Habs fan base when he won. Scummy and classless move.

Also good, although I suspect a win against Ottawa will be easy peasy for the Leafs. Also I can't really remember who they lost last to haha. But the fact that they'll most likely be tired will benefit us.

Yeah that’s true and agreed.

Oh yeah, Bruins plus Marchand….. years of issues with them for me. A combo made to last haha. Yeah, I’ll admit wasn’t as familiar with Kuch compared to the others but that’s pretty understandable, players with no class and respect are easy to dislike. That’s a cheap move and no sportsmanship at all.

Yeah that’s true it should be a good sign for the Isles.

Oh yea haha, I meant Evander Kane of the Edmonton Oilers, former San Jose Shark.
Yeah haha, I remember him just took me a second. So many years with Patrick Kane going strong with Chicago and being a mega star he always comes to mind first to the point I forget about Evander. But yeah, I remember that story of Evander and the off ice the life and issues there, can definitely see why you’d hate him. Not a fan of that guy either. Did forget he was with the oilers though… wow, I just can’t seem to keep track of him haha. First the Patrick mix up and now forgetting he still plays for somebody and the Oilers of all teams. Thankfully my team has knocked them out 2 out of 3 this season. Always happy with that W.

Yea the Bruins are a dirty dirty team. Plus they have an awful fan base.

Also yea, Patrick Kane > Evander Kane by far bro hahaha. No question.

And yes man I remember that whole debacle. I don't remember much of the details but I remember the drama.

And yea Evander Kane was just very recently signed by the Oilers.
