Well I don't know much about San Francisco so I can't answer the weather question. I'd be up for any time of year, although I'd rather it be not later than 2010. As for the manor...

How about this? It looks like it's got a good dose of history in it that doesn't look too old fashioned.
 
I believe San Francisco is more of a warm place but I'm not entirely sure either. I think it doesn't snow there in winter either (from what I heard). How about we just make it like the show or close to... Like maybe 2000 or up to 2005 or so? Up to 2010 would be okay too.

I was kind of hoping we could just use the one from the show but of course we can pick a new one as long as it still has a Charmed vibe to it (:
 
Then again with the year I am flexible and I am sure we can pick a house we all like (: I like the ones you posted.
 
I mean I have a few from another RP I can send you guys but those posted are really nice.
 
Just a non halliwell OC opinion but the third (maroon-ish house) the fifth and eighth seem very charmed to me. All awesome houses though and some seem very San Francisco to me, though my knowledge of what the city and what it's like comes from tv shows like full house/fuller house and Nash bridges and monk.

Just curious what do you guys think of the best way to intro Zeddicus without stepping on toes or the pace of the Rp?

Maybe he could be a co worker of Promise or Renata, we can'treally seperate their work life and witch life? Persephone is a writer/artist so she definitely works from home but she would be taking part time jobs after she heals because... woes of a writer and artist.

Promise is a bartender with aspirations of becoming a club owner, yes? I know Renata is a detective inspector. Trying to decide on what Zeddicus would be doing career wise... Private investigator almost seems fitting in some ways. Or maybe a P.I by day and part time musician by night? Perhaps in different ways both could know of him through work?
