Maybe light mental manipulation/doubt? So he could just make any weak minded people confused/forgetful/just give up. It could be stopped from getting too OP if the characters he uses it on are too strong-willed.

maybe it can be like, he can gift single objects at a time with the ability to teleport him, and then that teleportation only goes over a span of a couple miles. like he cant end up in the Antarctica or anything

Yeah I totally changed the gender from female, but just didn't expect it to have been noticed. I forgot that I cannot RP females very well, and tumbled into character creation.

POWERS AND ABILITIES

Stellar Manipulation - The ability to create, destroy, and manipulate the energy of the stars

Stellar Generation - The ability to create stars, the ultimate source for her powers. The amount of mass is highly limited, as she is only able to make the sum of one dwarf star at one time. Thus, she generally creates several small stars, generally the size of a sportsball. Stars float according to her needs. Each star has a set amount of damage it can take, and will succumb to Stellar Implosion if damaged enough.




Stellar Blast - Emits a beam of pure solar energy at a target. Beams are roughly 3" in diameter for small stars. These generally function as concussion beams, and are thus basically just solidified stellar energy. Packs quite the punch.




Stellar Bomb - Creates a highly dense star that is unable to float on its own. However, these can explode when needed, emitting a destructive force equivalent to that of a grenade. Larger bombs are too heavy for her to move, and thus she would need to create them where they were to be detonated.




Stellar Light - Causes stars to flash in sync, blinding all who are unfortunate enough to be in the presence of their rays. Not affected by tinted glass or plastic.

Stellar Wind - Creates a current of stellar energy with a powerful force. This contains a high density of stellar dust to raze the enemy. It can also be used to forcefully push things. This is very useful for when she is being lazy and can't be bothered to deal with something, notably annoying people.




Stellar Zap - A very tiny bolt of stellar energy that simply causes mild pain. This is used mainly to warn people or to provoke them, depending on the situation.




Stellar Blade - Creates a shiny short sword made purely from stellar energy conversion. This is her main weapon that she uses to fight things. She is proficient in dual wielding, and almost always battles with both.




Stellar Barrier - Made from stellar energy, this barrier is fairly durable and malleable. It is transparent, but has a hint of a yellow tint. This fits most of her defensive needs.




Stellar Implosion - The death of a star is never easy for her. But it does give her a pretty advantageous perk. Once a star implodes, it releases a very destructive power that is nearly fatal to those at point blank range.




Stellar Cleanse - Effects unknown

This is not meant to be a complete list.


A strange combination of these powers caused her to accidentally create a sentient black dwarf, whom she immediately fell in love with. She named him Onyx because of his color.

Negative Zone - The ability to create an area with bizarre properties.




This area extends up to a 15 meter radius from her, and is identifiable by its slight green tint. She is always affected by this field, but usually at a different extent.




Effects include but are not limited to:


Gravity - Changes the source or direction of gravity.


Velocity - Changes how fast objects move through the field.


Magical negation - Can negate all magic within range. This does not negate the Negative Zone.


Reversed effect - Reverses the effects of any occurrence to form the opposite result.

PERSONALITY

Most people know she can be kind of short tempered, but damn it if she isn't charismatic. After all, she was voted student council president. It is thought that she can be two faced, especially considering her temper. But no one can deny that she does great work for the school. It is easy to portray her caring side when it comes to Onyx, especially since he's so popularly cute. The existence of her negative field are completely unknown to the general public, and most dismiss the strange green mist to be an illusion of some sort. But that's the way she likes it. She acts in a manner that most fits a sweet innocent child, almost never faulting herself. But her low tolerance of so many things makes this hard to keep up sometimes, and she usually excuses herself to calm herself somewhere else. She is a very strict rule follower, and does not tolerate people bending the rules. She is often seen as uptight due to her need to have everything under control.


But you'll just have to see for yourself, now won't you?
