Just to let everyone know. The goal is going to be to start the RP next week. Hopefully on Monday if that is enough time for everyone. I believe we have Thepotatogod , Neuro Vampire , GrieveWriter , and TheInsanityOfBobSemple making characters. I believe we are doing good on the ratio of Limiters to Pandora as well so ya'll should feel free to make however you want. I can use NPCs to also make up the difference if that is wanted or needed.

Actually, must all player characters be Pandora or Limiters? Do they have commanders or officers amongst their ranks?

The Pandora would have normal military members helping them out. But for this all players will be a Pandora or Limiter.

Oh I forgot to mention. Feel free to choose your rankings. Personally I would use dice or a dice roller to pick your rankings to keep it interesting and diverse. Ranks are from 1-94 per year. For the Pandora ranks 1 and 2 are taken. For the Limiters rank 1 is taken.
