"Welcome to Camp Half-Blood! We know you veteran campers already know this, but please bear with us for the new campers. We separate you by your parents, no not the one that shops for you. Your Godly parent. By the end of today you will know who that is. Until then, have fun until sun down!" A centaur spoke loudly.

((Too excited, had to start now.))

Damion looked at the new people and saw many new faces, one of them seeming a little older than the rest. She was a new face. As the were set loose he walked toward the girl, unsure of her godly parent. He got withing speaking distance and said to her quietly.

"Hello. I am Damion of the Hades cabin. What is your name?" Damion said to the girl who seemed like a child of Ares.

Ava got out of her father's car and smiled. "See you next year." She gave him a tight hug then got her bags out of the trunk. She watched and waved as the car drove away. Ava looked up and grinned when she saw the sign marking Camp Half Blood. She strided into the camp and took a deep breath. She had missed it more than she realized.

Ava took her belongings to her cabin and took it all in. It was very glamorous and being the cabin representative, she had a lot of responsibility in redesigning the place. Once she dropped her bags on top of her usual bed she walked outside to get a stretch and some fresh air.

Kian dropped stopped the engine of his car when he pulled up in front of the camp. Camp Half Blood was his true home and he knew that he belonged there. He gave his bracelets (that just so happened to be able to turn into twin whips) a little rub to make sure they were still there. Then he got his one duffle bag and walked into the familiar area.

The Apollo cabin was very casual and bright, which he liked. Kian settled down and organized himself. He had nothing to do so he got out his iPod and started listening to some easy-listening music while waiting for others to arrive at the camp.

Katarina walked through the entrance to camp. She looked tired and dirty from walking. Her father had dropped her off by the road. She had a few wildflowers in her hair. She was really nervous as she made her way to other campers. This was her first year and she had a hard time with new people.

Damion noticed another new face and looked at her. She was obviously younger and confused.

"Sorry, I will have to talk to you later." He said to the girl. He started walking toward the girl who looked extremely dirty. He caught up to her and placed a chilling hand onto her shoulder, as he radiated a cold aura.

"Hello. I am Damion of the Hades cabin. You will find out your parent soon. You might want to avoid some of the Ares people for today, as they are known for not being the nicest to new people. I can show you around if you want.

The girl jumped slightly and looked at him with wide eyes. Katarina nodded her head to the Ares comment and responded "Th-that'd be great! Thanks! And I know who my parent is..." She doesn't explain how or who her parent is, almost like she's unsure of how others will react "I'm Katarina by the way"

"Thank you Katarina. And alright." Damion said, deciding not to press. He began to walk around the facilities ((as I am too lazy I have decided you probably already know the entirety of Camp Half-Blood, or can look it up)) and ended at the Hades cabin.

"This is where I live. Sadly no one else is here with me yet, but I dare to hope." Damion said, continuing his soft shy attitude.

Ajax glanced out to the crowd of kids arriving. His blue eyes glanced from left to right, looking down from the balcony in the main activity cabin. He saw some new faces and some that have been to the camp before, excited to return. The camp was lively and energetic, it was good to have the place nice and full. More fun for him, anyway. "Ah, Mr. Davidson, enjoying the view? Let me tell you, the God's do not hold back when it comes to baring children." The chipper Chiron, the director of activities, moved up next to him to look out. He was an older centaur with a bright spirit, good for this kinda job. "No kidding." The man simply responded, rubbing a hand down his face. "A lot of kids this year." The veteran exclaimed with a light chuckle. "This is gonna be fun." The centaur patted his back. "It'll be fine! Just a few kids who happen to have god's for parents. Another Monday... The new children are adjusting...its-"

"Difficult." Ajax finished. "Yes, difficult. I can only imagine the emotions of finding out that myths are a reality and then adding the fact that a god is your parent?-- Thats an eventful day." Ajax laughed at his comments, turning towards the door to head back down to the camp grounds. "Alright, old man, I get the jest-- i'll go and meet the new kids." Chiron smiled, nodding. "Oh please, you act as if that's a chore."

Katarina gave the cabin a look of awe. "Why are you the only one?" She asked, not unkindly, and not thinking about how it might be rude. She had a natural curiosity to her, it often caused her to wander, and it was the reason she ended up dirty. It made her seem ditzy sometimes but she was smart.

Damion looked at her, sadness flowing through him somewhat. He had no brothers or sisters, and his mother was dead from cancer. He looked at her and spoke softly, so that she could be barely hear.

"Hades, Zues, and Poseidon are the Big Three. They are forbidden from having children, but they break the rule sometimes." Damion looked around for a teacher, and spotted Ajax. Damion would talk to him later. Damion cleared his throat and looked back at Katarina,

"You will also get a weapon soon, if you want one." Damion said, "And sometimes they are pretty cool." Damion pulled out the phone and slipped it, the antenna dropping into his hand. The blade extended into the air and the grip dropped into his hands. The stygian iron was black as night, with an essence of death. Damion had killed many monsters, and their essence had gone into the sword.

She stepped back and gaped at Damion and his sword "And I can get one?!" She asked breathlessly. She was a little frightened and excited. Flowers that were nearby started quivering, like there was a breeze, But of course there wasn't one.

"Of course. It will have to wait for about a day or two probably." Damion said. Damion put the antenna to the hilt and turned the sword into a phone and put it in his pocket. He then began to look at the flowers.

"I see how you know who your parent is." Damion said.

She blushes and looks down "Can you tell too?" She asked while glancing up. "My dad says it makes me a bad person." She admits and bites her lip. It was obvious she had been mistreated. She looked like she was scared of everything and then she opened up only a little bit At a time.

"It doesn't make you a bad person, it makes you special." Damion said, putting a freezing hand on her shoulder. He smiled as he pulled his hand away and looked at the ground at the somewhat frosted ground, next to her blooming flowers.

She blushed more and smiles at him "Really? So you don't think it's bad?" She was excited about that. She didn't seem to notice the cold that came off him. It was like she was immune to it. She was easily affected by compliments, that's one reason she blushes a lot. She felt like she could actually fit in at this camp.

"Welcome to Camp Half-Blood." Theo read out loud, looking at the entrance sign. He took a short brake, his bag being filled with too many things for him to lift. As soon as he said Blood, he sat down on his bag, sighing and looking up,his eyes closed. He was tired from the trip across the state, but he was happy that he had finally arrived. He breathed in and out for a few good minutes, before lifting the bag up, and on his back. He started whistling and looking around, hoping to see where he would be staying.

"Of course it isn't bad. You seem like a good person." Damion said. Damion looked at the ground and began to notice the frost and decay of the flowers around him. It gave him some comfort. A spider wandered in and began to wither and die. This happened when he was feeling strong emotions, like depression and loneliness.

Theo looked through the cabins. He saw they had some defining features about which was dedicated to which half-blood. He saw a cabin near the lake, and he hoped that was the Poseidon one. He didn't want to barge in to a wrong cabin. He bumped into Damian, making him fall, as the bag dragged him down. He looked up, scratching his head. "Sorry pal."

Damion fell and began to feel flushed with a slight embarrassment. He stood and the cold and darkness began to draw closer and more powerful, possibly chilling the boy and girl next to him. Damion looked at him and spoke softly,

"You're fine." Damion began to walk behind the girl, as he was somewhat of a shy person to people like him.

Katarina backed up a step when Damion was pushed. She stepped on a patch of dead flowers and in her startled reaction, new flowers bloomed. Katarina watched as Damion moved back. "Are you Okay?" She asked in a slightly worried tone. She spoke softly though and gave a small smile, trying to comfort his unease.

"Yeah." Damion said, becoming quite shy. He was used to being bullied, and always got shy when slightly pushed like that, unless it was sparring or fighting. He loved that, it took his mind off things.

Theo felt a little chill in the air, and saw that the boy he bumped in was feeling not so good. "... Hey, look, I'm sorry. I wasn't paying attention to the road, I was trying to find my cabin. The name's Theo." He says, as he extended his hand, shaking from the weight of the bag.

Damion extended his hand and grabbed the boys hand, gripping it firmly and shaking. He pulled away after a bit and then said,

"I am Damion." He said.

"Nice to meet you." He said with a warm and kind smile. He looked at the girl next to him, nodding. "Theo." He slowly bowed, as his bag was making this ten times harder than usual. After he raised, he looked at the cabin. "Hey, want to come help me set up? I'm new here, and could use some friends."

Ajax spotted yet another familiar face, Damion, one of his best students. He was a good fighter, better than expected. The boy was a good kid and It was good to see him back and socializing. He decided to approach the group of three and perhaps introduce himself to the two new faces. "Welcome back-" He began, nodding to Damian. "Good thing too, hope you don't mind if I call you for some demonstrations once everything is set in place." He smiled warmly, "I need someone who knows what they're doing." Ajax then turned to Theo and Katarina. "And I see you've made new friends-- Nice to meet you two. I'll be your combat instructor, Mr. Davidson, I look forward to seeing you guys in action and I also hope you're enjoying camp half-blood so far." He crossed his arms loosely and relaxed, "And your names would be...?"
