About the dice system, what we roll is the base. The added bonuses come from the skills. Like let’s say I have to roll a DC 10 to paint a perfect painting and my artisan skills is a +3. I roll the dice and managed to get a natural 7. So I add my +3 from my skills to get the 10 and pass.
