Broken world

Tetsuya smiled too as the mans life ended, though it wasn't the pilot, the sudden shock caused that craft to become unstable, as the pilot flinched and ducked, slowing it down somewhat. What they didn't realise however, was the other craft coming up on the other side, Tetsuya crouched down, what he was about to do.. if it was what they thought, was madness, complete and utter idiocy. The other helicopter soon made it's way around the side of them, a few of their men firing towards them. It flew a little higher, the blades only a short distance away from each other, neither could turn towards the other or they'd crash. "Cheshire, I need your chain.. " He grabbed it from him, being careful not to harm his friend, breaking it from the colar and wrapping it around his hand. From there he swung it and threw it towards their enemies, latching onto the step bar, that allowed them to get on the carrier easier. With that.. he jumped, using the chain to stop himself from flying backwards, landing next to who he saught to kill, doing just that. He threw one back for Cheshire, figuring after his let down a quick victory would be good, after that.. he just started murdering. Moving out of the way of gun shots, turning on the others and breaking necks, throwing others from the sides.

Cheshire snorted a quick response when Tetsuya borrowed his chain, then smirked wickedly as he was thrown a man. It was like an alley cat getting food after a long time, so did Cheshire started mauling the man. Cheshire caught him by the collar, lifting him up and slashing his neck and shoulders, cutting up his upper body. He then ripped off a limb, and kept it in his mouth as he shook it around. He felt like the man was a ball of yarn. Cheshire ripped up the man, tearing off this and that. A wild, crazed look in his eyes showed off pure animalistic insanity. Lastly, he noticed the man was still a alive. He should've been dead by now, losing a limb and so much blood. Noticing his chain, Cheshire quickly unraveled it from the enemy helicopter, and hastliy wrapped the man's head with it. He then threw the man over into the sky, with the chain around him. He hung there for a mere few seconds, as the chain acted like a rope, and the man was quickly hanged. Cheshire laughed as he pulled the chain back, untying it from the man's now lifeless corpse, and hurled the body down into the sky. Seeing the body, twist and turn as it fell, he purred a sigh of contompt.

Cheshire noticed that if Tetsuya was going to murder the pilot also, he would have to get back wuickly as well. He threw the chain again, resetting to its former position, wrapped around the footrail. So now when Tetsuya was done, he could just use the chain again or jump.

Breathing heavily, his adrenaline died down, and Cheshire was a little calmer. He flicked to Luna, to see if she was okay, and hoping very dearly that she wouldn't be too disgusted with his way of torture and killing. Cheshire simply hoped that she was too busy piloting than to see what he was doing.

Luna concentrated on piloting as the boys fought. She tried her best to focus on the sky in front of her, but the sounds from behind were a bit too distracting. She peered behind her, trying to see what exactly was going on. A gasp caught in her throat. Cheshire was in the process of tearing a man to pieces; a man she had once known. She whipped around, not wanting to see the enivitable outcome. The plane wobbled a bit as Luna worked on holding in a confusing mess of emotions. On one hand, the man had been trying to kill them; but on the other, he had been a friend once. She wanted freedom, but she didn't want to kill to obtain it. She gasped as a near crash jolted her towards reality. The time for thinking was not now. Later, she would make her feelings known, but not now.

Tetsuya watched as Cheshire tore the man apart, the helicopter they were in was beginning to turn away, once again he did something that, in hindsight, was a bit more dangerous than he'd first thought. There was no door from the passengers side to the pilot and his co-pilot. He had to climb around, so that's what he did. Stepping out onto the foot rail he went around the side, eventually coming to where the co-pilot sat. He was taken away quickly, the door ripped open and him thrown out. With a sickening crunch sound he struck the other helicopter, hitting his head near to Cheshire before lifelessly hugging the floor as the others did. Rather than killing the pilot, he took out his sidearm and held it to his head, ordering him to keep flying forward. He then decided to make his way back to the others, using the chain again to stop himself falling. The pilot took the hint, heading off back to base, leaving the others chasing behind, though at the same speed they'd not catch up. Tetsuya looked a little lost when he returned, sitting himself back down, his stolen uniform now stained in blood, as was where he sat, thanks to Cheshire. "Luna, you need to lose the others.. I can't do that again.."

"Tetsuya, you okay?" Cheshire asked, now having a new respect for his friend. "Tsk. Maybe we could out-fly them maybe?" Cheshire glanced to Luna, hoping she would maybe go and confuse the other helicopters. He hissed," Dang... How many soldiers are after us?!" Snarling, he looked back behind them, and held up the sniper, gritting his teeth, ready if they were to gain up.

Luna tried her best not to look at the boys too much, splattered in blood, they weren't a pretty sight; bit then again, she wasn't either. She nodded as Tetsuya asked her to escape the guards, relieved that the time for killing was coming to an end. She fiddled with the controls, coaxing the plane to go faster. She didn't think it would be easy, but she could probably get them out of there. She grinned a bit as the helicopters behind them seemed to shrink with the widening distance. Things looked pretty good, really.

Tetsuya sat there thinking, he didn't enjoy killing, nor did he mind it. For him now, it was almost like breathing, something he had to do to stay alive. Even if he didn't want too, he would always be ending lives. "We need to find somewhere to land, they'll find us in this thing." he told Cheshire. Luna was out in the pilot seat, he hoped she'd figure it out too. If they were to be flying around for much longer, whatever lived inside the city would soon catch on to them, they'd have even bigger problems, if rumors about what lurked beneath them were true. He tried to wipe off some of the blood from his clothing, the once white uniform was more red now, soaked through, like it'd rained red and he'd been caught out in it. There were still small parts of the guard Cheshire had killed clinging to the bottom, he brushed those away, to most it'd be sickening, he thought to himself, he really was a monster.

Hmm...I guess landing this thing isn't a bad idea. Luna circled around a few times, looking for a good spot to land. She doubted anyone would really care about their presence, but it was still better safe than sorry. She noticed Tetsuya trying to wipe the blood off his clothes out of the corner of her eye. He didn't look too bothered by it, but at least he didn't seem to want it all over him. He wasn't really a monster, after all. Finding a good, open spot Luna began the plane's accent. The ground untrodden, or at least by her, came steadily closer.

Cheshire nidded at their plan," They probably have a tracker on the helicopter or something anyways," he stepped out of the aircraft, then stretched his arms. He stayed in that same position for a little while, then turned around happily," We made it! We made it outside!!" He exclaimed and almost had tears in his eyes. Cheshire ran over and clutched both Luna and Tetsuya, so they were in a tight group hug. He didn't seem to mind that everyone had at least a little blood on themselves. He let out a laugh," Take that, world, we made it out!" Cheshire snickered, still in an embrace. Cheshire blinked a few times and quickly let go. He brushed off his coat and cleared his throat," I-uh, mean, ya~ay," he said, crossing his arms. This was a very big deal, and sometimes he gets a little too overwhelmed. But hey, who WOULDN'T be happy after being locked up since forever?

I'm still here. I've been waiting for Tetsuya to do something. Since I'm not the creator of this thread I can't really do anything. I can send him a desperate 'save us before it's too late' message if you would like.
