Depends on what, including my character's bomb bomb fruit which Gordie had for his right hand man and the oak oak fruit for another subordinate he had a third fruit that was stolen which could somehow help his vision in the sense he was keeping it safe for someone under his control.

If you can think of a zoan or paramecia that fits the bill you can have it. Otherwise I think the doctor gets to start as a hive human. Maybe Gordie wanted a excess of honey

I think starting with a fruit from a young age is a bit much of a cop out as they would have years to learn about it, but eating one at the start of the rp or after is fine. I'm happy for a fruit to be apart of karate islands arc which a player gets

But as people dropped the rp the story is getting changed to say whoever got the third devil fruit helped fight gordie and joins the crew afterwards.

Depends on what fruit you want.

If it makes more sense for Gordie to hide it away then the hive hive fruit prime chose for his character then yours can start with it and the other fruit can be found elsewhere

The average shandian soilder wasn't that busted they got taken pretty easy like fodder. What about just having them for boosted mobility like being able to slide and jump etc. I feel like its on equal power level to a mink having electro and the potential for sulong form down the road. Gliding around is half the fun of being a shandian but I get it if no shooters entirely.

Not Rokushiki. Just Seimei Kikan. And not the whole body change thing that Lucci did, just the hair stuff from Kumadori. So manipulating their hair.

Far as hair manipulation goes sure I guess. It's just without a fruit or Haki or that iron body whatever I can't see many pirates being subdued/defeated by hair.
Unless they get choked out instantly or bind hands etc
