I think the original idea was he was going to be that he was very intelligent and insults people without realizing he did it. Luckily it was dropped for being too boring xD

I just realized that I've been listening to one song on loop since I got on my computer, roughly 6 hours ago XD

I would've liked to see how the manga progressed if Deku had stayed quirkless, but having One for All adds to his connection with All Might. Maybe there will be a special chapter based around the original drafts in the future.

Well, they were original drafts for a reason. Most were scrapped because the creator found them boring or dull. As for the idea of being quirkless...I don't know, he lives in a world where quirks are a big thing. It would be very hard to find to a hero job without him having to be a vigilante as he wouldn't have been able to beat any robots for the hero exam, meaning he wouldn't qualify .
