I think Bakugo is an interesting character. I kind of find his whole character kind of funny, but at the same time I can see there is so much more to him than a cocky bastard.

I think his moment in the exam was so much more impacting than Momo's whole "I don't know if what I am doing is the right thing" thing. I love seeing his flashbacks, and learning what he really has going in his mind. I love the analysis done on him.
But in terms of mascot, no.
I just thought him calling people "extras" (especially since they were extras) was hilarious.

Oh I like Bakugo......he's a twat, but character wise he's easily one of the most interesting and engaging....

The thing I like about My Hero Academia is that I like a lot of the other characters. I remember more than the main character's name, and key points of them.
I'm actually invested in some of their developments. There is such a big cast, and the fact they can present them in a way that can get you to see them more as extra characters is amazing. Of course, not all characters really click with people. Personally I just never really clicked with Momo, so every time she is featured heavily it just feels like I am being forced to watch a filler episode since I would rather be seeing someone's story being presented.
