That is gonna happen, it ain't a true anime to if it was just push right through without an emotional changes.

Toki's effectiveness in any tourny arc really depends on how it's structured. If it's basically a carbon-copy of the one in the show she'd have a hard time. But if it's not she'd probably do really well against most people since most people have straight forward physical quirks that she's good against, and most people also don't seem to have prior training based on what I've read.

Probably wont. Most it'll do is give an excuse to be more proficient with your quirk than you think you'd be able to otherwise.

Well, why do you think I forced you all to have serious flaws? One can't have proper emotional stories and development if the character's aren't making mistakes at important times, but I did everything in my power to assure that everyone has characters that promote amazing stories with twists, development and emotion. You have the tools.
