It's not entirely impossible, but I would recommend not making a character around that. If it does happen it'll be way later down the road and will take it's share of setting up to work. In addition, you are not the only person trying to push something like that, so I will have to personally adjust things to either mingle you with those other people or keep you as far apart as possible, to not overlap.

I worded it incorrectly. I meant that the character would be a student, but something would cause him to use his quirk for a villain level crime. He'd still be a student, but would be desperately trying to conceal that he did the crime.
