Uraraka was poor and did petty theft until meeting Deku who showed her a better life through evil.
Iida's brother dies because of a accident with the heroes so he decides to get revenge by killing the Fake Heroes...

Those ideas are really cool, personally I would have Iida turn into a villain after the Stain debacle. Maybe have him succumb to his vengeance-filled rage instead of overcoming it, kinda like Superman in the injustice games and comic books.

I think Kacchan's villain transformation writes it's self, by having obsessing with being the best and his general jerkass demeanor turning him to the dark side. Although it'd be an very intriguing twist if Bakugo was the one fighting the villain academy instead.
