I should think the Magnolia Crater is a one-shot thing due to the mechanics of SM. It completely obliterates Dea's supply of energy, and costs a huge amount of it, ensuring that she has to save up to use it. If her stored energy is below 70%, she cannot perform it, namely. Having access to Crater makes sure she either makes do with just one punch and has to run around with a paltry amount left (her attacks run the cost of 5% at MINIMUM), or have a sustainable supply of attacks without the addition of a one shot. Is that limiting enough?

Hachiman would probably give her the nickname Yugo-chan or if on first name basis, Aka-chan. Or maybe even Yugioh, as a very terrible pun on her last name. Or somethin' like that.

EDIT: Speaking of nicknames, what would Akacha and Hayate give Hachiman as nicknames?

I'm guessing that anime Yahari Ore No Seishun Love Come ga Machigatteiru? Because that's the only anime with a Hachiman I know and where I got one of his nicknames, that being 8-Man. Regarding that quirk nickname she might give him, I can't really think of much for it. And the bully as a suffix thing seems great in my opinion.

Yep, it is. My character would either call yours something along the lines of Hikki or Bullyman (which may evolve into bullman)
I don't really see any way she would get the name Hikki from Hachiman Kageyama, but Bullyman, I can see that. Though Hikki would have a nice ring to it, it'll be fine.
