I really just think of one power and then I keep adding onto it until it becomes a refined quirk

Something to do with babies. I was thinking of having a quirk that would make my character look much younger than she is, but only as a side effect. I also wanted her hero costume to be some kind of baby outfit.

-The user has the ability to make weapons, armor, and structure/support from inanimate objects, depending on the object; a hammer could take 2 minutes, a suit of armor, 7, and a beam will take 15 :3

So just a hoodie?

Not just a hoodie, it could have other things in it like maybe a grappling hook, spring boots, padding to absorb damage, etc :3

Now that I look....it kinda is xD

Though most of Bunny's quirk is weaponry and the ability to manipulate them.

Hm, fair enough. I just noticed that because I have been following yesterdays advise and used my free time to review every approved character to create my own (though mostly personality up to this point with a glance at the quirk here and there).
