Personality:
Kenji is usually a nice guy and kind to people in general. He is usually gullible and overly trusting of people, leading him into dangerous situations. This is due to his traditional and rural town background where most people could be trusted without doubt. Because of this he also turned out to be friendly and tends to have a easy time expressing his emotions. Overall Kenji isn't overly intelligent, while he had schooling in his home town there weren't as many opportunities and extra curricular activities available to Kenji as what someone could get in the larger cities, that coupled with the fact that he was more of an athletic type in his youth, often skipping out on school work to do some sort of physical activity.

Kenji can be classified as simple minded and determined. In Keji's case he tends to strive towards the goal of getting stronger so that he can defeat the villains that has plagued his home for a good many years, his determination towards this goal has led him to follow the path of a hero and get stronger through any means necessary. He also doesn't tend to formulate plans easily, coming up with simple goals such as "Punch him till he's down" rather than actual strategies and plans to give him an edge over his enemies. Because joining Lakewood required Kenji to learn a regular degree as well as take part in the hero course and due to the fact that he barely made it through high school Kenji decided to go for a communications degree as it was offered and seemed fairly easy.

While he is trained in martial arts and has shown discipline when it comes to fighting he tends to have a temper which can lead to him over exerting himself to try and take down his enemies. He is also impulsive in nature, going with his gut feeling of what he thinks is right rather than actually thinking things through, and in that regard he can be quite stubborn when he makes up his mind in these situations. This can also lead him to making choices without thinking of the consequences, leading to his or someone else's suffering. He also feels a need to constantly prove himself when his abilities are challenged, which can lead him to dangerous situations. Going back to his temper, while he can tend to get angry at his enemies this is more or less just the anger of possibly losing. When he finds himself in a situation of loss or true anger Kenji can become completely irrational and unpredictable, completely oblivious to the world around him, focusing on the source of his anger whether its towards someone who murdered someone in front of him or caused suffering to one of his friends.

Kenji has a good moral compass over all, knowing whats wrong and good, but he tries not to judge people off of their previous actions, feeling that second chances should be given to those who deserve them and that things that happened in the past shouldn't affect his opinion of them in the present, unless they badly wronged him or one of his loved ones in any way. This was drilled into him by his mother at an early age, teaching him about all that was good in the world and how everyone could be redeemed and should be forgiven if possible. Kenji also takes loss extremely bad, when someone close to him passes on through non natural means he often blames himself for not being strong enough and constantly says that its his fault. Kenji was extremely close to his mother when she died, which is the reason for his goal and the reason that he can never forgive himself for being too weak.

Quirk Name:
Aura Manipulation

Description:
Aura Manipulation consists of manipulating ones life force or chi. This can give them enhanced physical abilities depending on how they use it. Basically it allows them to manipulate their inner energies and bring them out of the body, which can cause body parts to glow with energy or for physical energy to manifest outside of the user. Aura Manipulation can be used to increase the strength of a person's punch, to increase their durability, or to blast their opponents with force.

Advantages:
The main advantage of Aura manipulation is its flexibility. It can be used in a variety of ways from offense to defense and allows the user to be flexible in most situations. The ability is mainly used to make the user stronger in some way, but also has the advantage of being able to transfer ones life energy to another person in order to help heal them.

Disadvantages:
Because of the nature of Aura it can be hard to control, the main disadvantage is that the user usually has to concentrate for a few moments before he can bring his aura out, which can leave him vulnerable to attacks. The second weakness is that its very taxing, the ability uses life force, which when over used can cause the user to become weak and tired and eventually become faint. Because of this Aura manipulation cannot be used for a very long time and any dragged out fight can prove to be fatal for the user should he push his limits.

Backstory:
Kenji grew up with a single mother in the town of Hudson in Ontario. While a fairly rural community, having a fairly low population compared to the surrounding areas, Hudson wasn't without its problems. While most in most cases everyone knew everyone and most people could be trusted there were usually a few people passing through their quiet town and often times some of those people were shady. But Kenji grew up peacefully in a nice little home with his mother who worked very hard to keep them both satisfied and to save up to put Kenji into a good college. Kenji often got into trouble when he was younger, being a mischievous little kid and pulling pranks on some of the people around town, likely due to the lack of a father figure as he wanted attention and his mother was always working. but he also grew up knowing proper manners and was taught above anything else to always be kind to people and give those who deserve it a second chance.

When Kenji started school he found that his favourite time of the day was when they went into the gym or outside to play. This stuck with him throughout his time in primary school as he was more physically active than most kids. Kenji was also a bit of n outcast, he didn't have very many good friends but that didn't really bother him very much either, as he had gotten use to taking care of him self and having fun by himself. He ended up disliking most of his teachers throughout his school years as they would always end up lecturing him about being too hyper and running around too much. Throughout Elementary school was the same for him though. He never really paid attention in class and more often than not found himself day dreaming while the teacher was giving important lectures about upcoming tests.

At the end of Kenji's 1st year in middle school some kind of gang was passing through town and they decided to stay a few nights. After they had pretty much ransacked the local bar and a lot of the town they eventually went on their way. But a couple weeks later they came back with their crew and proclaimed that Hudson was their town now. Soon after they paid off the mayor and the police and eventually began asking businesses for protection money and taxing everyone in the town. Because they wouldn't let anyone leave and because they had the police paid off no one ever came to help out the town. Aside from that everything pretty much continued normally in Kenji's life. The cycle of going to school and hating it never really stopped and every day after school he would end up working out or doing some sort of physical activity. It was around this time that he discovered his quirk, as he was able to manipulate his life energy into his fist and leave and indent into a metal post after he got mad about hitting a fly ball in baseball and punched it.

It was during the summer where he was transitioning from middle school to high school when things began to take a turn for the worst. His mother who was barely getting by as it was working two jobs was coming up short on the tax charges that were set in place by the local gang of villains. One day they broke into the house while Kenji wasn't home, They ended up killing his mother and stealing the funds she had saved up for him to go to university. Kenji became enraged to see his mother when he returned home and he was never the same since. He went after the gang members, threatening them and trying to kill them, but instead he just got his ass handed to him and was left near death on the pavement. When he eventually recovered all he could do was blame himself for not being there for his mother and being too weak, so instead of letting his rage control him he decided to bide his time and become stronger so that he could defeat the villains that were plaguing his home town.

Kenji began to take some martial arts lessons in high school and constantly worked out, skipping a lot of his classes. Eventually he graduated highschool, though just barely, and began applying for hero colleges so that he could become even stronger and eventually get pay back for his mother. He got a letter back from Lakewood State University which read that they would sponsor him with a full scholar ship for his athletic performance and based on the initial letter he wrote to the college so long as he maintained his grades while going to the college. Even though he hated the idea of having to actually try to do well at a university he decided to take the seat so that he could become stronger and get revenge for his mom.

Any feats beyond what her body would be capable of normally drains away her stored kinetic energy, eventually returning her to "neutral." In other words, the more hits she takes without punching back with equal force, the stronger she gets--assuming she doesn't pass out from the pain first.

Nadia tends to be a more sociable person finding enjoyment being around others. She is rather kind hearted always having a tendency to talk with anyone not being the type to like sticking in her own cliche nor holding grudges against anyone. If she notices someone seems to be in distress she will often attempt to butt her head in to try and help them out, often to the point of being detrimental getting herself in places where it might be best she didn't get involved in. She is very proactive when it comes to getting things down in her life disliking the notion of putting things off or doing it last minute. She likes to create a schedule which she tries to stick strictly too as best she can while allowing some flexibility.

While Nadia tends to not like to put blame on others, she has a very bad habit of putting the blame on herself for things that might not of been fully under her control. She will often put much of the burden on herself over others in order to cause anyone else some sort of hassle in particular having taken many group projects in the past and having done much of the work herself. She can be her own worst enemy when it comes to over planning things to do with her schedule often neglecting free time to relax without someone else coaxing her to do so.

Absolute Zero
Nadia has the ability to remove heat from anything she touches by reducing the kinetic energy of atoms. This ability to can be expanded to affect the air or solid object to quickly freeze it to fridges temperatures effecting anything that might come in contact with it. She can go as far as to bring the temperature of an object to the point of being near Absolute Zero. her body is resilient to cold temperatures allowing her survive in conditions that might otherwise kill a normal human being, with her body being slightly colder internally then normal.
Advantages:
Having control of how cold objects are allows her a great deal of control about her surroundings. She can effectively stop her foes in their tracks or incoming dangers before they might be able to cause harm. With her training she has a much greater control over her powers to the point of being able to effectively freeze people without risk of them shattering by controlling her power to simply freeze their skin minimizing the risk of damage should they be struck or be impacted in some way while under the effects of her quirk. The ranged ability she trained to use gives her great defensive potential to stop incoming attacks and effectively create a safe area around herself so long as she is aware of incoming danger.
Disadvantages:
While Nadia is able to do things such as freezing the ground or air in order to expand her powers effects beyond her direct touch, the effect of her power is in some part mitigated being less over-all effective then her directly touching an object requiring much more frigid temperatures to effect objects that are indirectly effected by her power. In order to produce the effect of cold, Nadia has to reduce her own body temperature as well. While her body is generally immune to the effects of cold negative effecting her body, it still causes her to slow down while in such a state, with abilities such as her absolute zero forcing her body to be stuck fully still in place making her very vulnerable particularly from ranged attacks while under its effects. Her body having adjusted for cold temperatures makes her susceptible to heat, making her constantly output cold in order to prevent herself from having a heat struck or other negative repercussions. This includes what would be an otherwise hot summer day for others requiring her to be careful to maintain her body temperature much more carefully.

Backstory
Nadia was born the daughter of two Ukrainian immigrants who moved to the United states 4 years before giving birth to her. Living in outskirts of the small town of Rocklake, North Dakota meant she knew a lot of the people who lived around her. Being a rather spread out place with not very many children around her age, Nadia spent much of here time reading. She mostly read English as well as some Ukrainian books which she was rather fluent in being taught it as her secondary language by her parents with her mother in particular focusing on teacher her English in order to better adapt to living in America. Her quirk manifested at around the age of 6 in which while trying to play catch with an older boy who lived not too far away she accidentally frozen the ball causing it to shatter as he caught it freezing his hand and causing a mild cold burn. The accident had caused Nadia to become a bit more reclusive in fear of accidentally hurting someone else fueling the girl to become more entangled in her books and more distant to the kids in her school.

Her isolationist mentality as a child lasted until around middle school when she finally began to break out of her shell upon meeting an older boy named Damon who had a static quirk which managed to hurt others. It was in part due to him that he encouraged Nadia to step out of her shell and learn to better to control her ability and not be afraid to be around others. The advice itself helped greatly as Nadia managed to find her way through middle school becoming rather popular added in some part by her own general beauty before finally entering high school moving with her parents to a larger city in which she sought to try and use her quirk for the greater good and to become a hero, something her parents openly encouraged her to pursue along with any dreams she might have. In her highschool she got great grades becoming a cheerleader and obtaining the title as one of the popular girls of the school though never being one to allow such a mark to ever get to her head. She proceeded to continue her push to learning how to be a hero while also exploring other possibilities in her life.

Upon graduation Nadia had her mind set to join Lakewood State University. Hearing about its various programs to continue learning to be a hero while also being able to take her love for literature and possibly expand upon it further it was the idea place for her to go. She would serve as a hero while also studying for comparative literature in order to prepare herself for a life focused on working on translating books and analyzing literature on the side of her heroing career. For her it was the best way of both helping others while having a contingency plan on the side for something to do when she retired or to do part time while also doing hero work.

Damien is generally the cool guy without trying to be and he doesn't end up realizing this. He often tends to show off his courage and bravery through giving wise words of wisdom in regards to not backing down and backs it up with his actions. Hes often very polite and a gentle man when it comes to interacting with people but hes not overly kind in the sense that he would give everything away for a person, but he does what he can to help. Essentially his general demeanor is calm and collected, he seems more like the good soldier type, essentially following the orders of his superiors which was drilled into him through his time at a military boarding school. He also tends to live up to his mistakes and never take anything for granted. He also believes honest is the best policy and never lies except when using it for the greater good.

Damien's major flaw is that he can some times tend to not be emotionally driven, which means generally he will focus on defeating and enemy rather than helping a injured ally, or not take the feelings of others into account when doing things that could have an adverse effect on his team, prioritizing the goals in front of him over any of that. Hes also emotionally distant, which means that he generally doesn't express much emotion into the things he does and he generally doesn't have the best interpersonal relationships. He also has a very focused moral compass towards the law, believing that those who commit crimes cant be redeemed and generally doesn't show much mercy to those who break the laws. He is generally indifferent to those around them and their ideas and follows everything according to protocol. He tends to be very blunt towards his allies and can tend to be ignorant when it comes to other people.

Quirk Information

Quirk Name:
Skip

Description:
Damien's quirk allows him to teleport to the same spot he was in before with a ten second lag. He can use the ability indefinitely until it wears him out but must wait another 10 seconds for it to recharge. If there is anything in the space when he teleport's back it can lead to a strange effect. The teleport back wont necessarily harm him or the thing that's there whether it be someones fist or an object it creates a displacement effect that essentially launches him out of the object that has taken up space in mere nano seconds. The displacement is based on the size of the object and the direction of his center of gravity before he teleport's. For example if hes standing still and its a small object like a fist he will likely just be moved to the side but if he was leaning backwards before the teleport he would be moved backwards. For larger objects he could potentially be launched in any direction when standing still (He wont be launched down through the earth due to the fact it would cause him to endlessly pass through a bunch of material and the launch tends to take paths of lesser resistance). This does not work if its a liquid or water in the place where he originally was as because of their molecule separation they can be easily displaced instead. Anything touching his body also moves with him, so his clothing and things on his body that would be transported with him through the teleportation and any displacement.

Advantages:
The major Advantage of this quirk is that he is able to dodge more readily and has the advantage in hand to hand combat by being able to teleport when his opponents attack and counter when he comes back. His quirk also gives him the advantage of being able to displace him self in some situations, for example if there was a door he and his team needed to get through he could potentially be pushed through by disappearing and having something placed in the spot he was before to displace himself through the door.

Disadvantages:
The main disadvantage to Damien's quirk is that he always teleport's back to the exact same place then when he left after 10 seconds, so for people who knows his ability, its essentially impossible for him to use it on them because it loses its element of surprise. Also with his quirk his timing has to be perfect which and with the cool down it makes it essentially useless in regards to dodging bullets or fast moving objects, as well as super speed quirks

Backstory:
Damien grew up in London England to a millionaire father and a pro hero mother. He also has a twin sister named Emily who he was very close with from a young age. While growing up Damien saw his father as a man who knew how to get things done and wanted to be like him when he grew up, especially since he was the most likely heir to his fathers company. Damien from a young age was always proper and well behaved, and while he was never bullied directly he never had a lot of friends and knew that more often then not most people talked behind his back. He was also quite fat as a child and took in the pleasures of being rich and being able to eat what ever he wanted. He was never much of a snob and was usually calm. But despite this he would often find him self wanting to fix his issues with money rather than solving them himself. For most of the time when he was growing up he was thought to be quirkless as he never expressed any signs of having a quirk, much to the dismay of his mother. Eventually his father sent him off to a Military boarding school for boys when he was old enough to enter as he felt that he could use a a firmer grasp on his education and also teach him many life lessons.

For the next 6 years he found himself in a very strict school and while he worked his ass off to do well he never lost sight of his goal in eventually taking over his fathers company. Because of the strict training regiment the school had he also lost a ton of weight while at the school. He got into boxing and some martial arts where he discovered his quirk for the first time after participating in a boxing match and disappearing for ten seconds, and his ability to be displaced shortly after that when he was physically displaced from the place where he once was when someones fist was left in the area he once was in. His quirk was discovered to be a variant of his fathers quirk which was limited teleportation. For the time while he was at the school he got to see his parents quite often but rarely saw his sister as he schedule for time off never really lined up with his too well and soon it seemed like they didn't know each other at all.

After graduating from military school he decided to study abroad in the United States where he would get a business degree but also take hero courses to have something to fall back on and to be closer to his mother who he never really understood. He moved into a house that his father paid off for him and was living the dream life for five days when his sister showed up at his door thinking that the house his father had bought him was hers.

Personality:
Emily is a rebel by nature, she tends to be very mischievous and loves to pull practical jokes on people. She's typically the life of the party, she enjoys hanging out with friends, and she likes spending her free time downing shots at a bar. Shes not the most responsible person every and tends to be a disappointment to those around her for not doing something that they asked of her and skipping out on her responsibilities. Shes also a major flirt and tends to be very open to discussing things that would embarrass other people around her, especially her brother who she tends to torment by doing said things. She does have her redeeming qualities though as she tends to care deeply about people and shes the type of friend who will gladly keep important secrets and help out if she is able. Typically speaking she doesn't gossip about people, thinking that its rude and immature and she doesn't like when rumors are spread about people, especially when she knows that they aren't true. Shes also a huge rock and roll fan and is taking courses in music. She tends to be friendly and kind to those around her but does have a major temper, as she sometimes tends to get angry over small issues and can become angry enough to use her quirk to solve said issues. Overall shes irresponsible, mischievous, and temperamental but she is a pleasure to be around and can typically befriend anyone.

Quirk Information

Quirk Name:
Solar Flare

Description:
Emily's Quirk allows her to use the power of the sun to make fire. Essentially her quirk converts solar energy directly into fire when she uses it. Basically her skin works like a solar panel and absorbs the sun rays, but it also continuously discharges solar energy so that the energy doesn't constantly build up in her body leading to her becoming over energized but because of that she is always warm and sometimes hot to the touch. One of the major benefits of her quirk is that because her skin is use to taking in the suns radiation and is adapted to it she carries no risk of skin cancer or getting sun burns, but she also can't wear sun screen for her quirk to work and usually tans easily.

Advantages:
Her quirk is powerful in the sense that it uses solar energy to create fire, which works effectively against her enemies. Based on the season she can use her abilities more effectively, in the summer they become more powerful than they are in the winter, and they also become more powerful if shes near the equator during the spring and autumn seasons.

Disadvantages:
The major disadvantages of her quirk is that she cant use it much of the time. For starters she cant use it at night time because the sun has gone down, she can't use it indoors unless shes near an open window and she cant use it on rainy and cloudy days. The second disadvantage is that she cant store energy, making it impossible for her to use her quirk at any of the mentioned times above, Her hero suit does store some energy for her but its not overly efficient.

Backstory:

As a young girl she really enjoyed music and liked to listen to popular rock bands from the 20th century England, Which included the Rolling stones, led zeppelin, the Ramones, and many more. When she was 9 she discovered her quirk for the first time and found it to be the same as her mothers, which was the ability to absorb energy from the sun and make fire out of it. Because of this her mother was very involved with her and would often train her. This revealed a new side of her mother to Emily, the side where powerful quirks were all that mattered. While she admired her mother and wanted to be a hero like her she found her training quite hard on her.

When she was old enough to go into middle school her father decided to send her off to a private school for girls so that she could learn how to behave better and have more opportunities than the public school system had to offer. While there she rediscovered her passion for music and started to take singing lessons and lessons on the guitar and piano. She eventually decided that she wanted to go to college and become a hero like her mother but also try to get a degree in the musical arts so that she could also explore her passion. Over the years she was at private school she never got to see her twin brother much as her schedule for time she had home never really lined up with his and they eventually grew apart.

As she graduated from her private school she set her sights on a university in the Americas called Lakewood State University and asked her father to send her over there so that she could pursue her dream. He agreed and she soon left to study abroad in the USA where she would learn to be a hero and get her degree in music. When she got there she found that the house that her father had bought for her to live in was already occupied by someone as displayed by the boxes and the car parked out front. When she got inside she found much to her surprise that it was her brother.

One may describe Eloise as a being of chaotic nature, driven purely by her own whims, but to her, her actions, while seemingly random and pursuing no set path, are all within her projected courses of actions, and serve a purpose- just a purpose suited for her ideals of how she wants to see the situation play out. She is not, by any means, a genius of great numbers of intellectual points, but has been described to be an astute observer capable of deciphering a person as a whole from watching them for a period of time as well as picking up on the smallest of hints. She is also described as a frighteningly capable manipulator- her presence and words has been said to feel ‘stifling’, as if something in the air was slowly choking anyone she turns her attention to. Even if it is clear that she doesn't know anything about a person, she just seems to exude some sort of natural...idea that implies that she knows more than she lets on. Whether it is her own body language, or the slow, teasing way she speaks, or a mixture of both, it is almost certain to even the densest of people that she holds more cards in her hand than she is showing.

She presents herself as a random factor, an unknown integer, to the equation- she may oppose the tide if she so chooses, and suddenly go with it at the turn of a head. There is not much stimulation of the other variables in just following a preset plan- chaos is what stirs the beaker, as it were. This is reflected in her own personality- being able to switch between supporting and nice to demeaning and condescending within seconds. She has no strong morals, and is said to be capable of doing anything she so wishes. However, she understands some things are, unfortunately, sensitive matters to the weaker willed, and some of her methods would elicit frightened screaming- a melodic sound to her, but draws too much attention.

Strengths and Flaws:
What may be a flaw in the eyes of one may be the strength in the eyes of another. For instance, Eloise’s refusal to lie may be a strength in some fool’s eyes, but in the eyes of another fool, it may be a flaw- in truth, it is neither. It is merely who she is. Indeed, the fact that she does not care who someone is, and what their station in life is, is a strength, in that she will aid anyone, no matter who they are, what they have done, and what they will do, and is a flaw, in that she will aid anyone, no matter who they are, what they have done, and what they will do- it is merely the application of Hippocrates’ Law, as well as her love for humanity. She is also said to have very sharp eyes, and observational skills that only detective fictions can outdo, allowing her to peer into the lives and behaviours of others just by watching them long enough. Human watching is more than just a hobby, more than just a morbid fascination that birdwatchers have- it is watching those that she loves dearly, and learning how they live.

It is not in Eloise’s nature to like or dislike anything. Description:
The ability to create flesh and blood from any part of her body. She can also take a ‘donor’’s flesh through physical contact, capable of sucking them dry of their flesh through prolonged contact. Eloise can create flesh of any colour, and mold it in any shape she so wishes. She is capable of creating two types of flesh- one is purely for miscellaneous use, usually a lump of meat that she uses as a means of offense or defense. It has no nervous system or blood in it, meaning it just kind of…exists. The other is for healing purposes, bearing a semblance of a nervous system and some blood in it, and once placed or created on the spot in an open wound, the system inside begins to integrate with its new home’s body, sealing up the wound completely, and leaving no scars or issues. There is only one catch- the skin will be bare, hairless. After a while, however, hair will eventually grow back, so panic shouldn't set in.

Her Quirk is classified under Mutant.

Able to heal even deep cuts and patch up heavy wounds
Able to create skin-masks with hyper-realistic faces to disguise a person

Backstory:
Eloise never cared for the hero life. That wasn't to say she was impressed with the deeds of the villainous either. From young, she never saw anything in these masked morons duking it out in the city streets. All it was, was a show. Who sold the most merchandise, who got the most air time on television-- who brought the most hope or despair to the world. That was all they were.

Eloise was described as special as a child, for more reasons than one. For one, she was not the person she is today. In fact, she was nothing more than what could be described as a blob of flesh. Who knew how her mutation worked? She was capable of sight without eyes, hearing without ears, speech without a proper mouth, and, most importantly, bleeding. She was, even in these times, a monster. Though her parents cared for her all the same, she was an outcast amongst the other children. Who wanted to get along with a blob? The teachers, while they certainly did their best, were squeamish around such a…thing in their class. Perhaps, this was what jumpstarted Eloise's progress into the apathetic lady that she is today. In any case, when she was 10, Eloise, without warning, sculpted her entire self into the appearance of a human being, a brunette sharing her parents' features and how she would appear at the age. No one knew how or where she picked this skill up, she just appeared one day in her parent’s room, knowing only things that Eloise would know. She had a relatively normal life after that. Some of the other children were still skeptical of her humanity, but most of the other children with mutant Quirks like hers got along well with her.

However, there was something that some children, and some adults, took note of- she was always watchful, and always learning. While it disturbed some, it was chalked up as just mere curiousity. Perhaps she’d grow out of it.

She never did.

As mentioned, she showed no interest in heroes or villains, but she did, however, apply to a hero academy under a support class, where she was described as a sterling student, a rather good friend, and was even dating one of the students in the Hero Course, whom she, apparently at the time, doted on. She was, for the most part, doing quite well. Then, out of a whim, she broke up with her boyfriend. She made it a public affair, breaking up with him with the most audience available, shattering his heart. The despair was too much for him, and the young man quit the Hero Course the next week, and became a shut-in. Eloise showed no remorse. In fact, she continued on a streak of deeds that brought her infamy. Incriminating photos of other students cheating on their lovers, stealing, having affairs with adults, and so on were leaked to the public. It was suggested that she was the perpetrator, but there was no evidence to prove that. After all, all she did was observe.

She later applied to Lakewood University for unknown reasons. She has given no account as to why she is here now, in Lakewood, and her lack of respect for heroes is still apparent.

A lovely, peppy young woman, who's all you'd expect from a blooming star of her magnitude. Passeri is the sort of girl who makes a point out of getting along with anyone and everyone, regardless of how prickly or unpleasant they may be. Bias is beyond her, everyone is equal, and so long as someone is able to be added to her social circle, she'll make sure that they eventually are. She doesn't seem to be as much of a hard worker in her studies as she in her social pursuits however, only having picked her major because it was the easiest one to do in the least time possible. Her true interests lay within the hero program, and the path of betterment that lies within.

Quirk Name: The Social Network
Description: Passeri is able to generate and store energy whenever a specific gesture is performed in her direction, with her as its intended target. She's then able to direct this stored energy out of her body in either a Quick or Refined Release. A Quick Release results in a short ranged explosion of force. A Refined Release allows her to generate constructs of hardened energy, which she can control telekinetically so long as she is touching them. Their size, shape and weight are determined by how much energy she expends to build them.

To gain energy, Passeri needs someone to perform a 'heart hands' gesture at her, with the love or adoration in their hearts that one would associate with the gesture, and they must be within one hundred meters. Technically speaking, neither of these actually act as the fuel for her Quirk. Instead, the two act as a circuit and signal respectively, that allow her to tap into other Quirk Factors and use them to empower her own, albeit extremely briefly. She doesn't actually gain much power from a single gesture, only gaining enough from an average concert to fuel herself for about half an average battle.

Advantages:
  • Quick Release - A good tool for disengagement, that allows Passeri to compensate for her Refined Release's lack of immediacy in combat. She generally uses it to get out of sticky situations, assuming she has the energy to spare.
  • Refined Release - The true manifestation of Passeri's Quirk. Her Refined Release allows for a great deal of versatility in its use, both offensively and defensively.
Disadvantages:
  • Quick Release - Quick Releases are much harder to control, as by their very nature that are essentially just Passeri venting out a blast of energy without any consideration of giving it form. Repeated use of Quick Releases are sure to drain her energy before long, leaving her extremely vulnerable.
  • Refined Release - If Passeri is not touching one of her constructs, it will cut its telekinetic bond with her immediately, causing it to act as if it were a normal object. Furthermore, applying telekinetic force to her constructs is not free, requiring her to expend energy relative to how much force she is applying to them, and how many natural forces (such as gravity) they need to overcome in order to behave in the manner she wants them to.

Backstory:
Even before Quirks took the world by storm, marriage was a ceremony that could be uses not only for love, but for personal gain too. Foreign monarchs marrying into one another families to expand their influence, nobility marrying up the ladder to increase their wealth, the list goes on.

Passeri is the product of one such marriage.

Her parents, both underbosses to separate crime families, both saw an opportunity in the prospect of holy matrimony and joined hands not to unite their hearts, but to unite their influence and resources. As a symbol of their union, Passeri was born, a beautiful baby girl who they would raise into the successor of their criminal empire.

By the time that Passeri had grown into a child, her parents had already co-opted the leadership positions of their groups, and pulled them together into one organization. Even at that age she was well aware of just the sort of people her parents were. Neither were the sort of try and hide their business from their offspring, after all, the whole reason that'd brought her into the world in the first place was to pick up where they would one day leave off. She never attended traditional schooling, instead participating in a regimented curriculum of homeschooling to sharpen her into a tool handmade for the criminal underworld, and it worked fabulously.

Before she'd even finished her schooling she'd grown into a girl of ambition, not only following the path that her parents had laid out for her, but paving her own one too. She already had a network of plans and goals of her own, that perhaps stretched out in directions that her parents had not expected.

Paradoxical in nature, Sebastian's words and actions run parallel with each other, never quite crossing to met each other. He says he prefers to stay in the background, yet his voice makes a point to carry. He speaks about the value of teamwork, yet always runs ahead of the pack. Could it be that Sebastian is a born liar, a true blooded hypocrite? Very possibly yes.

In it's purest form, Sebastian can create portal like doors and manipulate them with somewhat limited control. Using this ability, he can place An Anchor Door, once placed that Door cannot move unless erased and is incorporeal unless activated. Once an Anchor Door has been set up Sebastian may then create another Door that, when entered, brings anything that enters to where the Anchor door is. He can manipulate the size of the Doors to a point, making them no larger than a standard door with no limit on how small they can be. Though he can only have three Anchor Doors at once he is able to make up to seven non-Anchor Doors that can lead to the same or different Anchor Doors. Additionally, both Anchor Doors and Non-Anchor doors can only be created within a ten-foot radius of Sebastion. Though once an Anchor Door is set up he may move as far as he wants without fear of it dissipating.
*One Anchor Door is currently set up in a family-owned traffic sign factory.

To become a hero is all the Sebastian ever wanted. Were his goals so lofty as to save the world, defend the innocent, be justice where justice herself could not reach? No. Growing up, the only aspiration Sebastion had was money. That's all he needed. A child without a father, a mother without a partner, maybe if Sebastian could provide, even just a little bit. So he practiced, he learned how to use his useless Quirk, he ignored the classes he thought didn't matter, devoted as he was. Through the scolding of his teachers, the yelling of his mother and constant depreciation of the self, Sebastian worked towards a childish goal. And on his path to his goal, Sebastion found himself forced into a screeching halt.

A darkened night, sudden bright lights, a sharp noise, a frozen boy, a flying boy, a stopped car, and blood on the pavement, a crying mother, soon to be two. A crash, one that rendered Sebastian in a hospital bed. A sharp pain shooting through his veins when he didn't move, a hellish pain when he did. The results came in, the damage wouldn't be permanent, but physical therapy was suggested, lest Sebastion lived hindered by pain. And so hindered by pain Sebastion lived. The physical therapy came in slow, short bursts, as they could afford it. Sebastian returned to class, to a life of giving up. He could hardly walk without assistance, the idea of becoming a hero was far and gone.

Some months turned into years, and the years slowed down into days, and Sebastion found himself on the cusp of high school. And there he discovered something quite interesting. Whispers from friends, a single word; Songbird. What Sebastian discovered at the end of the tunnel was perhaps exactly what he needed. A young girl posting images, making music, and being a weird variation of cute. All things that would attract the eye by themselves, but there was one image, one sentence, that drew Sebastian further in.

"Everything happens for a reason, right? I bet this was just so you guys could send me all your love!!!" Looking back, any hint of depth that his bleeding heart gave to that post was unwarranted. But in the moment, it was exactly what he needed. For in those shallow words and in that cute face he found encouragement. He read on, he followed her journey every step on the way. In every superficial, artificial struggle, he found catharsis. A classic case of misery enjoying the company of its kind. And as the days of physical therapy progressed he found that once empty ideal of his, his heroic aspirations, rising above the surface.

And sometime later, another fortunate turn of fate. His mother had met a kind man, a gentle soul who had moved from Kyoto to Vermont where he managed a factory. Weekly meetings turned into daily outings, and soon the two spent days side by side. The gentle man offered his own money to help Sebastian overcome the physical trauma now years long. And the healing began in earnest. Day and night, month by month, supported by those that loved him and she who didn't know Sebastian even existed, he recovered.

Now graduating high-school, he no longer lived in pain, his mother had the life he wished to create, and his hand was always on his phone, awaiting a post from his personal hero. What more was left for him, than to live his life the way he wanted. Which started with the desire to express his thanks to one last person.

Mio Tends to be a pessimist, always looking on the down sides to life and loathing over the fact that she isn't normal, even in a world of people with super powers. She hates the fact that he quirk requires her to basically be on guard all of the time, to make sure she doesn't accidentally touch anything, which has lead her to be a loaner for most of her life and stay away from other people so that she doesn't end up hurting them. Mio has the ability to excite the molecules in no living matter causing them to explode and cause damage to people they are near. Essentially the way her power works is that anything she touches essentially gets excited and explodes like a hand grenade, its not instant it takes a short amount of time to charge up. The big thing about her quirk though is that she cant turn it off, if she touches something it begins to charge until it goes boom, which forces her to wear gloves on a regular basis. If she touches a large item like the ground only a small radius of about a meter will explode. Because of the nature of her quirk her clothing has to be made out of special fibers so that they wont explode if excited and she is unable to cause liquids and gases to explode as it needs to be physical matter.

Advantages:
The main advantages of this is the fact that she can make a weapon out of anything, essentially letting her be very diverse in how she is able to attack people. Because she is unable to make organic and non solid matter explode it also allows her to live a fairly normal life as she wouldn't be able to explode her food or what every she drinks, or cause explosions in the air that she breathes.

Disadvantages:
The fact that she has no control over what she causes to explode is a major disadvantage, and she has to be careful of what she touches and what makes contact with her as it can lead to potentially dangerous situations, so she often has to remain well covered up to avoid her skin from making contact with and solid matter. Her explosions can also back fire on her as she is not immune to her own explosion, its more like creating a shrapnel grenade out of what she touches, basically if shes to close to the object she causes to explode the shrapnel can hurt her as well. Additionally if something like a knife were to stab her the knife would explode as normal, causing extreme internal damage to herself.

Mio's quirk was discovered when she was a new born, after the doctors picked her up while wearing gloves and the gloves exploded into a mess of plastic. From there on out it was a rough journey growing up, Mio was home schooled and has to be carefully monitored so that she didn't cause anything to accidentally explode, and therefore injure anybody. Her father hated her for what she was, leaving her and her mother while she was still young, not wanting to be around a child who literally destroyed everything that she touched. Because of this her mother ended up being very strict on her, telling her she wasn't allowed to make friends or have a normal life because her quirk would drive everyone away from her. Mio had to have special clothing made for her which cost a near fortune and because of her quirk she had to constantly wear gloves so that she didn't cause anything to explode.

As she got older Mio made it her mission to live a more normal life, trying to gain more control over her quirk so that she wouldn't have to be afraid of touching everything around her. She was able to dye her hair and get tattoos that used a special ink that was organic and used a needle made from bone, and thus wouldn't blow up when it touched her skin. She also has piercings made from bone. As she entered high school she decided to go to a public school rather than stay home all of the time, wanting to be able to make friends. After a few incidents she was ultimately expelled and had to go back to doing home school for the rest of her high school life. Eventually she applied for the Lakewood University program and went into the hero program, figuring people would be more accepting of a potentially dangerous quirk so that she could learn like a normal student and hopefully have a fairly normal life.

Because of the nature of her quirk her clothing has to be made out of special fibers so that they wont explode if excited and she is unable to cause liquids and gases to explode as it needs to be physical matter.

Advantages:
The main advantages of this is the fact that she can make a weapon out of anything, essentially letting her be very diverse in how she is able to attack people. Because she is unable to make organic and non solid matter explode it also allows her to live a fairly normal life as she wouldn't be able to explode her food or what every she drinks, or cause explosions in the air that she breathes.

Disadvantages:
The fact that she has no control over what she causes to explode is a major disadvantage, and she has to be careful of what she touches and what makes contact with her as it can lead to potentially dangerous situations, so she often has to remain well covered up to avoid her skin from making contact with and solid matter. Her explosions can also back fire on her as she is not immune to her own explosion, its more like creating a shrapnel grenade out of what she touches, basically if shes to close to the object she causes to explode the shrapnel can hurt her as well. Additionally if something like a knife were to stab her the knife would explode as normal, causing extreme internal damage to herself.

Backstory:
Mio's quirk was discovered when she was a new born, after the doctors picked her up while wearing gloves and the gloves exploded into a mess of plastic. From there on out it was a rough journey growing up, Mio was home schooled and has to be carefully monitored so that she didn't cause anything to accidentally explode, and therefore injure anybody. Her father hated her for what she was, leaving her and her mother while she was still young, not wanting to be around a child who literally destroyed everything that she touched. Because of this her mother ended up being very strict on her, telling her she wasn't allowed to make friends or have a normal life because her quirk would drive everyone away from her. Mio had to have special clothing made for her which cost a near fortune and because of her quirk she had to constantly wear gloves so that she didn't cause anything to explode.

As she got older Mio made it her mission to live a more normal life, trying to gain more control over her quirk so that she wouldn't have to be afraid of touching everything around her. She was able to dye her hair and get tattoos that used a special ink that was organic and used a needle made from bone, and thus wouldn't blow up when it touched her skin. She also has piercings made from bone. As she entered high school she decided to go to a public school rather than stay home all of the time, wanting to be able to make friends. After a few incidents she was ultimately expelled and had to go back to doing home school for the rest of her high school life. Eventually she applied for the Lakewood University program and went into the hero program, figuring people would be more accepting of a potentially dangerous quirk so that she could learn like a normal student and hopefully have a fairly normal life.

Description:
Rebecca's quirk gives her the ability to produce and control black slime as she needs it. The slime itself can be worn like an armor to slow down attacks and help protect her and can act as a super adhesive to stick on to surfaces allowing her to climb walls when its on her palms and feet and pull enemies closer to her if she should desire.

Advantages:
The quirks advantages are that it can act defensively and offensively, allowing Rebecca to attack as she is wearing the slime armor. While she her self is not overly strong the slime can be slung around fairly quickly like a whip in order to attack her enemies, using more momentum than actual punching power. it also gives her the ability to reach places no one else can.

Disadvantages:
While the slime can be used defensively its not a huge bonus, while it can slow down attacks its not a solid defense, it doesn't absorb all of the damage. Fire/heat and Liquids are two major disadvantages to her quirk as well as fire tends to make her slime into more of a liquid, which can tend to melt off of her or become less effective to use, While water tends to wash the slime away and it can't stick to wet surfaces. Also in the presences of extreme cold it becomes harder to manipulate and control, though not impossible.

Backstory:
Rebecca had a very rough childhood, she grew up in a rough neighborhood to a drug addict mother and a father who could get very violent and often got a bit too close to Rebecca. For about 5 years of her life she had to deal with being the blunt of her fathers physical abuse because her mother was often unresponsive after getting high on some kind of drug. When she started school her teachers began to notice that she started to have one too many bad falls a week and they eventually contacted the authorities. Her mother got off scotch free while her father ended up with 15 years in prison for the unspeakable acts that he committed. After that her mother got even more into drugs and often blamed Rebecca on being the reason her father went to prison, essentially disowning her, even becoming a bit abusive herself. When she was 6 her mother overdosed on heroine and died. Rebecca was sent off to a orphanage where she spent the next 7 years.

While in the orphanage she was often bullied, being a weird little kid with such a strange quirk made her the target of a lot of the older kids bullying. She often cried herself to sleep and had no friends, leaving her essentially alone, and the people who ran the orphanage didn't care enough to do anything about it. At the age of 18 she was adopted by a nice family, much nicer than anyone had been to her so far in her life. She eventually got use to the idea of trusting people like normal. Her new adoptive parents were very understanding of the trauma that she had went through. She often expressed violent outbursts, likely caused by remembering what her father had done to her and how it scarred her for life. She never did grow out of her violent streaks, and was expelled from a school due to an incident. Her adoptive parents often tried to help her and had her go to a shrink weekly, but while it did help it never really made her get over everything that had happened to her. She eventually met her first high school love, which she asked out and to her surprise he had said yes. They were deeply in love, or so she thought at least, but like all good things they must come to an end. One day her high school lover was arrested for possessing and distributing revealing pictures of her self and several other girls he had been cheating on her with.

When she graduated highschool she decided that she wanted to become a hero to help those who couldn't help themselves, the kind of hero that she wished that she had when she was younger. Going through a strict regiment of training her quirk for three years after she graduated she finally applied and got into Lakewood State University. She found that when she got to the city it was alot different that what she had expected, she expected a smaller town mainly for student living accommodations, but was greeted by a larger city that offered everything that a student would need to get by in the university.

Following a unique method induced by her parents during her childhood, Ciel was artificially induced with two distinct personalities both masculine and feminine creating a disconnection with their real identity. In her feminine personality, she is passive, polite and seemingly always calm albeit somewhat distant. She walks with excellent posture at a leisurely pace referring to themselves in a fairly neutral manner. In her masculine personality, she is instead rough and sarcastic by contrast. Cocky and short-tempered she carries herself in a relaxed and casual manner. Psychologists have confirmed that such is not, in fact, a Dissociative Identity Disorder and perhaps a direct result of their parents quirk to create a split in infancy to allow each to develop with distinct focuses and full individuals in their own right, both personally having their own distinct manner of speaking and perhaps the reason behind several of their peculiarities as a result.

Despite their intelligence, such seems to have limited impact on their major decisions, choosing to live mostly by feelings alone and in a somewhat animalistic manner dividing things between good or evil as well as people simply "Those she can be with" and "Those she cannot be with", this does not however seem related however to if she dislikes or likes the individual. In this sense they also seem to exhibit a somewhat paradoxical approach to some items, choosing to be drawn and pursue items they claim to dislike much to the confusion of observers. There have however been concerns that her upbringing, as well as the nature of her quirk, has resulted in the development of ingrained problems that deeply affect her world view.

A unique emitter quirk focused on the eyes of the user whose exact function is debated between being an advanced form of perception or a unique form of energy projection. Ciel claims the quirk allows her to see "Lines of Finality" that when force is applied to those exact locations creates a severing of the target regardless of its innate durability. The full extent of this ability is still fairly unclear as they have produced a wide array of results outside simply cutting, Ciel once again being cryptic towards her methods about being able to cut "Nothing and Everything". Cuts created have also appeared to inhibit healing through regenerative quirks or natural methods, requiring such to be physically closed with an outside force. The truth of this is their ability to selectively target and pass items through others to compromise their structural integrity to such a degree that the result appears to be a clean break even on materials that to normal study does not have them, passing through certain points and placing a small field at the area to damage that prevents it from rejoining to either sever or dissipate the target in a chain reaction.

The orphan child of the villain duo known as the Red Lions consisting of her Father Severus Delacroix aka Split and Mother Divina Delacroix aka Clause, Intended to be raised to follow in their stead until their believed death in a hero conflict at age 6. As a result, she would be taken in by her Aunt and be raised within a plantation estate to the outskirts of New Orleans, however, such would prove to be a highly demanding upbringing attempting to purge the effects of her sister's influence culminating in Ciels desire to pursue the hero lifestyle. The primary hurdle throughout most of her life has been carrying the stained legacy of her parents resulting in a great amount of distrust from those who learned of her heritage, even more so as her quirk became known and its effects observed, resulting in a great deal of animosity from both other children as well as the hero community whom lost a great deal by her parents hands. Fast forward several years and despite all beliefs and many objections, they would successfully gain admission to the Lakewood university to continue both her education and heroic career in hopes of overcoming her heritage and follow the path she had chosen.

Quirk Name: Hydrokinesis
Description: Miles can transform into water by liquefying the molecules in his own body, as well as control/manipulate water near him.
Advantages:
  • Miles is able to control his own shape and size when in his watery form, allowing him to avoid attacks and fit through tight spaces.
  • Being able to turn himself into water, Miles can negate most physical attacks by turning his body into water and reforming; physical attacks, sharp weapons and bullets will simply pass through his body, and he can simply reform lost limbs. This overall allows him to be a very defensive hero.
  • He can also control/manipulate small to semi-medium bodies of water (pipes, puddles, pools, etc.) from any source within 60 feet (18.288 Meters).
  • Miles can also utilize water with his combat, creating water blasts, waves, water whips, etc..
Disadvantages:
  • If Miles doesn't react quick enough to shift into water, he can be hurt by any means. This also extends to his limbs; if he is caught off-guard and has his arm or leg cut off, he will loose that limb permanently in his normal form.
  • In order for his quirk to work at its fullest capabilities, Miles’ body must constantly be hydrated at all times; although this is something shared within all humans, this is much more prominent in Miles' case, due to his quirk. Not drinking or keeping himself hydrated for long periods of time can result in him being unable to turn into water, and in worse case scenarios, unable to even create water from his body.
  • Miles can be easily defeated by being turned into ice and kept at the right temperature, and is also highly weak towards electrocution. He is also unable to transform if caught in extremely hot temperatures, due to the shear heat evaporating the water he creates.
  • Despite his ability to control water, he cannot control large bodies of water, in which trying to do so will result in him suffering through nausea, blurred vision, weakness/numbness, and general throbbing pain on all sides of his head before passing out.

Advantages: The user may freely shift the mass in order to provide both various options such as higher or lower density or size in certain locations or changing their inertia and position within the air. Utility wise they may also adjust items size allowing for numerous effects such as easier storage.
Disadvantages: The user requires mass in order to properly use this quirk less they sacrifice their own, in addition to if they store or bestow an excessive amount they must carefully adjust there density or size in order to prevent both environmental and structural integrity issues such as the inability to support the weight and breaking in on itself or unable to be supported by its surface. Even by default, the density of her body is far above normal resulting in an inability to swim.

Backstory:
Born upon a large ranch estate to a traditional Catholic couple, Miranda would grow up relatively happily if an unruly child surrounded by a great number of siblings though always seeming to follow their own direction at times. It was not until they grew into their teenage years that issues started to arise and infighting with their father, in particular, would become more and more common. This came to a head in recent years with her several items that had been hidden from her father came to his attention in a verbal spar of sorts regarding her intended career path into further education and heroic training instead of the family business, such as her previous partners, lack of religious leanings among other items. That leads us to the current year and her attendance at Lakewood State University to continue her career into the Stem Fields, somewhat estranged from her family through private letters and messages from some members are still received and sent periodically unbeknownst to her father.

Robin is best described as full of energy and always looking for fun and company. They love being around others in social environments, they love going out and doing things, they love living life to it's fullest. Because of this love, Robin can be quite reckless and adventurous willing to try all sorts of new experiences and visit new places. They are the type of person to say you only live once, gotta do everything you can. They are highly sociable and outgoing and make a point of going up and making new friends. They have a particular draw in going for the quiet loners and pulling them into the group, an annoying trait that receives pushback regularly. Robin is also exceptionally lacking when it comes to shame and restraint, they are clingy and expressive and generally don't give even a seconds thought as to what others might think. Quirk Name: Succubus
Description: Robin's quirk allows them to drain the energy from living things. Be this plants, animals, or people, Robin can take their energy and use it. They have to make physical contact with whatever it is they wish to drain the energy from with the time it takes to fully drain something being dependent on how much energy they actually have. Draining a small flower could be done in seconds, but draining a person to life-threatening levels would take minutes. This process can be sped up by touching "sensitive" areas, or areas with large concentrations of nerves. Areas such as the hands, feet, lips, and tongue are the ideal targets making the quirk a bit of a spectacle when being used efficiently. To help with this the actual draining process itself mostly paralyzes the target making it extremely difficult to move and escape. It is also said that it actually feels incredibly good, further making resistance difficult as it's like pulling yourself out a soft, comfortable warm bed on a cold winter morning. The stolen energy adds to Robin's own and helps fuel their body. They do not have to eat, or sleep, or rest if they can continually take energy from elsewhere. Though the only reliable source to enable this is other human beings or large animals. Robin is also capable of giving energy to others. Utilizing the exact same process they simply give instead of take. While this doesn't have any miraculous healing properties or anything like that it does rejuvenate the target, filling them with energy and life to keep them going. All the benefits he receives, they would also receive.

Advantages:
  • It can quickly and silently incapacitate enemies while giving Robin a boost to keep going almost indefinitely.
  • Is fairly versatile with teamplay allowing more energetic individuals to share with those who are struggling.

Born to a normal family in Middleton Tennessee, Robin grew up with a fairly privileged life. Robin's parents owned their own little corner store in the small town and their hard work meant the family was fairly well off, your standard upper middle class household with their yearly vacations to Disney Land. The vacations, and Middleton's otherwise boring nothingness, is what gave the young Robin such a lust for adventure. To see things they had never seen, do things they had never done. Those brief glimpses into other parts of the country during their vacations showed them how vast and different the world could be, even in their own homeland.

Their actual desire to be a hero didn't truly take root until they were older. Being attracted to the profession for a myriad of reasons, the ability to travel, to do new things, to help people. It seemed like a perfect fit for the young child. Unfortunately their quirk wasn't well suited for such work. And despite their best efforts, highschool came and went with many of their classmates going on to become pro heroes as they were stuck.

It was their second year of high school that they realizes their quirk alone wouldn't cut it and so they began to train their body beyond what even the curriculum demanded. So for the next four years Robin trained both their quirk and in martial arts to actually be able to apply their quirk. At the age of nineteen they applied to one of the few colleges offering a hero course, confident that their training and hard work would finally pay off.

    Personality: Kat is typically a happy go lucky type of girl, shes generally very excitable and can be irresistibly cute sometimes. She tends to be the curious type and a risk taker, rather than letting life got to waste and not taking a chance, she has been known to explore areas that could be considered dangerous out of pure curiosity. She tends to be very impatient and likes to rush into things which can easily go south for her. She tends to very trustworthy and honest, not spilling secrets that are told to her but also never lying. She has a very short memory span and often forgets things she doesn't consider important. Shes typically really kind and courteous to those around her, helping out in any way that she can and trying to make friends out of everyone.

    Kat tends to act like a dog in most regards, as detailed in her personality, which is likely due to her canine physiology. Aside from her behavior that could be considered normal for even a human to have she typically likes to rest her head on random peoples laps, even if they don't invite her to. She also enjoys rewards like a scratch behind the ear and will often look for rewards from those around her for her good behavior or for listening to them. She can be rather loyal to certain people who treat her well and will often follow them around. She also enjoys fetch for what ever reason. While she does tend to behave like a dog she also conforms to human standards most of the time and has her human traits as well. For example she is rather intelligent and is rather good at school. Another Example is that her primal instinct is for her to not wear itchy human clothing, but because of her sense of decency she dresses up properly.

    Quirk Information

    Quirk Name: Raiju Physiology

    Description: Kat's Quirk allows her to take the traits of a Raiju, what is typically regarded as a mythological beast in Japan, being a Yonko. The Raiju is a beast which has the ability to turn into or control lightning. It usually takes the form of a animal such as a wolf, cat, fox, or weasel, and its crys sound like thunder. Kat possesses some of these qualities, which is why her quirk was named after the Raiju, She both takes up a partial canine form and can control lightning. The extent of her abilities is unknown, but due to her reading up on myth she tested out some of the Raiju's traits to see if she had them, and while she can control lightning and has a canine form she can't completely turn into lightning and she is unable to fly. Her Canine physiology gives her a bushy tail and a set of wolf like ears on top of her head, as well as pronounced leg muscles and a set of fang like teeth. This gives her enhanced senses (Hearing, smell, night vision), enhanced Endurance and Stamina, Enhanced Bite strength, and A Predatory instinct. The lightning manipulation side of her quirk allows her to charge her cells using her own electron movement in her cells and the electrostatic energies in the surrounding atmosphere to generate lightning bolts and charge. This allows her to Blast people with electricity, clad herself in lightning, generate a shocking touch, and become immune to electricity. She can also generate a loud thunder like bark, but it really bothers her and tends to hurt her ears. Her quirk is likely the result of her fathers canine physiology and her mothers lightning quirk combining to give her a more unique quirk.

    Advantages: The main advantages of this quirk are that she can basically combine the benefits of having an enhanced body with lightning manipulation. Because of her canine physiology she makes a good tracker and it also has better instincts and improved strength and endurance. Her lightning abilities also give her a elemental advantage and some long ranged attacks. She's great in lightning storms as it allows her to accumulate charge more quickly and deliver more powerful attacks.

    Disadvantages: The main disadvantages of her quirk are her heightened senses and the fact that she has to generate charge before using her ability. While her heightened senses give a major buff to her tracking ability they can also be her down fall, loud noises can more easily discombobulate her and give her migraines and bad smells can easily distract her and are more effective on her than normal people. As well bright lights tend to hurt her eyes a bit. The fact that she has to use her body's electrons and the electrostatic energies in the atmosphere to use her power puts her at a bit of a disadvantage as it takes a bit of time for her to build up a charge sometimes, it all depends on the surrounding area. Water tends to be a bit of a disadvantage for her since its a natural conductor because of this if she uses her lightning on a body of water it will enter the water and shock everything in it, but this also mean if shes surrounded by water and her targets not she cant hit them due to her lightning dissipating through the water and not shooting straight through it. Also metal rooms can be a problem as her lightning will be naturally attracted to the metal. Also lightning is typically ineffective in passing through glass, vaccums, rubber, plastics, and wood.

    Backstory: Kat grew up in Florida Orlando to he mother who was a hero and he Father who was her side kick. Growing up Kat always got to see the side of her parents that was cool and exciting, which was the hero side in comparison to their more boring normal life side. Because her mom headed the agency ever since she was born Kat was around a bunch of heroes who always told her that one day she would grow up and be just like her mom. While Kat didn't have much of a opinion about what she wanted to do at that age it did mold her future. When she was born Kat had shown signs of having her fathers quirk, with her ears on top of her head, short fur like hair on her head, and the presence of a tail. It wasn't until she was in elementary school that she began to show signs of also having her mothers quirk, which came as a surprise to every one that she had a combined effect quirk.

    When Kat entered highschool she was quick to make friends with the popular crowd due to her having a strong quirk, and she fitted in nicely to the clique because of that. Of course Kat was the kind of person to make friends of everyone, so she made friends with the nerd and social outcast cliques as well. Because of this the popular clique quickly turned their back on Kat and basically shunned her. This was the first time Kat had experienced any form of bullying and people who weren't nice. For her it wasn't a great feeling but it didn't bother her so much as she still had groups of wonderful friends. When she graduated from highschool she decided to continue her hero learning in hopes of becoming like her mother, so she moved far north to join the Lakewood State University.

Becca is a girl who loves the unknown and anything creepy. Shes a risk taker, marching into whatever other people would hesitate to do, either because its too scary or just dangerous. She fun loving and can be rather adorable most of the time. She tends to sometimes be very loud and outgoing, one way to put it is that she gets high off of life. She is very kind hearted but at the same time likes to play tricks on people, whether that means scaring them or just playing pranks. She enjoys being around people but when it comes to hero work she prefers to work alone, as her powers are more suited to night time combat or in areas of poor lighting. Becca also has ADHD, she cant sit still for long and she hates to wait around for something, she tends to fiddle around with things like pens or pretty much anything she can get her hands on while she is waiting around.

Becca is Bisexual, she likes both males and females in a when it comes to romance. She tends to be super shy around people she feels attracted to, which is in contrast to her usual personality. She likes delicious food, video games, music, sports, and she is a master at games such as Spotlight, hide and go seek, and tag. In general she really doesn't like having to stay still for too long, when someone tells her she cant do something, and any form of studying.

After Becca lost her arm during a fight with a villain around 3-4 years ago she has suffered from some minor depression. For a long time she was down about her condition and because of it she found herself in a deep despair, which on the plus side had unlocked some of her powers, though it kept her from doing anything meaningful in her school life for a while. After about a year and a few surgeries to attack a cybernetic prosthetic she regained some of her hope for the future. Eventually she got back on her feet and proceeded on with her life and continued to strive towards being a hero.

Becca's quirk wasn't what she had originally thought it was, Her quirk use to allow her to Become invisible in levels of darkness, almost like wearing a shroud of darkness to hide herself and made it so her presence was hidden. But due to her own internal darkness she unlocked new powers of her quirk that allowed her not only to hide herself in darkness but control the darkness around her. When Becca is in a dark enough area she is able to hide her self completely from eye sight with darkness, hide others, expand the darkness to shut out light, and make attacks with darkness. The way her darkness attacks work is that the darkness forms into a black smoke like substance that extends from Becca when she uses her powers. This darkness has a bit of force behind it, feeling less like a bunch of smoke and more like a liquid. Beccas powers are most effective in a pitch black room but when shes not and level of darkness will do, though with increasing light levels her powers weaken, For example She could technically Produce darkness even when she just has the shade of a hoodie, though she wouldn't be able to produce enough to attack or do anything with, just small flickers.

Advantages:
Becca's Quirk Gives her the advantage of stealth over anything else. While she does have some attacking abilities that main benefit of her quirk is being able to hid in levels of darkness and being able to hid others with her. Because of this She is able to get the jump on her enemies and gain an advantage that way. While her quirk doesn't offer up much advantage against other quirks that fact that she can remain completely hidden helps her get an advantage on anyone, no matter what quirk they have. Its also great for tailing and close up observing.

Disadvantages:
Becca's quirk has one painfully obvious disadvantage and that's light. Because of her quirks nature her quirk becomes less and less effective in higher levels of light. So when shes in a well lit room, has a spot light shining on her, or its a really sunny day she basically cant use her quirk. The other disadvantage of her quirk is that while she can make her self and others invisible, and muffle noises, it doesn't mean shes not there, so if shes working with others who are attacking an enemy and she tries to sneak up on them she could easily be hit by friendly fire. Fire quirks, light quirks, and any other quirks that produce a light of some kind are her natural enemy as they will snuff out her power.

Backstory:
Rebecca was born as the daughter of two hero's, Randal Black also known as the hidden hero: Shadow, and Miranda Black Known as the Alchemy hero: Catalyst. Her father was the a hero whose powers are like Rebecca's, having the ability to become one with the shadows while her mothers powers involved changing the form of inanimate objects into other inanimate objects. Becca inherited her fathers powers and her mothers personality as it seemed. When she was little her parents kept her around their office a lot, rather than not being able to spend any time with her it was better to have her experience the world of hero's and everything that came with it. Watching her parents work made Rebecca want to become a Hero just like her mother and father.

When she was around the age of seven she inherited the same quirk her father had, Blackout. She could turn into pure darkness and become one with it. It was also around this time that she became interested in Horror films, while her father never quite had a taste for them Rebecca and her mother loved them. With her powers and love for horror films Rebecca would play tricks on her father and mother, popping out of the shadows whenever she had the chance to give them a good fright. She also took to doing this while at school, which sometimes led to her getting in trouble. She decided to join a school for heroes once she was old enough so that she could become a hero just like her parents.

She soon started attending school at the White Gate high school for heroes. She met many people there and began to make new friends. After a week, while during a school festival, the school was attacked by a group of villains called the shadow terrorists. While most of the students where put to sleep by a quirk, some students were spared by a teacher who recognized the quirk and prevented it from taking hold of the students. The students who remained awake fought back and began to defeat the villains one by one. Becca had chased a villain to the main school building, a bit of the ways away from the other students. She fought back against the villain but the villain over powered her with a quirk similar to her own. By the time police and other heroes had arrived The villain who had faced Becca, Shade, had escaped along with the villain with the sleeping quirk. Becca's was found by Her homeroom teacher first. She had passed out from the pain, had several broken ribs, a broken collarbone, and her left arm had been broken and twisted, with bones protruding from everywhere, that it made him nearly throw up. She was immediately carried to a hospital and given a blood transfusion, but unfortunately they could not save her arm. It was discovered that the purpose of the attack on Whitegate was to steal the registry of every hero that had ever graduated from the school, their quirks, their names, and where they lived. Hundreds of heroes were soon after put on strict watch lists.

A few weeks went by and thanks to the miracle of healing quirks Rebecca had recovered from the majority of her injuries, but due to the fact that she had lost an arm she became very depressed and began to spend less and less time with her class mates as she fell into darkness. It was around this time that she began to awaken new powers, mainly the ability to expand darkness off of her self. About 2 months passed from there without anything interesting happening, but then came their winter training camp, where the students went into the mountains and began to work on quirk improvement and general training. While there they came across a group of villains, around their own age, who were angry that they were not accepted into the hero program at White gate and decided to take it out on the new students. Students began to be taken out by the villains as for the most part they were separated by soon the students came together and took care of the Villains with fair ease. It was soon after discovered that the villains who had attacked the school before had given these young people the students location, as a way for them to closely study the up and coming heroes.

After the Holidays school proceeded as Normal, for Rebecca things were only harder. She had trouble participating in the advanced classes with only one arm and was finding it difficult maintaining her grades in the class room. She found herself up all hours of the night, remembering the pain that had been brought on by the Villain shade. Soon after that the schools Regional Sports Competition Began, a large hero based competition with several normal sports and some battles, with the catch that you were allowed to use your quirk for the whole thing. Several other schools began to converge to White Gate where the competitions where held. Becca began to make a friend of a girl name Yuki Okumura who had a shadow manipulation quirk, being able to bind people with her shadow. During the sports competition Becca didn't do too well due to her condition and her still not being use to it, but her mood began to look up as she was making great friends with Yuki. During the battle portion Becca was up to fight Yuki in the first round. As they walked up to shake hands Yuki said in a very familiar child like voice "Guess you were going to find out soon enough" As she sunk into her shadow and began to assault Becca in the same way Shade had, revealing them to be one in the same. After she had begun her assault Several other students from her "school" Began to attack the students. As their teacher walked up to the Podium, announcing that he was the leader of the Shadow Terrorist group, Several teachers went to attack him, only to not be able to use their quirks. Rebecca and several other students were taken hostage. The teachers gave up and eventually surrendered as well.

While negotiations between the police and the villains who had taken over the school with hundreds of hostages, only a few escaping The students on the inside and outside began to formulate a plan. The students who had escaped attacked at the dead of night, taking down many grunt type villains. While many students stayed behind to fight the upper management villains some got inside and began releasing the hostages. In an all out war the student heroes got the jump on the villains. Rebecca who had been in despair since finding out her new friend was the one that had caused her so much pain went into a rage to find her. Soon she found her and was losing to her quirk again, but her classmates arrived just in time and defeated Shade. They then proceeded to take down a bunch of other villains as the teachers of the various school came together and fought the leader of the Shadow Terrorists, the students helping by keeping other villains away from that fight. After that it took a few weeks to heal up everyone and the schools reputation had been damaged, though not nearly enough to close it, as they had eventually taken care of the issue them selves. It was revealed after that the leader of the villains was a old military man who felt cheated that some heroes got paid more than him, and that his quirk was that he could cancel out a single ability as long as he knew what it was.

After that summer rolled around without incident and Rebecca began to cheer up as she began surgeries to get a cybernetic arm attached. She was beginning to get excited as she would soon start her hero internship at a hero agency with all of her class mates, as White Gate figured with the past incidents it was better to keep all the students out of immediate danger and have them pair off with the strongest hero in New York City for the summer. After that Rebecca had her ups and downs and to say the least the next two years in high school were eventful, from taking down a large scale mafia to preventing a civil war over quirk laws. Eventually she decided that she wanted more experience and she wanted to continue her hero training. So after a bit of thinking Rebecca decided to continue her learning at Lakewood State University, so that she could become the best hero she could possibly be.

-Becca doesn't often wear her Cybernetic arm, as she finds it heavy and a bit uncomfortable at times
