The Leader laughed, responding "Well, I suppose I'll answer truthfully.
  1. Quite yes. I would be able to, but it would be much harder. I would have to find a suitable replacement for you, and I have already went quite a bit out of my way to choose you. In other words: Yes, but it would be a pain in the ass.
  2. Hmmm... hard to answer. Yes, no, maybe? Technically: No. Theoretically: I have to think about it. Really: I don't know myself, but I will discover.
  3. In theory: Yes, you could achieve that power. Really: You can't, because you don't know how. You don't know what to do, in what moment, at what time to succeed with that task. I do.
  4. I don't need to stop you. It would not work all by itself. You can't have the heart of a heartless creature, after all, is that not true?

Now, answer truthfully, Lord of Ravens. Shall I explain something else?" he asked, with a weirdly sarcastic tone.
"You know better than that Farseer. Everything living thing has a 'heart', a core, a soul, call it what you will. If you didnt have anything remotely close to one of those terms, you would be much good to anyone. If you want to explain something further, then be my guest. I have plenty of time to indulge an old man." His tone was even. He didn't like this man, and he definitely did not trust him, but he was interested in the prospect of that much power. Who wouldn't be?

The Leader took on a brooding stance, and said "Then all I'll tell you that inside my shell there dwells no soul, and no heart. Am simply but a husk of a body, with a mind inside of it. Now, if I had no soul I could still desire something, correct? And if you ask how I see the future, and cast magic with no soul - I'll have you know that: that knowledge is forbidden for now... it's origins is black magic, and I do not wish for you to know of what I did."

"That is all. Now, do you wish to hear what I need you to do? Or do you have other plans?" he asked, then looked up, just a bit as if he already, just a moment ago heard the answer, but still kept silent wanting to see what he says. Despite that, his face was still not quite visible, besides his eyes. His eyes were... empty. They were black, diabolical, demonic... but... empty of all emotion. They had nothing in them, not even a reflection of light. Underneath, there was a dark, expansive grin, that seemingly could not dissapear no matter what was to be done.

He took a sip,"They are the Overwatch squad, one of the most deadly squads all in this city, they are feared due to their heavy arsenal, one thing is that there is only 30 of them in the whole world, easy to clear a whole army of 300 just with their squad, if you plan to kill one you would most likely die" He said in a serious tone, before he chuckled,"I was extremely serious there, to say, they will cause hell" He soon started to write in his journal about new thing he had learn today, the people, victims, and the situation

He lifted up his head and shrugged, "Hell I if know, all I know is that he's a sergeant for the MP" He laid his tea down and started to write more in his journal, yet he was trying to make sure he couldn't see what he was writing

Theo dismounted his branch and glided to the ground. He stood in front of Frank and his face morphed into one who had glimpsed true darkness, if only for a single second.

"I will join your cause. If it gets me the power I need, that is all I care about, but if you cross me Frank, not all the clairvoyance and dark magic in the world will save you from me. I will take you to the deepest darkest corner of the world, past the point of no return, and give you all the emotions capable of humanity just to torture you with them. You may think I play this game for kicks, but I play to win. You may have the best hand in the game, but If i cant get the hand I want, I will burn your cards as well as everyone else's." He spoke steadily and without emotion. This was not an idle threat to make himself look powerful, it was a simple truth: if Theo couldn't be happy, he would make everyone miserable with him.

he really didn't care what the guy was writing "well thank you for the room" he said as he grabbed his new machete and clothes and walked to his room climbing on the bed and falling asleep pretty easily. while most peoples sleep was haunted by visions of gore and slaughter his was blessed by it his dream was of the world burning a dream that one day he wanted to witness if only a city he wanted to witness the death of thousands just to say he did.

The Leader tilted his head down, hiding his face from Theo. He did so on purpose, but tried to make it seem as if he was trying to cover his eyes from the wind. It was clear: The Leader didn't want his face seen, but he didn't know that Theo had seen his eyes so far.

He heard his threats and made a weird sound "Hmmmm...?" as if he had just seen something. "As it appears, even the brightest of futures can change, oh, how worrying. My Goodness, in fact this might just be the end for the old chap." he said, clearly not about Theo, but someone else. "Well. In any case. I will commune the next tasks through Telepathy, however..." he stopped. He turned to his side, thinking... "No. I will come here myself. Telepathy is risky. Telepathic waves can be interceded, and if they are... that would foil my plans. I cannot let that happen."

He turned back to Theo again, then said "Ah, yes! Your task. I nearly forgot. Your first little mission for me is... in fact very simple. Especially for someone such as you. You see, soon enough a group of... how do I put it..." The Leader paused and rose his head just slightly, thinking again. You could see his hair under the hood, but not that much of his face. "Adventurers? Yes, sure. A group of young adventurers will visit your palace. They will ask you to do the same as I did: Join their cause.." he paused and took out another, smaller hourglass.

He put the hourglass on the floor, and it started counting time. "They will arrive exactly when this hourglass is done counting. Your task is simple: Strike contempt in their hearts. Do what you need to achieve that. Fear gas in the air? Why not. Offer them shitty drinks and put a fear potion inside? Go ahead. One, key element is that they have to have a bad memory of you. A bad regard. They are to dislike you, but not subconciously. They are to dislike you, and have a reasoning, something that they remember as a reason to disliking you. When they think of you, they are to think: Oh man, I really hate that guy, and I remember why, it's because: Something, something. Make them fear you, make them disgusted with you, make them outright hate you. Any of these are viable. But there's one key thing: They are to leave this palace in an hour after their entry, and they are not to be too damaged mentally and physically. I need them in a good condition pretty soon. Other than that: Go wild."

Then the Leader turned towards the exit and prepared to leave, but stopped. "Ah, and some information that you can use to your advantage. Listen, and memorize it. I don't like to repeat myself, that much." and turned around to Theo again. Then he started speaking "The white-haired male is their leader. There's two white-haired males. The one I'm talking about will be smoking a cigarette when he enters. His name is Christopher November. Probably the most brave, but not the brightest and most powerful of them. He had weaker bones since birth, his heart is twice as weak as a normal person's, and his left arm can't rise above his shoulder. His mother died when he was young. The brunette female is Vanessa Hass, her favourite food is shrimps, she's an enhanced, magical sniper and can turn invisible at will. I advise some detection spells, if you plan to go combat. Oh, and she's Arthur's girlfriend. The red-headed female is an assassin. Her name is Rosemary Joy Distal. She doesn't know much magic, other than to behave extremely calm and quiet. The other female, the blonde one is very childish. Her name is August Winters. Her right arm is made out of metal, and she can perform magical alchemy. To describe it shortly: If you don't keep huge slabs of strong metals around, you should be fine. The other white-haired male, with golden eyes. His name is Jacob. He has bullets that can cause steam-based machinery to disable, and he carries around a magnum. He has a big family, that's still alive and they're in the city. The last male is Arthur Winters, he is capable of... Technokinetic Transmutation, Technopathy and several other powers. He's probably the biggest threat of the group. There might be more people with them, but the ones I mentioned are of your primary concern. Is that clear?" he asked.

"All I have to do is make a group of "Adventurers" fear me? Next time set me up with a real challenge. After having told me so much about them I have the perfect counter for each of them. Since they're all goody-goodies, I'll just threaten the people they care about, and the souls of the city at large. And, who need paltry potions and gases. I'll simply show them their greatest fears then elevate myself above them." His smile was genuine now.

"Dadrel, have Night show my new friend the way out. I believe it's changed since he came in." A few seconds later, Nightmaster appeared and waited at the gate for Frank to follow.

"Was that everything, Frank?"

The Leader chuckled and spoke up "Well, Lord Raven. While I do not hold any question on your abilities, I would like to remind you that underestimating your foes is the greatest disadvantage you can have. Not all of them are goody-goodies, but threatning the people they care about is quite the strategy. The city too. But again: I would not underestimate them. They are quite able. And fear should not be your only advantage, keep it all in mind. And most importantly remember: No permament injuries. No serious injuries. No permament mental damage and they are to leave this place in an hour, prepared for what comes next." he said, then turned to the Nightmaster, and responded "Yes, quite." as he walked out.

He found him self at what appeared to be a temple to a god he recognized the god of the raven his people said that the raven brought death be it to their enemies or to their own warriors. He would need a sacrifice he had been collecting these gold teeth though why they were in people mouth was beyond him. He climbed though the gardens stealthily avoiding major walk ways his mind may be fractured but he knew one does not kill the disciples of death he wondered around the place tell he found a chapel with a large statue of a raven he dropped the teeth at the base of the statue forming a nice sized pile of gold he knelt and prayed in complete silence this was one of the few times the warrior felt like he was still a warrior not some beast.

"So, you have come to pray to the Raven? I receive you warmly, fallen warrior. I see the strength of your heart." Theo had felt It the moment it made its way onto the complex. Old and changed, but no less powerful.

Theo rose up out of the shadow cast by the raven's shadow, before the praying abomination. Here in this semi darkness, framed by the deceptive moonglow, he looked like a god of old in human form.

he looked to see what he thought to be an old god and it accepted him he moved the gold to its feet and began praying saying words like "most holy" and at one point "lord of the raven" mostly titles that had already been given to you. After finishing his prayer he rose half way to his feet ducking his head low to make sure he remained below the deity or avatar of the deity at least " Forgive me for any doubt I had when the spirts took my body from me." he said apologizing to what he though to be a god for being angry at them for turning him into an abomination.

"Look at me, warrior. I did not take your body. I am not the the Raven God. I am may walk in his shadow and wield his forces, but that is all I am; A pale imitation." Theo reached out and lifted his head, so that they were eye to eye.

"I wish I had the power to return you to your true form, but that day has not yet come. Forgive me."

(meh your kind of my way in to the revolution and the main rp)

He took a second well more like a good few minutes being of simpler mind " An avatar of the Raven god" he said with much certainty. He was really humble for a avatar of a god hunger thought but it would be a sin to question why the avatar of the Raven sold him self so short. "my true form was taken from me because of my greed it was my greed that brought those spirts to my flesh it was my greed that made me think that the gods served me and I understand this form is mine and that in the end it will be mine for the rest of my eternal life tell a greed warrior releases my spirt." he though for a couple of more minutes before continuing "I also understand that I must repent in the eyes of god before that day so I may be accepted into the next life."

"You speak of your greed, but it was not your greed that twisted your body. Your greed forced you to collect those spirits, yes, but it was your hubris, that allowed you to think that the gods served you. You were once a man known to the concept of honor and righteousness. I cannot give these things back to you." Theo was going to tell this abomination the truth. Sometimes, it can be much more misleading than a lie.

"As the Lord Raven, I embody the coming of death. I kill people, be they innocent or guilty or repenting. I am also a mortal, and I seek the power of a god. If you seek to repent before the Raven, who is the coming of death, then creating that death will be your future. I will not trick you into taking lives, and if there was any other Avatar to repent before, I would send you away happily." Theo was genuinely sad to say such things, and it showed clearly.

Theo stepped back from the abomination and made his way to a door beyond the raven statue. He intentionally left the gold where it was.

"Beyond this door is my altar, my Throne. If you still wish to place yourself in my hands and seek my help, come kneel before me and make your will my own. I will wait until the sun reclaims the sky, and I will not blame you if I never see you again." Theo looked back once before walking through the doorway.

"No matter what you decide. I am sorry." The doors shut softly behind him, leaving the abomination a few hours to decide his own fate.

Theo knew that it would take some time, so he began to prepare for his new arrivals.

"Dadrel. Send for Somna and Sullem. I will have need of their talents soon." Theo checked the hourglass Frank had left and saw that there was still plenty of time.

There was always time...

Thinking ahead, Theo had let it be known that the abomination running around was his guest and not to be disturbed. Its a good thing that that building was going to be torn down anyway.

Rising from his seat, he made his way down the stairs and rested his hand upon his head softly.

"I am glad you decided to come back to me. I know you must feel that you are all alone, but I ask that you give me your love and faith. I will be with your until your last breath. So rise now, my warrior, and tell me your name. I need it and your heart to make you mine and make me yours. With your name and your heart, I will take great steps towards my godhood, and ,hopefully, the humanity you have lost."

As he spoke, the shadows from every corner of the room stretched towards him. He lifted his wings half-mast and the falling feathers began swirling around the duo. The tattoo around his navel began to beat it wings at a soothing and hypnotic pace. The Lord Raven was preparing to accept a very special disciple.

"Then you will be my Hunger, and I will sate you." Reach out through the short distance between them, Theo place his hand upon Hunger's chest before reaching inside for his heart.

What he pulled back was a large vaguely heart shaped orb pulsed an asymmetrical beat. With every beat, it pulsed a bloody burgundy. Reaching into his own chest, Theo removed his own heart. It was a completely normal heart, except for the fact that it it was violet, and had a raven curled u inside of it. He pressed the two heart together. Several of the raven's pinion feathers left his hear and entered Hunger's, which promptly changed to violet. Theo placed both hearts back where they belonged as the room returned to normal.

Hunger would begin to feel a distinct tingle spreading through his body, as a crown of black feathers sprouted from his head, a raven tattoo emblazoned itself upon chest where his heart resided. There were probably more changes, but because his body was not human, they wouldn't be as obvious.

"Now you are mine, and I am yours. You hold a piece of my heart, Hunger. I will give you life meaning. Please guard me."

he stood up to full height being 8 feet tall he easily stood over the man at full height "of course sir" he said he stood slightly off to his side if he needed to step in front of him it wouldn't take a second to put his shelled side in front of the man. It felt nice to have a purpose again it was something he hadn't felt in a long time he was still hungry but in the end he was satisfied to guard the man. A more logical person would wonder about the purple heart and the feathers. Of course he was nether a person nor logical and none of what had just occurred really bothered him in any why shape or form it was a simple binding to him and he still breathed and felt fine so it did not matter.
