Fantasy Bitter Spite - OOC Chat

Well, it's not that I'm against it.

It's just that I was expecting more than a simple direct route that completely shits on the Empire's security, with all the "let's sneak in" talk and what not. I was hyped up to see some super intricate plan to allow them passage through the "very secured" Imperial Palace, but oh well. I'll take what I can, and make do with it.

It's been a while and the main "quest" (taking down Seth) hasn't even started yet.
Somebody is getting a little impatient and I feel bad for him SOOOO we didn't really have time for super intricate plans.
I'll have the tunnel destroyed after this if it is such a bother.

Well, to be honest, I think he doesn't really need to wait to go and write out some good shit in the story. He's playing as Seth, the main villain, for crying out loud.

That guy has lots of devoted followers and shit, he can just go do a behind-the-scene thing, like in the first few posts to inidcate his presence. Heck, he can even make his own NPCs do the work for him, and stir up some trouble in the current time. Make some twists and whatnot.

You've granted the players creative freedom for a reason after all.

Just go along with it. It's not that big of a deal.

Perhaps it is not just a simple route, but a very complex route with a lot of traps that needs you to go in an extremely specific way in order to not get killed. And the only ones who knew what the correct way would be, are the King and the builder of the path who might have sold it to someone generations ago or kept it for himself. Maybe the guy who is going to tell Iris about it could be the son of the builder or something. We just need a simple way to make this more complex so that it fits better in

That works.

My only concern is that is every player is in the same room its gonna be... Kind of a clusterfuck of reactions and interactions?

I updated Kyros' CS a LOT. Check it out if you wanna know him better as his old personality and etc. did not align with what I was RPing as. I also added a lot more detail to his skills.

His actions are rather terrible, but his final goal is a rather good thing. He's fighting for equality of all races, he's just going down the "ends justify the means" route, getting help from necromancers and stuff

I think thats good. He has an understandable cause. That way its not all black and white and some characters may defect.

Just a heads up but I edited the sleeping part out of Kyros' story and had him go around asking about the group so that he is not too far ahead in time and things dont get confusing time wise.
