GIOGIO's Bizarre Adventure

Suddenly, as the valiant heroes were battling the wretched goons of Shibuya, a new threat entered the fray!
Ants! In legions, bullet ants swarmed the slop-shop, and began eating away at the clothing of the criminals to begin their assault. Each sting that penetrated the skin swelled and puffed, causing the afflicted robbers to collapse in writhing agony, clutching their bite wounds like they've just been shot.
Then, a familiar figure entered the haberdashery, sporting a brand new outfit.
"Japanese. I was born in Japan, raised in Italy - I'm not European."
Gio stood by the door, dressed in a rather peculiar outfit. Chlorophyll Kid's costume was hardly recognizable in its current form - its mesh was weaved into the gangster's outfit, functioning as a second layer that covered his exposed areas, such as the neck, chest and hands. The hood had been fashioned into something that more so resembled Captain Marvel's cowl, while thorny vines and tree roots coiled around the arms and legs like Dante's gauntlets and greaves. Lastly, a simple pair of ski goggles formed the bulk of Giorno's headgear in order to mask his identity - unfortunately, his donut curls were still visible, so it was unlikely that the goggles would be of any use whatsoever.
Was it excessive? Certainly, and the boy was fully aware of that. After all, it was a work in progress he cobbled together on a short shopping spree. For now, it would suffice, and he hoped the Bullets wouldn't raise any complaints about his use of the plant hero's iconic costume.
"Sorry I'm late. The cashier was rather rude." The mafioso quipped, turning to face the head honcho with a stern gaze.
"I suggest you lay down your weapon. Retaliation is useless."

Miguel said in a grave tone in response to Cynthia's inquiry, his expression visibly furrowing underneath his mask upon reaching the conclusion that the girl had led him and the others to. Indeed, one Doctor Doom was trouble enough, but multiple Dooms? That'd be something else entirely. Still...
  
  "Ol' Doomy's always had an ego though; something tells me that's definitely one thing that would be consistent across most of the worlds across the multiverse, and, well, y'know, birds of a feather wouldn't quite flock together. Even when working together, egos more often than not end up clashing into each other," the masked hero felt inclined to explain, "Still, I guess we can't completely rule out that possibility of him gathering other versions of himself to work with, and even if we can, well... I guess that wouldn't solve all our problems either."
  
  "In any case... Maybe we should move somewhere else where we can more... suitably think over our next move? I feel a little self-conscious being out in the open like this, y'know, even with another costume next to me," Miguel said half-facetiously, gesturing toward Ben briefly.

  Rin, naturally, stuck with Shirou during their trek around the city, letting him lead the way since it was his idea to begin with, especially when the realm of technology and MapQuest were far beyond her. Mages hate technology, after all. It's not like he could rely on her to even record a TV program, but well, the less said about that, the better.
  
  She honestly felt a little self-conscious and uneasy traversing through the seedy city, despite how capable she fancied herself and Shirou, to say nothing of the Servant accompanying them. There was just something fundamentally... unclean about this place, and to that end, the sooner they were out of here, the better, really.
  
  "Hey, Emiya-kun..." She said idly as the three of them traversed through New Gotham, "I'm sure you don't need me to tell you this, but don't get yourself thrown into an American prison or anything. I don't need to see you with your hair shaved into a buzz cut and dyed white... and like, using guns or something. That just wouldn't suit you at all."
  
  Her words were oddly specific, like it was supposed to be an inside joke or something to that degree, but who could really say for sure what she was going on about?
  
  Once they finally reached the library, the young magus put a finger to her chin, before finally answering the boy's inquiry. "Good idea. Try and gather all the history books you can, and I'll look for other research material. Encyclopedias and the like. I just wish I brought my glasses now though..." She lightly sighed, before beginning to walk off to do as she said.

  The combination attack of Zoey's punch and the bullet ants seemed to do the trick. "I'll talk! I'll talk! The Boss is at a casino on the outskirts of town, just make them stop!"
  
  "I mean, you're not ethnically European, but it seems to be a big part of your identity, so I figured you'd at least consider yourself a European citizen." Bulletgirl replied to the gangster, putting her hands up. "You can define yourself as whatever you like."

  Shirou looked at Rin, lifting an eyebrow as if she grew a sixth finger.
  
  "Buzz cut? Dyed white? And you know I can't trace guns too well unless they have swords on them... That just sounds like what would happen if Archer went to prison," he said, seemingly meta-dense to the in-joke which the 10th-dimensional-entity writing this understood and laughed at like an idiot.
  
  After arriving at the library, Rin gave out a command to which Shirou nodded. "Alright," he said determinedly and walked past several aisles, looking for one with something like a 'History' sign. He looked at the spines of the books there and started to very strategically pick out the ones he thought Rin might want to examine the most, or that might be the most useful for general comparisons.
  
  He came back to that area with a stack of books in his hands, including, 'Sapiens: From Animals to Gods,' 'Arthurian Legends,' and a 6th grade history textbook, and a few he considered already strange from the titles, like, 'Metahumans: A Brief History,' 'Metahumanity In Recent Times,' 'Superman: Rise To Legend,' 'Wonder Woman: Goddess of War,''The Caped Crusader of Gotham,' and a title that piqued his curiosity: 'The Creation of the Justice League of America.'
  
  He walked up to Rin, already saying, "Tohsaka, I think this world is much different from ours. These books' titles mention something called 'metahumans' and 'supermen.' Do you think it has anything to do with magecraft?"

  Dante frowned, realizing he spent too long cracking wise and someone else took his spotlight. He wasn't used to this, since usually he talked to demons and worked alone. It made him realize he'd have to be faster and strike first, next time, though he was a bit hesitant to do that with humans...
  
  Just getting rid of old habits.
  
  "So, the big fish is at the casino. What's the plan?" Dante asked, turning to Bulletman. He stood akimbo and looked at the thugs, and whispered - still directed at Bulletman - "I mostly kill demons, so I've never dealt with thugs. Are we supposed to handcuff them? Call the uniforms and get out? Wait for the press and put on a show?"

Caster would do his best to grab whatever may be necessary to finding information about the area. Hearing Rin mention Shirou tracing guns made him displeased. "A gun is a dishonorable weapon. No man should ever utilize one, ever."

He found a few unusual books. One was read 'The Chaos Within the Ocean - History of Godzilla Attacks', another was 'Xillians - Do they still exist?" He took them off the shelves and brought them to Rin.

"Here, I'm not sure what these two books were doing in the history section, but they either are a joke, or an omen."

  The Principal took the mic stand away from Weird Al and announced, "While that was fun, children... We better get back to business!" The Principal silently directed the two chaperones to escort Al off the school grounds.
  
  "Hey, wait! When am I getting paid?" Weird Al asked the pair of intimidating chaperones that led the Celebrity off the stage and out of the Multiversity.
  
  "And now the moment that which we've all been waiting!" the Principal announced to the entire student body, "The crowning of the Dansville Multiversity King and Queen of Christmas!"

Shuya jumped from roof top to roof top as Nanoha talked with him via the Telepathy she taught him using his connection with Shifter as a catalyst.

"Still no sign of anything Nanoha-san." Shuya said as he landed on the roof of a Schnee Dust company warehouse.

"I see... Strange, Raising Heart was sure that there was something happening around there." Nanoha sent back. Shuya looked around and noticed the skylight of the roof had been broken into. He went over to look down and looked on in surprise as he saw Spider-Man and Black Cat fighting against members of the Thieves guild.

"Uh. Nanoha-san? I found that disturbance." Shuya said as he hopped onto the rail and prepared to jump down as he turned his side of the telpathy off.

"Eh? Shuya-kun? Shuya-kun are you there?" Nanoha said. However it was Shifter who answered.

"Forgive his silence Nanoha-sama. He's doing the how do you say, Super Hero landing." Shifter explained. She could hear Nanoha's giggles.

"I see I see~ Well let him know I said to be careful~" Nanoha said in a motherly tone.

"Hai Nanoha-sama." Shifter replied. Shuya jumped down into the skylight as he turned his right hand into a hammer and slammed down onto an unsuspecting Theives guild member as he landed knocking them out.

"Well now! Seems like you two are having quite the party! Mind if I cut in?" Shuya quipped slugging another member that tried to sneak up on him.

  "I simply flushed him out of hiding. He won't last much longer now that he's out in the open."
  
  "Pilots, ready the arsenal."
  
  The director crossed his arms. All he could do now was wait for an update...
  
  
  
  
  
  Meanwhile...​
  
  It hadn't taken long for Kirigiri to get word of Togami's plan in her phone call to the foundation immediately after the investigation of Parker's apartment. Despite all the measurements he was taking to exploit the target's aversion to strong electrical currents, she knew he was still underestimating the sheer versatility of an alien Symbiote.
  
  ...Which was why she was coming with a last resort. Kirigiri slammed the car door shut, keeping the prototype weapon secure between her legs as she switched the gear out of park.
  
  Kirigiri stomped the gas pedal, vaulting over the ramp at the entrance to one of the foundation's R&D centers. While she wasn't a driver with years of experience, it didn't take much skill to get from point A to point B. Thankfully, she would be arriving at Togami's proposed point of capture at least half a minute sooner than the helicopters due to how close the building was.

  The foundation's supersonic choppers gradually closed in on the Symbiote-clad Brock, who vaulted across the twilit rooftops of Queens at speeds unfollowable by the human eye.
  
  "Brock is approaching the high wall now," one of the chopper pilots informed Togami.
  
  
  
  
  
  "Drop."
  
  The chamber underneath one of the choppers opened up, revealing a small black ball. The ball instantly expanded into a colossal web of black netting that dropped towards the rooftop Brock was standing on, aiming to encompass the entire building and the two next to it.
  
  These reinforced metal nets were originally designed to ensnare and incapacitate even the mightiest creatures of the ocean, and after having pulled some strings to outfit the helicopters with this special equipment, Togami was confident in their ability to put a stop to the bloodlusted vigilante. With the choppers' current momentum and the trap's astounding area of effect, there wouldn't be a way for Venom to simply outspeed it. He would either be forced to stay inside the building or fry here and now.

  Spider-Man and Black Cat fought off the Thieves Guild Ninjas with relative ease in spite of their greater numbers.
  
  "Wasn't this how our first date went, Spider?" Black Cat flirted as she delivered a roundhouse kick to a Thieves Guild Ninja over to Spider-Man.
  
  Spidey quickly fired his impact webbing at the ninja and stuck the thief against a crate of Dust. "Well yeah, minus the whole 'Where's the crazy mono-symbiote'-thing."
  
  Suddenly a figure dressed in a dark-colored suit crashed through the skylight of the warehouse.
  
  Spider-Man quickly shifted his gaze over to the new figure.
  
  "Don't tell me Night Thrasher took the suit!" Spider-Man muttered to himself before he webbed up two Thieves Guild Ninjas from behind him.

  "And so we all quickly left the restaurant and retired to the hotel and after a day and night cycle," Neptune narrated to the dear readers of the current going-ons with the story line, "We're all at the lobby talking to that weird cross-promotion girl."
  
  After finishing her narration, Neptune turned her attention to the cross-promotional girl, "So Sayaka... You still a magical girl or did you drop that gimmick after the Gundam rebranding?"

  In the Kitchen of the Okumura household, Makoto is treated to Haru's personal blend of coffee reserved for the Phantom Thieves.
  
  "Thank you for helping me with taking some of the notes I missed, Mako-Chan," Haru gave her fellow Phantom Thief, Makoto, a sweet smile as she took a seat opposite of her close friend.
  
  "Actually, it's not the only reason why I'm here..." Makoto sighed heavily as she looked down at the floor.
  
  "Mako-chan, what's wrong?" Haru worried for her friend.
  
  "I don't think Akira-kun's safe... I mean getting close to someone like her..." Makoto explained to Haru, "I mean Akira was in a similar position but assault isn't really the same as being an accessory to murder."
  
  "Well, knowing Akira-Kun, I don't believe Celeste would pose that much of a problem to him," Haru confidently affirmed her faith in their leader's decision to become more familiar with the sordid gambler.
  
  "You do know that's not even her real name, right?" Makoto spoke with gritted teeth as she clenched her fists.

We never however had used powers from the Gundam series until Kyubeguy started working his evil hocus pocus manipulation magic to create Witches that are based off of the various Mobile Armors. I think the last with we fought...... Was a Walpugischnact type Neo Zeong. It was a pain to fight with it's constantly active IO field and six constantly regenerating Funnel Arms. I'm just lucky Madoka was able to activate Shining burst before we were toast."

She then waved it as if it wasn't important. "I need to ask," Sayaka looked at Nepgear. "Is she available?" She would then take a drink of the pop can she asked for earlier.

She glanced at the nearly incapacitated Tucker and gulped, muttering a sorry before facing the wolfheaded criminal once more. Before she could rush him, the doors burst open once more, the merchant she borrowed the weapon from barging in and demanding her payment...Well, up until she saw Mendez, which prompted her to change her mind to 'after they take down that guy'. "Right!" Minako nodded, "Please, follow my lead!" Minako asked the merchant to back her up as Orpheus then strummed its' harp, causing the ground below Carlos to explode into flames. As the Persona faded into blue mist, Minako charged forth, swinging her Naginata to slice at the wolf-headed war criminal.

Emu smiled as he then turned his focus to the game at hand, they were at Multiplayer Co-op; meaning that either they'll go through the story together, duke it out in local 1v1, or Team up Online. Either way, Chiaki then told her reasons for staying in this locker room; waiting for her friends to finish up. "They must be taking so long, huh...Wonder what's going on?" He followed up before being asked if he is mainly a PC gamer. "Well, not really. I barely have the time to get something for the PC..." He sighed to himself, recalling how his job as a Pediatrician and a Bugster specialist leaves him with very little time to check the Steam Market, nor has he bought anything in stores. "I mostly play at Arcades or Handheld, so I've been skipping out on those a lot." He explained as he continue playing the game with Chiaki, demonstrating some form of decent skill with the controller.

  "So what you're saying is...You're a cyborg that can use magic?" Ryuga confirmed what Sayaka was talking about, "That's kinda cool." He remarked. Soon, the girl, promptly named Sayaka, soon asked about the the availability of Nepgear.
  
  "I don't think so." Stella shook her head to answer Sayaka, misinterpreting the question. "She already has a partner--CPU Candidate Uni, if I recall."
  
  "That's...Not entirely wrong, I guess." Ryuga glanced at Stella and then rubbed his chin. "I've heard some rumors that those two get along a little well."

  Lasers streaked and shot at the fleet, hitting the seemingly useless small black ships while missing and grazing the black ones. The White ship, shielded by the black ships didn't bother moving as the captain on it's helm was waiting for the most opportune moment to plant 'it' onto the opposing ship. The ships continued to get and explode until the lasers stopped shooting. This is where one, small ship bolted towards the big red, opposing ship and crashed itself headfirst onto the ship's cargo bay--Or more accurately, somewhere near the side of the ship in between the main cockpit and the thrusters.
  
  There, the crashed WRS ship's window opened and a small white, cubic robot with a pink eye hopped out of it carrying a black rock with a purple tip, which was promptly dropped onto the ground and then extended into a short pillar, humming ominously as the purple bits glowed to life.

Akira grinned at Bennet as he left the cafe, pushing his glasses up as he stood up and took the cup of coffee that was served to him and proceeded to head behind the counter and washed it, pondering on his next course of action. For one, he'd need to approach Ludenburg tomorrow to see what she knows about Kingsley; knowing her past, she'd probably have to gamble for that intel. The next move is entirely out of chance at this point...

  As the parent and child ran from the Beowolves that were chasing them, Penny had finally arrived at the road near the Grimm attack, seeing how there are several Beowolves that were after the Faunus Child and her panicking parent.
  
  "There they are!" Penny pointed out as she arrived from what would be a small alleyway, leaping towards the small horde as her back compartment opened, several blades shot out of her back and sliced through the rampaging Beowolves' skin, knocking them back as they took notice of the android girl.
  
  'As predicted, there are around 5 Beowolves and an Ursa in your current location.' Sento radioed in, assessing the situation as Penny. 'Looks like they got separated somehow. Proceed as you would.'
  
  "Roger that." Penny nodded as an Ursa lunged at her from behind, prompting her to spin with her arm swinging in an arc, her blades following suit as it cut through the Ursa's skin, causing the bear to stagger. Seeing this, Penny thrusted her arm forward--as if mimicking a fencing move, a blade shot itself toward's the monster bear's throat, piercing it as she then positioned her hand horizontally and swung it sideways, causing the blade to slice the bear's throat wide open, black ash bursting from the wound as the blades then followed that blade to slice the claws of the Beowolf that was lunging at her right off as she took a step to the side, causing the Beowolf to land in front of her. She proceeded to hop onto the Beowolf's back as her blades pierced and stabbed it, causing the Beowolf to groan in pain which then prompted the other 4 Beowolves to lunge at her simultaneously. Seeing this, Penny jumped high onto the air just as the Beowolves were close to swiping their claws at her, the strong, thin strings that connected her to her blades got tangled up by the Beowolves' claws that they themselves got trapped; bounded by thin string around their entire bodies like a cat playing with yarn. This prompted Penny to be suddenly pulled down from her flight and stomped on the tangled monster ball of Grimm fur as hard as she could, causing the ground to sink a bit as black ash bursted from the spot she stomped on, pronouncing the Grimm good as dead.
  
  "That takes care of that group." Penny sighed as she wiped a form of sweat off of her forehead. She hopped off of the tangled ball, soon spotting the parent and child that the Grimm were chasing. "Salutations!" She greeted jovially, "Are you two alright?" She began to approach the two, only to find out that due to the Grimm being tangled along with her swords, she's effectively stuck a few meters from the furball. "Oof...I seem to be stuck..." She muttered, glancing at the pile.

  Carlos, being a cunning Ninja Warrior and Sith, was very prepared for them and quickly grabbed packets of condiments and shot their contents all over the floor. The fast food condiments caused the pair to slip and fall flat on their backs in a rather comical fashion. Mendez chuckled at their attempts to slay the unslayable.
  
  <"I'll deal with you two later..."> Carlos glared at pair before making his way to Tucker.
  
  Tucker got right back to his feet having been healed by some strange other worldly force that may be the Force only to be knocked back down by a kick to the groin by Carlos. With Tucker now vulnerable to his attack...
  
  Mendez raised his Grimoir high and was prepared to execute Tucker once and for all. <"Any last words, Mr. Tucker?">

  What the hell are they doing!?
  
  The Foundation deployed some sort of electric web of steel in hopes of containing Venom, but the Symbiote refused to play by their games.
  
  Venom tried to tear through the electrified net only for the heat from the net to intensify greatly. The heat from the net grew too much for the Symbiote and the being retreated into the derelict building.
  
  Why the hell won't you listen to me! This isn't going to help us!
  
  The Symbiote tore the building's interior in what seemed like a desperate attempt to find a way out but it was clear to Eddie what the Symbiote had in stored for the Future Foundation agents that hounded them.
  
  Oh God... You're not trying to run away...
  
  A squad of FF agents arrived at the building's entrance.

  "I mean..." Deku began. "I did give him the chance to turn over a new leaf. He instead just fired at me...I have the mark to show." He mumbled, gesturing to the hole in his costume and the burn mark on his slightly muscular chest. "And no problem, I've seen scarier like Orca when he's angry...yeesh." He turned around to see Todoroki and burst into a smile, quickly approaching him. "Oh, nothing much...I just took down my first villain without you guys!" The boy beamed as his eyes filled with excitement. "I even teamed up with a pro-hero! It was so cool!"

  "Man, I can't believe Rook left me to go back to his home planet without me. They love me there!" Ben sighed as he shoved his hands into his hoodie pocket as he kicked an empty can through the streets of Under Town. "I'm not mad about that though, what I am mad about is the sudden volcano that appeared on top of this place. No Mr. Smoothie anywhere. I hate this dimension...What dimension is this anyway?"
  
  Suddenly, an explosion went off a few stools away from him. He looked up. He raised a brow. He shrugged and walked towards the explosion with a smirk. "Damn it, Liam!" Ben shouted as he spread his arms, chuckling somewhat. "Don't you ever learn? You break the law. I kick your butt. Rinse, repeat. You know how this'll end, right?" Liam, the alien chicken, tilted his head to the side and opened his beak.
  
  
  
  "B'kaw! I should have known Ben Tennyson was gonna be here! Kaaaaaw!"
  
  "Well...yeah dude, I'm kinda a hero. Wherever crime is, you'll find Ben Tennyson there to stop it!"
  
  "Didn't you ruin more stools than me last time we fought, B'kaw?"
  
  "Hey! We don't talk about that!" Ben brought his wrist up and began to dial an alien into his omnitrix. "You're gonna run, right? Before you even got the shot, XLR-8 should put a stop to this..." Ben suddenly slammed his hand down upon his wrist watch. A bright green light engulfed the teen, making him hidden to the naked eye. Liam on the other hand took this opportunity to turn and run, grabbing the pouch of tadenite he had just stolen and jumping onto a moving bus.
  
  "Kaaaaaaw, get out!" He grabbed the driver and threw him to the side, hijacking the floating vehicle and driving off. As the green light fades away from Ben, a flaming alien stood in his place with a green timer symbol on his chest. Ben looked down and sighed. "Ugh...Heatblast? Really...? I need speed, not fire..." He leaped into the air and shot a column of fire from his palms, propelling himself forward in the air. "Hey Liam, do you prefer to be roasted or grilled?" Ben called down, shooting a fire ball at the bus, losing some height before he propelled himself forward once more.
  
  Liam swerved and looked back. "Kaaaaaw, how about none, b'kaw!"
  
  Ben groaned. "Dude, it's a quip for a reason...I didn't mean it literally..." Intensifying the stream of fire, Ben quickly caught up to the bus. He landed behind it and grabbed the rear of the moving vehicle, his feet melting and sinking into the ground as he forcefully stopped the car. "Now that is what I call a hot idea....no?"
  
  
  
  
  Liam jumped out and pulled out a gun, pointing it at Ben. "I'll shoot, Kaaaaaw!" Jerking the alien pistol forward, Liam began to slowly walk backwards. "Now you're gonna let me go, and no body get's hurt."
  
  "Oh? A western stand off...?" Ben replied, making a gun shape with his hands and pointing it at Liam. "I think I'll win this dude...I have the better..." Before he finished his sentence, he shot a ball of fire at Liam, hitting him square in the chest and knocking him onto his feet. "Firearm. Oh yeah, that was a good one!"
  
  Liam let out one last, weak 'Kaaaaw' before collapsing. Ben stood over him, looking down, dusting his hands off. "All in the days work of Ben Tennyson!"

  Illya groaned as she opened her eyes. The first thing she heard was Ruby fretting over her well being.
  
  "R-Ruby stop shouting... Oh my aching head..." Illya whined.
  
  "Sorry deary! But I was starting to worry when you started muttering in your sleep about your Onii-chan whispering sweet nothings into-" Illya fully woke up and put her hands over Ruby.
  
  "UWAH! STOP TALKING! STOP SAYING UNTRUE THINGS!" Illya yelled with a massive blush. She then blinked finally noticing her surroundings. She was in a city full of tall buildings as far as the eye could see. It looked nothing like Fuyuki. Ruby floated next to her.
  
  "Well now it seems what ever that event was not only sent to us away from Fuyuki but a whole other dimensions... Or should I say dimensions." Ruby said. Illya tilted her head in confusion about to ask what Ruby was talking about when it all came back to her.
  
  "WAIT! WHERE ARE KURO AND MIYU?! WHAT HAPPENED WITH THOSE TWO STRANGERS THAT ATTACKED US?! ....Oh! And what happened to Rin-san and Luvia-san?!" Illya said panicking. She looked at her surroundings.
  
  "And... If we're not in Fuyuki, or even our own dimension..." She looked around in concern.
  
  "Where exactly are we?" She whimpered out as she began walking.

  Sora walked around the strange place. He woke up here after what felt like he faded away. Go figure, The Young Xehanort and King Mickey were right. There were consequences for using the power of Waking over and over again. And if that wasn't enough. He could remember the look on Kairi's face just as he disappeared. And hurt him right down to the core.
  
  "Kairi...." He muttered. Sora continued walking until he heard the sounds of battle. He quickly ran towards the sound to come across some kind of Fire man standing of over a humanoid chicken. Sora assuming the worse summoned his Kingdom Key Keyblade and ran forward.
  
  "Hey what are you doing?!" he said shouting at the flaming man as he ran towards them.

  She left the alleyway, her four swords rested on her waist, as the blade she received from the master blacksmith: Sengo Muramasa, The Myoujingiri Muramasa was in its sheath, strapped around her back. The weapons looked priceless, and only idiotic mad men who enjoy stealing would attempt to assault her.

  Light blinked in a dark alleyway, and all of a sudden, Naofumi, Raphtalia, and Filo found themselves in the depths of Under Town. The two adult members of the group seemed to slump, while Filo's wings perked up in excitement at their appearance in the new world.
  
  "Hey, Raphtalia..." Naofumi started blankly, his eyes watching the underground, cave-like scenery in front of them.
  
  "Y-Yes?" the Tanuki companion asked timidly.
  
  "Did we just get scammed by a cat wearing a cloak?"
  
  "Yes."
  
  Naofumi felt the characteristic desire to punch something, but there wasn't anything nearby. Besides, even if he did, neither the object nor his hand would be hurt to any measurable degree, so why bother? He bit his lip and looked around. The place they were in reminded him of the bowels of the city atop the Spirit Turtle.
  
  He looked left and found Filo was already walking in the direction of a burning creature made out of magma rocks and fire, which stood over a collapsed--clarity hit Naofumi like someone throwing a book at the back of his head.
  
  Naofumi realized what universe this was.
  
  Filo - to an outsider's perspective, a little girl in a white-blue dress and no shoes, with a small gold pin in her hair decorated with blue gems, and angelic wings sprouting out of her back - approached Ben with a cutesy smile. She bent forward a little as she asked, "Hey, big brother, why are you being mean to my people?"
  
  'Those aren't your people, stupid!' Naofumi thought, as he quickly ran up to them and placed his hand on Filo's shoulder. He looked at the burning man and saw the Omnitrix symbol, as a small trickle of sweat went down his forehead. 'That confirms it.'
  
  "Sorry. My daughter is a bit weird about chickens."
  
  Filo looked at Naofumi confusedly, her lips in an 'o' shape. "But didn't Master say that I'm his pet?"
  
  Naofumi winced, visibly, as Raphtalia caught up to them. He looked at Filo and grumbled, "Why did you choose now of all times to be so truculent!"
  
  "Eeeh!? I'm not, though! In the first place, Master said--"
  
  "Stop calling me Master or this man might get the wrong idea!"
  
  "But Master usually doesn't care about what other people think... He just does what he wants, and takes what he wants..."
  
  Naofumi looked at Ben, sweat going down his face, to measure his reaction before proceeding in any way.
  
  Raphtalia decided to intervene, saying, "Please, don't get the wrong idea. Filo calls Naofumi-sama 'Master' because she's his slave, as am I!" She smiled helpfully.
  
  'YOU'RE NOT HELPING!' Naofumi screamed internally.

  Todoroki looked to Nightcrawler with his usual apathetic expression. He had heard of the X-Men, a group of heroes all with a variation of Quirks, but he had never seen one before. Midoriya seemed to describe him as a pro-hero, or perhaps he was talking about someone else. Nonetheless, he was somewhat relieved to see Midoriya made it through the fight without taking much damage. He gave Kurt a polite nod of the head to recognize him.
  
  "I'm Shoto Todoroki, a friend of Midoriya. Is everything alright? What happened?"

  The Fastest Man Alive, Barry Allen, was having a small crisis on his hands. He had, or what he perceived at least, ran so fast that he pierced the dimensional barriers and hopped into another universe. This wasn't the first time, of course, but this was the first time that he hadn't been able to find a way back. What's worse was some of his own research into where he was seemed to suggest that a large number of people that he knew and didn't know seemed to have been transported wherever he was with him. What a fine mess he had gotten himself into. He had no idea where he was anymore. Up ahead, though, he spotted something. A man on fire was standing over what looked like a giant and armored chicken. Talking with that being was a child with a sword that was...also a key? As well as another young man with a shield, a small blonde kid with wings, and a woman with ears and a raccoon tail. Not the weirdest scenario the Scarlet Speedster had found himself in, but it was definitely on the list. He dashed over to their small group in a red blur, skidding to an almost sudden stop in the midst of their small number, noticing there was a small dispute.
  
  "Hey now, what seems to be all the commotion?"

  "She's already on her way Shuya." Shifter replied. Shuya mentally nodded to her in thanks.

  Sora blinked when a group showed up consisting of a young girl with angel wings, a woman with ears and tails that looked like they belonged to a racoon. The only one that looked normal out of the group was the man that looked like he was trying to stop the little girl from causing a misunderstanding with the flaming guy he had been ready to fight with. Before he could say anything however yet another odd character showed. He was wearing a red full body suit with yellow lines in certain places. He had a small cirlce with a Lightning symbol inside it on his chest. It made Sora wonder if he was a hero Like the Big Hero 6 group he, Donald, and Goofy fought alongside as Keyblade Hero 3.
  
  "I'm actually not sure myself now..." He said giving a sheepish chuckle as he let his Kingdom Key Keyblade disappear in a flash of light.

"Woah, be careful there little one, fire buns ya know." He smirked, doing a typical hero pose. "Don't worry, you can get your Ben Tennyson autogra-hang on, did you say your people? You don't look like a chicken..." He looked up at the human-looking boy and tilted his head, noticing the sweat dripping down his neck. "Uh, dude, you okay? Am I too hot for you?" His eyes widened as the little girl called him master, taking a few steps backwards. "Is...is this allowed? Are you guys aliens that look super young but are actually like, really, really old? I'm not judging."

Ben jumped away once more as he saw the sword holder run towards him, hands lighting up as he began to charge a fireball. Then, the kid stopped. "Okay, lots of teenagers here..." He mumbled. "Is that a form of the proto-tool?" He asked, his hands returning to their normal faint glow.

Suddenly, the hero fell to his butt as someone with super speed ran over and stopped in front of him. "Okay, ow. A warning would be nice..." He said, turning back into his human form.

  Naofumi took a moment to re-assess his... stance. On existence. On his personal values. On a lot of things.
  
  He didn't have a lot of time to think though, since Barry Allen casually ran up to them at what had to be subsonic speeds (funny, that; to Naofumi it looked like a normal, if very fast, run, but that's what you get when you level up this much,) and asked what the commotion was about.
  
  And then, of course, Sora, who his two female companions would be eager to mark down as 'The Hero of the Key.'
  
  Upon seeing Ben turn back into a human, Naofumi nodded to himself and looked at Flash and Sora raising his hand to draw attention, "I think I can explain."
  
  He stepped forward, and once he also had Ben's attention, he revealed, "I've seen these plots in movies and saw how dumb it can go down when a person in the know tries to hide knowledge from the others, so it's best we rip that band-aid off now: Well, basically, I think we're all from different universes and have somehow met up in the same one, because I recognize all of you from various cartoons, TV shows and video games from my original world. Me, personally? I'm Naofumi Iwatani, twenty years old, and I'm the Hero of the Shield. These two behind me are Filo and Raphtalia."
  
  The two girls nodded respectively as he mentioned them. Raphtalia seemed confused at some of Naofumi's words, especially things like 'movies or TV shows,' and Filo seemed to be none the wiser or care too much about those terms, as she walked up to Ben and offered him a helping hand in standing up. If he accepted, he'd find the little girl's grip to be surprisingly, perhaps unnaturally, firm, like that of a professional weightlifter.
  
  "I can't really attack, but the Legendary Shield lets me defend myself and others against pretty much anything. I'm also good at healing magic, support magic, and at crafting items, and similar things. Feel free to rely on me. As for my backstory, I got transported into a fantasy world against my will and got stuck with a sucky, dead-end job involving saving a world full of thankless people."
  
  Raphtalia stepped in, wincing visibly as she whispered, almost like he scalded her with boiling water, "Naofumi-sama, you shouldn't say that!"

  The spotlight then shifted from the Principal and onto Famous Pierre and Ilsa.
  
  The entire student body applauded the elected King and Queen of Christmas, all except for one.
  
  Johnny Hitler glared at the pair as he shook violently out of anger as Pierre and Ilsa went up stage to be coronated.
  
  "Now that's done, I can finally enjoy my bag of chips," the Principal spoke out joyously as he ate his chips.

  <"How?!"> Johnny Hitler exclaimed with outrage while Famous Pierre and Ilsa soaked in the angulation that was, in his eyes, rightfully his.
  
  Two Gweebs conveniently appeared to explain everything to Johnny Hitler.
  
  "Uh, Lisa's Australian so she wins by default," the Gweeb explained with delight.
  
  "And Pierre taught us how to bootleg CDs and gave us fake IDs," the Hat-wearing Gweeb enthusiastically chimed in.
  
  "Mine says I'm Twenty-Seven," Holly presented her fake ID to Johnny as proof of Famous Pierre's helpfulness.
  
  
  
  Suddenly as if he was a ghost, Johnny Hitler vanished. Holly and the Gweebs tried looking for him.
  
  "Uh, Johnny?" Holly halfheartedly called out to her Christmas Ball date to no response.
  
  The Principal suddenly noticed an odd flavor from the chips he was eating, "Cheese and... Chives?"

  With Knife in hand, Johnny Hitler stabbed the school's Principal in the face repeatedly much to the horror of everyone in the gymnasium.
  
  Holly screamed at the top of her lungs. Her screams caught the attention of Famous Pierre and Ilsa who grabbed the girl and tried to lead her to safety.
  
  "Marie, Agent 3, come with us," Pierre called out to the two Squids to get the hell out of the gym.

  "Wait a meteor?" Spider-Man slowly began to realize that he had made a mistake, "Oh, this is awkward. Sorry, I just have really bad experiences with alien Symbiotes."
  
  Spidey examined the webbing that cocooned the young vigilante, "I need to cut you free... Uh, Cat can you give me a hand?"
  
  Spider-Man turned around to see Black Cat leaving with a small bag, "Oh you got to be kidding me..."
  
  "Don't worry, the webbing's going to dissolve in four hours or so! Sorry for the misunderstanding!" Spider-Man apologized to the Symbiote host before chasing after Black Cat. Spidey fired a Spider-Tracer at Black Cat's bag.
  
  Spider-Man quickly webbed himself upwards towards the open Skylight and on to the roof top to find that Black Cat was nowhere to be found except for the small bag she brought with her.
  
  No Cat to be found... But luckily she's not making off with any loot.
  
  Spider-Man opened the bag and inspected the contents to find a single Red Rose and a note that read, "Tell MJ, I said Happy Birthday."
  
  Peter could not help but smile beneath his mask as he webbed up the bag and slung it over his shoulder.
  
  Thanks Felicia... Hopefully I have enough time to get to the party before its over.
  
  Moments Later...
  
  A neatly dressed Peter, with rose in hand, rung the doorbell to MJ's Apartment and awaited for her to answer.
  
  The Door opened with Mary Jane in formal attire greeting Peter.
  
  "Hey, MJ," Peter offered MJ the rose, "It's not too late to say, 'Happy Birthday' right?"
  
  "Nope," MJ answered before she embraced Peter and gave him a kiss.

  After all incident with Doctor Doom and his followers, Star and Marco took the chance to visit their new friends and see how well they're adjusting to Mewnisse.
  
  "Wow, who would have thought that Hoodie Spider-Guy was an evil Shapeshifting alien..." Star casually thought aloud.
  
  "Yeah, but I don't know if that really warrants throwing him into the dungeon," Marco expressed concern for the Alien's well-being.
  
  One of the Royal Guards was kind enough to inform Marco of what the alien's crime was, "Well actually, Identity Theft does warrant the dungeon, mate."
  
  "Marco! It's rude to not acknowledge our Inter-dimensional friends!" Star directed Marco's head and gaze over to the "Spider-Gang" and Cynthia sparring with the Shepard, "Hey! Cynthia! How's the past doing for you!"

  The Anvil--One of the strongholds of the Vanguard was located near the mountains of North America. It is used as a starting point for most missions, and housed the Gen:LOCK project which currently have 5 participants, all of which had learnt the basics and completed their second mission signaled by the landing of several airships. It is built as a line of defense for the Polity to fight against the Union's invading force. Regardless, the squadron that was sent to a mission had just arrived at the perimeter of the base, a part of them feeling somewhat troubled on what had transpired regarding the Union Holon. Questions of where did they get it and who was piloting it were on their minds the entire trip, but...Some can't help but notice the similarities to the Union Holon to Chase, especially himself.
  
  Inside one of the ships, the pilots of the Striders(regular walker mechs with machine guns and whatnot) were resting, trying to steel their resolve that they might have to face off against more of those Holons, born from the very same technology that was supposed to help the Vanguard. Miranda, one of the aces, appeared to be more troubled at the fact that the Julian she has seen in the Anvil for the past couple of days was nothing more than a copy.
  
  
  
  
  
  "...Would now be a good time to try one of those opening lines?" Julian asked somewhat awkwardly as he flashed in, a hologram that appeared akin to his body clad in a blue and white body armor-suit in front of her, floating mid air. Julian's relationship with Miranda before the everything were lovers that were separated due to an attack on New York which led to Julian's supposed death...It was quite complicated. Upon hearing this, Miranda glared towards Julian, who in turn, flinched and was taken aback. "Okay, maybe not. Look, I know that things look pretty messed up, but I wanted to check in and--"
  
  "How many of you are there?" Miranda interrupted as she asked the question that was weighing the most on her mind.
  
  "I'm...The only me I know." Julian answered, although quite unsure what to say to her since he, too, doesn't know what's going on with that Holon.
  
  "Only you...And the Other Mech that talked like you." Miranda pointed out, "Who had your moves, showed up out of nowhere, just like 'only you'."
  
  "I promise you, I wanna find out what is up." Julian tried to console, "So...Are we good?"
  
  "Are we?" Miranda asked, as if pressing for more information. "How are we supposed to know what we are if I don't even know what you are?"
  
  "Miranda..."
  
  "If that thing that attacked us is also you, then which one of you is my Chase?" Miranda asked further, "Both? Neither? Or did my Chase died 4 years ago?" The last question prompted Julian to disappear, as if wanting to give Miranda some more space to think about things. This then caused Miranda to fall silent, as if reflecting on her actions. What if Julian never really did survive that fight? The question lingered on her mind for a few more minutes before all of a sudden, the airship suddenly shook violently for a few seconds--They experienced a rough turbulence...Somehow.
  
  "You guys did feel that, right?" One of the Strider pilots asked as he rose to a sitting position, facing Miranda just as the shaking stopped.
  
  "Are we under attack?" Miranda's immediate question as she stood up, glancing at the direction of the nearest window and headed for it. As she peeked through the window, her eyes widened in surprise. "...This aircraft was supposed to be headed for the Anvil, right?" She glanced back to the other two pilots.
  
  "Yeah, why?"
  
  "Why does it look like we're flying above a city?"
  
  "W...What?" The other one asked as the pair then stood up and glanced at the window, and truth be told, that was exactly what was happening--They seem to be flying over what would be a large metropolitan area. Now the question remains...Where are they?
  
  Despite this, their flight path still remains the same--as the Anvil was somehow relocated on a cliff near the shore quite a ways from the city...

  "Man...There's nothing else to do around here~" Kairi sighed in defeat as he wandered the dark streets of New Gotham, looking for something to do despite his duties as a cafe manager and waiter. Not only that, but doing some vigilante work seems to be hard to get into due to the wandering Bat-man roaming around the city. Doubt he'll take kindly to a bunch of teenagers posing as Thieves fighting thugs looking for Treasure; the closest they got to a treasure was the Penguin's, but it wasn't elaborate enough to add to the Lupin Collection, which were filled with magical artifacts that the great Arsene Lupin stole long ago. Just as he was thinking about where he'd find some Treasure befitting of the Lupin Collection, Kairi had spotted a grand anomaly walking in the streets of this city.
  
  It was a young woman of peach colored hair clad in what would be a kimono of sorts, which made her stand out the most as the majority of people he'd met are very modern, and her appearance seems to be so oriental, she might be from a Shounen Manga! Not only that, but she was also carrying four swords. Yes, that's right. FOUR SWORDS. Sounds excessive if you ask him...Although they look quite expensive, Kairi isn't keen on taking a weapon if it isn't fit for the Collection.
  
  "Yo!" Kairi casually approached the woman from behind, placing a hand on her shoulder. "What's a beauty like you doing, wandering around this late in the night?" He asked in a genuinely curious tone. Not meaning to woo her, but in actual concern. Things do get crazy during night time. Then again... "Not to mention, carrying a bunch of dangerous, totally lethal weapons out in the open? You're practically asking for the cops to come and get ya!" He casually remarked, chuckling as he stroked the grip of one of the blades the woman had in her possession, specifically, the one on her back.

  Out of everything that Minako had predicted that Carlos would do, she had to admit, using condiments to knock them over was not one of them. Minako would immediately try and stand up, seeing as Tucker was making a recovery, only to be knocked down by Carlos once more--This time, with the intent to murder as his blade was raised in the air, about to strike.
  
  Minako, now finally stood up from the condiment slippage, immediately rushed towards the wolf-headed War Criminal and right as he would swing his blade down on Tucker, Minako would thrust the blade of her Naginata onto his back...

  Ruby glanced at Yang before spotting what would be Penny, which seemed to cause Yang to be surprised at this reveal.
  
  "Penny! She's here!" Ruby exclaimed in glee, soon noting the Beowolf that Yang punched standing back up, ready to pounce on her. Just as the black wolf lunged at her, Ruby flourished her scythe and quickly swung it in a striking motion, slicing the beowolf in half. Just then, another Beowolf rushed towards Ruby, who dodged it quite easily, and was now rapidly approaching Penny instead.
  
  "Salutations, Ruby!" Penny answered as she finally got some of the swords to return onto her back compartment, soon noticing Yang. "And Yang, too! What a pleasant surprise!" She said as she swung her arm, the left over swords slicing through the wolf in half. "It's a pleasure to see you again!"

  "A bitter student rejected from our academy decided to attack. Some people can't handle these things." Kurt looked backed to the young prospect being driven away in a cop car. "I'm sure you don't have to deal with this. Honestly, most of the fights I've had with would-be students had us try to convince them to get them into the school."
  Noticing the time of day, the mutant looked back to the boys. "Speaking of school, I have a class to teach myself. Auf wiedersehen!" Saluting with his two fingers, he left the scene with another BAMF.​

  Why do they all stand around like this? It's just a giant chicken, and they're probably not gonna eat the thing. A disfigured purple fellow hid from a distance and watched the general commotion, hid behind a trench coat. I know I'd be more cautious if I just fought...the Parasite. I guess it's been a few months, though. Maybe that's enough time for people to forget that they're delicious.
  Through his dry, power-hungry eyes, the Parasite saw a familiar face. The fastest man alive? If I know anything about that guy, I know he's a ball of energy. I might be able to take on the League with that kind of juice!

  His spouse snarked back. "Well that's news to me. We'll call you once we find it. "
