Fantasy Between

She could faint in his arms xD he will be seriously torn between dropping her and carrying her. Would probably end up doing the latter.

Patrick to Rudy: Damn right, you'll carry the girl. You don't have to like it, son, but it's a man's duty to care for the women around him. And you'll do so, you understand?

And then she's gonna wake up and be all "See? This proves your inherent good nature." And go all starry-eyed, which would serve him right to be honest.

@Red Thunder the feminist in me wants to disagree with Patrick. The feminist in me is easily overpowered by the prissy wimpy woman-child, who heartily agrees.

Chastity: *looks up at Rudy woundedly, eyes wide and betrayed and shimmering with unshed tears, bottom lip wobbling to a degree precisely calculated to induce maximum guilt*

I believe in the ways of the gentleman. I don't care if feminists like it or not. I will respect women until their heads explode. But Rudy isn't me. He is a tsundere jerk.

@The One Called X Must. Resist. Urge. To engage. In gender. Role. Discussion.

And how. To quote Uncle Iroh: "I poured you the tea because I wanted to, and for no other reason."

Rudy: is cut to the quick but plays it tough and gives inspirational but harsh tough love speech.

@Red Thunder I went through a feminist phase in my early teens. Now I kinda don't like to identify with the movement, which is kind of a shame. But then, all movements go kinda crazy when the majority of their goals have been achieved, because all the normal folks go back to their regular lives and leave the movement to the extremists.

tl;dr I appreciate chivalry (being considerate is always good) and believe that politics are only important insofar as they allow people choices. And policing those choices (for liberalism or conservatism) never leads to anything good.

Also, Iroh FTW

@KingHink Chastity: *tears fall, sniffles* it's okay. I forgive you.
