I don't know how it works in London, but if you refuse meds here, you can be taken to court and the court can rule that the hospital is allowed to force the meds on you through injections if you won't take them willingly.

I didn't really mean to bring it up as anything other than a fun fact, but I should note that that really can only be done in the most extreme of circumstances. They can't just grab anyone off the streets and shove a needle in them. It's typically done with people who have been admitted into a psychiatric hospital under observation for a while and are refusing to take meds that would allow them to function normally in a way they otherwise wouldn't be able to. I.e. A patient with paranoid schizophrenia who is too afraid to drink water because she's afraid it's poisoned. Or a manic patient who is very assaultive to others. Or someone who is hallucinating or horribly delusional in a way that is dangerous.

I think, giving time as nothing but a normal human, she'd get better with social things, and she'd probably end up trying to be friends with everyone without trying to kill them at any point
