"wearing a soul" is used to refer to the animal form or can it refer to both anthro and animal form? If not, Is there a phrase to describe those in their anthro form?

Only the anthro. The soul is the animal form. Since the anthro form is structurally human you are technically wearing your soul like a covering. Hence the term."wearing a soul" is used to refer to the animal form or can it refer to both anthro and animal form? If not, Is there a phrase to describe those in their anthro form?
