She nodded and frowned, squeezing his hand back, not knowing what to say right now, just wanting to be in their bed and resting, just staying quiet the whole time until they were finally back home and she went to make some tea, standing at the counter and staring into the cup until she heard him stepping in behind her, "I'm gonna ask you a big ask right now.... and I don't care how selfish it seems... But I need you to not go away right now." She told him quietly, looking up finally. "I need you to stay home from this tour. I hope I never have to ask this again but I need you here."

He pouted at her a little and grumbled "I hope we were cause I feel like it might be a while til I can give you the lovin' you deserve." He winked at her, "What did your Mom say about bringing Maya?" He asked her, just wanting some cuddles from his little one. "Has uh... Has Austin or anyone come down yet?" He asked her, a little hopeful but not sure.

Noah took a deep breath and nodded "I'll call in just a minute." He murmured before kissing the side of her head gently "They haven't made the announcement yet so we should be good." He murmured "Let me go make these calls and then I'm all yours."

Max nodded and gave a heavy sigh "She's on her way up here. Uh....Austin came up here. They're um.....they're going to be making a statement about you here soon. They've all agreed that you take a step back to recover, and in that time they have someone come fill in." She explained

She nodded and frowned a little "Noah.... I'm sorry." She told him quietly before he left the room, feeling bad that she was asking such a big thing of him but right now she needed him home and she wasn't sure that him being gone would be good for him either. She went to curl up on the couch with the TV onfor background noise, hearing him arguing with someone for a minute then eventually his footsteps to come back, "Everything okay?"

He frowned a bit at that "I guess they still gotta tour." He mumbled, rubbing at his face "What if... What if everyone likes the replacement more than me though?" He frowned, already starting to worry about it

Noah came into the room after his phone call and nodded some "Yeah.....they uh....manager and label weren't too pleased. I told them they could suck it though." He murmured before pulling her to lay with him "You need or want anything else from CVS when I go get your prescription?"

Max frowned a bit and shook her head "No baby they've assured me you'll be welcomed back with open arms." She murmured before kissing his cheek gently.

She shook her head and frowned a little. “You okay to go? I don’t want you getting harrwssed by that chick.” She frowned. “What… what happened?” She asked him. She’d kinda heard him when he’d got home but she’d been so focused on everything else since and now she wanted to forget what was happening, resting her head on his shoulder, holding his hand a little tighter.

He nodded and frowned a little. “Okay… if they promised.” He frowned a little, “will you wake me up when she gets here? I don’t wanna miss it.” He told her quietly.

Noah frowned and gave a small nod "Yeah I'll be alright. I've been watching to make sure no one is following me now." He explained giving a small sigh "Well she was getting super close in my personal space, then kept calling me handsome and babe. It freaked me out because I asked if I knew her and she was like 'Babe what are you talking about?'" He explained shuddering a bit "I think I might say something about it because it wasn't right."

Max nodded and gave a soft smile "I promise I will." She murmured while she watched him drift off to sleep.

She nodded and frowned, rubbing his arm gently, "You want me to go with?" She asked, not wanting to leave the house at all right now but not wanting him to get bombarded either, "I think.... I'm gonna give this wedding to Sarah if I can and we're gonna leave for Yosemite first thing Saturday morning." She told him frowning.

Will groaned a little as he was pulling himself up off the couch to go see his girls in Max's study, shuffling through the house and smiled a little hearing both of them giggling as he stepped into the room "What is happening in here?" He asked, watching Maya playing with some of the props Max kept for when she did home shoots for people "Are you beiing a silly goose Maya?" He asked her, moving to sit down on the chair she had in there by the window, holding his arms out when Maya started heading over for him. It had been a rough go of things getting him to where he could go home and they'd wanted to keep him for another few days just in case but after promising Max that he would be on best behaviour and relaxing he'd finally ocnvinced her to let him come home a little early.

Carmen sighed quietly as she headed into the house to hear more voices than just Noah's and grumbled a little when she walked in to see their living room had been turned into a makeshift studio again, quickly taking a photo of Noah sat on the floor sneakily then headed to put her stuff down and get changed into her comfy clothes before going back to see him, "Hey, what time do we have company until?" She asked him as she plopped down next to him. Things had been a little rocky between them since losing the baby and she washoping that things were going to settle down again with them both back in their routines. "I was thinking I could make us some ramen tonight. Like proper ramen not the instant stuff." She suggested, resting her head against his shoulder while he was working on his computer.

Max smiled softly at the two of them and closed her computer as she finished up editing. The past month had been rough to say the least, but she was thankful to have him home and on the mend. She got up and went over to him giving a small smile "I got something for you while I was out earlier. Its on your nightstand." She said happily.

Noah put a pause to what he was doing and gave a small sigh "Probably another two hours? We gotta get this done." He said softly before rubbing a hand on his stuble. The label had been pushing them a little harder lately since the cancellation of the festivals. He'd been stressed by that and also stress from the loss of the baby was making things worse.

She nodded and sighed a little "Alright. I'll prepare myself for four then." She mumbled, pecking his cheek and got up to go get some admin stuff done, hoping things would settle between them soon. She got a couple more photos of everyone sat around their lounge to post later on then left them to it, hiding away in her room with Void.

He raised an eyebrow as he held Maya on his lap a little "Oh yeah? You wanna go get it or tell me cause I don't have the strength to go upstairs right this minute." He told her, his free arm around her shoulders, "Maya show Mommy your puppy face." He told her, giving Max the same one as well

Noah gave a small sigh as she left and went back to his computer "Carmen's making dinner, you guys good with ramen?" He asked them not looking away from his computer.

Max smiled some and stood up to go get it "Maya has to come with me." She said before picking her up and leaving the room. She came back in with Maya running over to him holding a ziplock bag with a positive pregnancy test, her new shirt on as well reading 'Big Sister'.

She frowned a little as she heard him and just shook her head, walking back out. “I meant dinner for you and me Noah. We don’t have good enough in the house to feed five people.” She called to him, at this point no longer caring if the others heard her or not.

Will smiled and reached out for her. “Hey what does your tshirt say? Oh my god Maya you’re gonna be a big sister? Does that mean mommy’s having a baby?” He grinned, reaching for max to come sit with them as well. “Maybe we should go on more honeymoons.” He chuckled, kissing her softly. “God I love you.”

Noah frowned deeply and ran his hands over his face "Sorry! Misunderstood is all!" He called back to her before looking at Nick shaking his head "Don't, just don't." He muttered.


Max smiled widely as she made her way over and kissed him lovingly "Yeah we're having another baby. I love you too handsome." She said happily giggling as Maya pushed them apart.

He sighed and shook his head, not about to say anything with other people there.

Carmen looked up when the door to her room opened and she saw Noah walking in, finishing off the e-mail she was doing and closed up "They all gone?' She asked, standing and stretching before stepping closer and slipping her arms around his waist, burying her face into his chest, "I got that appointment tomorrow with the fertility clinic... you working or can you come?" She relaxed a little when she felt his face pressing into her hair, just standing in the quiet with him for a minute until his stomach growled "Come on, let's get you fed." She smiled a little, heading to the kitchen with him

He gasped a little at her and shook his head "No? Me and Mommy not allowed to kiss?" He chuckled, having to pause after that to catch his breath for a minute and smiled at them both. "Oh dear. I think we're going through a clingy phase." He said quietly, "I think I'm gonna go lay down for a nap but you are both more than welcome to come hang out." He told her, kissing her quickly when Maya's attention was pulled towards one of the cats for a moment

Noah held her close to him and nodded some "Yeah I'll be there, already told the guys." He murmured before heading out with her "I was uh....I was thinking maybe we could ya know...have some sexy time tonight?" He asked biting his lip gently. They're intimacy had been very limited since everything and he was being very patient, he just wanted maybe a little something if she was up for it.

Max smiled happily and nodded some "I think we'll go start on dinner. I also called and set up an appointment to get checked out, its in two weeks." She explained while she made sure the cats were out of the room before leaving with them.

She frowned a little and shrugged "If you're still up for it by that point." She told him quietly, going to start on dinner, frowning at the text that came through though and just shook her head "But that's..... That's not fair." She mumbled, staring at the excited message from yet anet back to other of their friends who was announcinga pregnancy, "Mike and Lana are having a baby." She told him quietly, turning her phone off and started pulling out food to get cooking, going to pour herself a large glass of wine as well. There had been so many announcements the last year or so but especially now that she knew that two couples they knew were announcing. "It's not.... They only stopped using protection because he doesn't like how it feels... She told me they didn't care about having kids." She muttered, gripping at the counter.

Will nodded, "Long as it's added to the calendar. I think I can clear my busy schedule." He teased her a little. It had been nice having the time to think about his own solo prokects but he was definitely missing working on Lorna Shore stuff for now. "Hey have you uh.... Have you talked to Carm recently?" He asked her "Cause I was talking to Pete about when I can get back to work and he was saying that Noah's manager is having a hard time getting much good work from him cause all they're doing is fighting constantly. Says it's seeping into the music now." He told her frowning. "Obviously I'm hearing this through a chain of people but I was wondering if you'd heard anyrhing?" He asked her curiously, always looking for a chance to get gossip from anyone. "Don't look at me like that I'm just curious." He told her a little defensively

Max frowned deeply at the mention of Carmen and shook her head some "No....she hasn't really talked to me since the wedding. I've been texting her and sometimes I get short responses, but I feel like I did something wrong." She admitted quietly "I miss talking to her."

Noah frowned deeply and sighed heavily "Carm.....I....I don't know why its not working for us. I know it feels like it isn't fair, but we'll get our chance. We're taking the right steps to get there." He said trying to be as comforting as he could be. "Have you maybe talked to Max about all this? She lost her first with Will too remember?"

“Feels like it’s not fair?! There’s no feels like about it. It’s straight up not fucking fair!” She snapped, rubbing at her face. “I can’t do this anymore.” She muttered, standing up and grabbed her keys off the side, heading back out to her car without another word to go for a drive, trying to avoid blowing up on him.

He frowned a little and shrugged. “Well maybe she’s been busy.” He suggested, starting to head upstairs but had to pause and frowned a little. “Babe… I need some help getting up.”
