He looks at her and gives a brief smile back. He opens the new cell door and closes it and locks it. " Please don't go anywhere I'm going to get some of my stuff " he looks at Kaya with a hope that she would listen. And he head out back to the main boat to his room to collect his bag

Liliana frowns as she looks at the sea, maybe she could pretend the ship got in an accident or something so she had no reason to bring Kaya to the Fire Lord, because of course she could do that, but then Kaya will end up dead anyway "Zuko was going to check the southern water tribe next, maybe we'll find something there first." she mumbles.

He collects his bag from and his room and comes back to the small ship. He sees Liliana looking at the sea and thinking. He asks " Liliana are you okay ? Is there something on your mind "

Kaya entered the cell and sat down without complained. Escape had crossed her mind, looking around the cell and taking in potential avenues of escape. However these were all contingency plans in the likely event the two aimed to actually follow through and sell her out to her monsters.

Still even if she did intended to escape it would not be straight away. She still needed to recover from earlier and needed to find away to get her water skin back from Haru for both practical as well as personal reasons. Any escape had to go through Haru maybe while she was being moved, it will be tricky so she needed to be as strong as possible. The moment she was strong enough she would spend her time in the cell exercising. A painful lesson learned the last few days was that she could not expect any help and she needed to be ready for anything.

"Just thinking." Liliana says and she glances at the soldiers who are boarding "Which I will discuss with you later." she adds while opening a map, they could head to the fire nation capital and then maybe somehow set the ship on fire, but that might draw attention to other fire nation ships and sure they would rescue her and Haru, plus the soldiers, but they'd leave Kaya for dead, she whistles and a bird lands on her arm "We might need you." she whispers to it.
