Hello! How goes your character sheet? I'm sorry for pestering you, it's just I haven't seen a WIP character sheet in the character sheet thread. I'm here to help you out, so please, if you're stuck on anything, let me know.

Probably Claudia. I think they're the same age and Vivi will be very interested in knowing why she joined up with High Tides. I want to see if Vivi can find any purpose to their destruction. If they're just a bunch of crazy people, she might have to take her chance to leave them. But if things work out, she'll have the possibility of revealing her power to whoever she thinks she can trust.

This is some criticism for your character sheet.
1. For technomancy, how does your character control the machine? Do they touch the machine, and gain operation of it, or how does this work? If it's something your character can do at a range, it'll place a lot of strain on them, the farther the object.
2. Where does the title, Orange Dragon originate from? How did he get the title?
3. I'm assuming he got surgery, if there's metal nodes on his spinal column, or what's the significant of the metal nodes?
4. Those supplies and tools are fine. A laptop powered by Amitite will be extremely powerful, but I would be careful, since Amitite is extremely reactive. For this world, must people use Amitite for bigger entities rather than a laptop. I'll assume your character made the laptop or got it from someone skilled in that trade.
5. For capabilities, I'm assuming for mental strengths, you mean your character is well versed in engineering knowledge. For physical strengths, there's no technology yet for linking someone's body to an Oracle, but there will be in the future, or I can have your character be an experiment for the Eranyne Empire, or a terrorist faction (Not High Tides), allowing you to have that ability at the start of role playing.
6. For history, you can certainly steal an Oracle, but unless you had help, I don't think it's realistic, since the Empire will have you on their wanted list. I would probably take that part out, but we can compromise, if you add that he was aided by others who were caught in his place. I'm assuming your character wasn't present during the Barton incident, and that they were located in Cainan City during the time. That's completely fine. Also, I'll allow you to modify the Oracle, but no major changes, probably just paint detail and a few technological applications (Such as processing and radar), but nothing like improved barriers/thrusters/weaponry/etc.
7. Your custom Oracle looks alright to me, but this is only a reminder, students don't receive their custom oracle until later on in the role play.

1. Your character, since they're a student will obtain their Auger, before they obtain their custom Oracle, are you fine with that?
2. You will experience the gift of data while you're in Cainan City during the same time Vivi and the other students received their Auger. Are you fine with that? Or does that make you want to make a new character?

4. What faction do you want to work with, or do you want to remain neutral? I'm assuming you want to join the EMF.
5. Do you have any side characters that you want to utilize to aid your character?
6. What about the role play interests you the most?

I don't expect them to really hit it off. They may become friends, but I don't imagine they will have the chance to grow close. In any case, ally would be the best choice, but that depends on what type of person Claudia is. And they will start talking during the food part since that seems like the most relaxed place based on the choices available. Vivi will approach Claudia neutrally, not revealing her Auger.
