From where? If Sugiru did transform I doubt he could break through thick stone walls. He isn't the Colossal Titan.

Well the guard will leave thinking Sugiru is locked away, so if there's a screwdriver hidden then he could open the lock and still leave

Well basically titans have broken through wall rose and a titan shifter prisoner escape (cause he eats humans) and there was a little battle and now he's captive in the war titans hand.


The titan shifters are being threaten by the judge in court to leave their branches cause of this eating human shifter, expecting that the rest will do the same in time so they only got a few days.
