EDIT: Uh, Dungeon Master Dannigan here.  Don't ask me how all that got up there...  It just kinda happened.  (Hee hee.)  =)

*Dungeon Master Dannigan polymorphs Cap'n into a Felane.*  There.  Now Powerpaw will agree with you.  Mrs. Hesperus might want to hide her wardrobe when you're shedding, though.  =)

Mrs. H has a dog and many cats living with her, she's well used to pet hair...

I've been pushing for wolf smilies for a while back upon a time, but ended up having to contend myself with using this all by my lonesome

That said may have to redesign the banner to reflect the updated WW. Not saying it will have kitty smilies, but not saying that it won't either

I really like that wolf smile!  The expression seems so content.  =)

@Sherwood  Hey, bud!  Re: your last post.  You realized what Luna's asking of Shalin is impossible, right?  And for the same reasons sorcerers Nivirea and Otiorin cannot share spells with anyone?

Wizards can only share spells with other wizards (that's why they have spellbooks, to collect spells).  Sorcerers cannot share spells at all (no spellbook; it's all in their heads).  Luna the character, being a Wizard, would certainly know this; so if you want to, you are welcome to adjust her post.

Plus, didn't we cover this a short while back with Luna and Nivirea or am I forgetting something?

I thought Shalin was a fellow wizard, the same as Luna. If it was mentioned that his character class is different, i missed it. In any case, it was with a try.

No.  He's called "The Silent Sorcerer" because he's a sorcerer.  =)

There are so many different spell casters in Pathfinder, sometimes I can't keep them all straight in my head! Lol

GM to NPCs: "All right, you silly people in my head!  I've got a report that some of you might be masquerading around as Wizards and it's confusing some of the PCs!  I'm going to search each of you for spellbooks to see what's what...  starting with you!"

Powerpaw raises his paws in mock-surrender.  "I gots nuffin', I swearz!!"  =)

I don't think I have anything to post at present (just to clear that up in case I'm being waited on). Nivirea's basically still just standing there and making note of everything going on around her *woof*

Bria appears and gives you a happy wave followed by other people..  "Hi-hi, everyone!  Merrrrrry Christmaaaaaas from Bria!"

"And a big seasons greetings from Mamapaaaaw!"

"Happy holidays and big meals from Bonny and Whittle!"

"Stewart here, lords and ladies, hoping you will raise a glass and celebrate in warmth and comfort!"

Sparkle speaking.  May that comfort come in the form of dainty goodies and shiny objects as befitting a dragon.

"Shalin scribing.  And may the warmth come in the form of fond friendships and lasting memories."

"Glider, um, gliding I guess?  Heh heh.  May the flames in your heart light the way to your happiness."

"Fuzzy goof, could you maybe sing a little song for us?"

"Uhhh, me?  Sing?  Whaddya want me ta sing, Bria?"

"Oh, just sing the first thing that comes to mind and add a little Christmas spirit in it?  Pleeease?"

"Uhhh, ooookay!  Here goez!"

(Remember the song, "Silent Night" with its slow and tranquil feeling.  Now add Powerpaw sheepishly singing this.  =) )

"Si - i - i - lent fight...

Ohh - h - h whatta fight...

Sma - a - acked hiz face...

O - o - out went hiz lights...

This message was brought to you from Dannigan and all of the silly people in his head.  Merry Christmas, you guys!  =)

- All.  I should have something up and posted in-game by tomorrow.  Until then, take care and have fun!  =)

Hah! I think that's Wolf-speak for "Pay attention, Sherwood, pay attennn-shun!" =)

Friendly Disclaimer: If you don't know I'm teasing by now, you never will.  =)

Such disclaimers are surely wholly unnecessary. I mean, for whom? Everyone in this team is either your wife or decades-old friend or a wolf...

Who wouldn't get anything by now? *woof*

Unnecessary to all perhaps except one whose feelings are dear to me - Sherwood's.  =)

An example: Years ago, in one of Sherwood's Robotech games, I found a comment of his that seemed to need correcting, or at the very least, explaining.

Being curious to the facts of the matter, I pointed out this apparent mistake to Sherwood...

...who went off on me.

"Why are you giving me a load of crap?  Don't you ever make mistakes?" he asked.

I knew then that I had caught dear Sherwood on a bad day.  And yey, I thought, who hasn't had a bad day from time to time?

I kindly but firmly expressed myself to Sherwood who seemed to listen but did not reply.  I felt he knew that I had meant no harm, and I was willing to give him benefit of the doubt as he deserved.

Because the power of our long-time friendship greatly outweighs that of our personal egos, we were able to move past one ugly moment back into many, many months of fun and good times.

So my disclaimer is present just in case I happened to catch dear Sherwood on another bad day.  That's all. =)

What I meant was, if you're as close as you say, any such disclaimer oughta be implied by now - bad days or no bad days.

Might be that you two are just too grown up for me *woof*

It's just a difference in approach, really.  "Different folks need different strokes."  I just try to be the best friend I can by learning about their needs as an individual and then having a compassionate approach to those needs.

As for having a "grown up" approach, I guess I am guilty as charged there; when in doubt, I like to let my "Adult" do the talking (as opposed to the Parent or the Child).  =)

Ok, so I didn't use my brain on that day;  I had the dumb.  It could be worse; I might not be a gamer at all!  Then I'd have the dumb all the time!

Right!

I'm not getting on your case, Sherwood; I'm just trying to give a good example where our friendship won out over a bad day!  And I'm glad for that!  Besides, you guys have seen - I've my bad days too as bright as I like to be.  =)

Indeed.  Everyone has an off day; at least we are all good enough at being friends to let the bad slide away.
