"Im almost enlightened at your words" he said sarcastically, but still managed to retain an amount of charm.

"Let's just get this walk over with so I can go home," said Cecilia.

"Shakespeare," said Cecilia. "You have a good taste in literature, Daniil."

"Thankyou. Macbeth, is one of my favourite plays." He replied, pleasantly surprised that she had knowledge of literature.

"I prefer Romeo and Juliet," said Cecilia. "Though I do enjoys Macbeth."

"For never was a story of more woe than this of Juliet and her Romeo." He quoted with a smirk "I alway thought it depressing and how easily their deaths could have been avoided"

"It is," said Cecilia. "Though I can never imagine killing myself for a man."

"Nor i for a woman" he said with a thoughtful look "Im not sure i want to meet a woman who'd have such control over life"

"There are much better things to die for," said Cecilia.

He looked over "Hmm... would you give me an example?" He asked with a curious look

"A cause you believe in," said Cecilia. "For me, it'd be women's rights."

"A suffragette then" he nodded "i can respect that"

Cecilia smiled proudly.


"I'm attending a rally tomorrow," said Cecilia. "Are you sure you'd be able to handle a suffragette as a wife?"

"Of course i can. My mother is one" he said with a smile

"Really?" Cecilia said. "Nothing bothers me more than watching women waste away their lives in kitchens or the nursery when they could be out making a difference."

"I do agree. After all being brought up by my mother had its ups and downs. Although i respect a womans wishes and equality between genders." He said with a knowing air about him

"I wish my mother agreed," said Cecilia. "She's never approved of anything I've done."

"Is she like my father? He believes tradition is the only way of life." He sighed "he's ignorant to the changing world"

"Mummy is exactly like that," said Cecilia. "It bothers me to no end."
