If your planning to have more than one technically the baby is the size of a seed of a watermelon. At week four a baby is the size of a poppy seed. And if it is an speeded up pregnancy it will kill Peach in the process due to the fact the body can not take that much change so fast so either she will die or loose the child or children Even if it is more than one it doesn't start showing until the mother is at least at her first trimester and nothing you will say that will convince me or anyone that her showing is logical.
