Hajime managed to wander away from her negative thoughts at her teammate's words, blinking as she moved to observe the scene for the first time. She looked over at Rin, expression surprised by his sudden words.


"A-Ah, I'm fine..." She assured the half demon, quickly looking away as she did. She didn't want to burden him with her bad mood. She leaned down, kneeling as she took some of the web between her finger tips.


"It's definitely some sort of spider demon..." She commented, although her voice gave away her distant thoughts. "They're usually pretty distant from human civilization, though. I have to wonder what brought them here, to a bustling city."

 

[Apollo]

"Probably for food..." Kazuki added.

 

[Alldahluvlybad1s]

"Not its a type of web...." Izuni looked at Kazuki,"Hold still" she said as she placed it on his face and made a go-t with it  
and pulled it off quickly kinda like waxing

 

[Apollo]

"Ow! That wasn't funny you little....! Just wait, I'll get you back." Kazuki warned, glaring at the girl.

Hajime couldn't help but stifle a laugh at her classmate's actions, smiling under her hand despite her upset mood. Even if Aya didn't want her being here, it wasn't like she could force her to leave; right? She hoped so...


"If they came here for food, then that's highly questionable as well. They usually eat wildlife. But, there could always be a shortage."

"no, no, no Feel your face!" izuni said as she rubbed her hands on his face,"Its smooth now.... so The spider used this web too...." she wanted kazuki to finish the sentence

 

[Apollo]

"Wax people's faces?" He answered the last part of the sentence.

 

[Alldahluvlybad1s]

"No.... To take people, so then they can't run as they are taken!" she slapped some more on his face,"Try taking it off"

 

[Apollo]

"Gah, I wish you would stop putting things on my face!" He said as he tried taking it off but instead ending up getting his hand stuck. "I see, really is hard to uh take off." Finally, he had yanked it off, leaving another smooth patch of skin.

"That would be logical." Hajime commented, glasses glinting lightly as she observed the scene. "But something doesn't quite add up here...There's no reason for spider demons to prey on humans, when the woods nearby where they usually live is bustling with wildlife." Placing a hand to her chin, she closed her eyes in thought. "Unless...They're not killing the humans, and are doing something else completely. Like, kidnapping them."

 

[Apollo]

"Kidnapping them? For what purpose?" Rin asked, tilting his head..."I don't follow."

Hajime crossed her arms, frowning at the thought she was about to share.


"A tamer could be controlling them, or even a higher level demon. As to why their master wants people kidnapped, I can't say, but it seems lik a possibility."

 

[Alldahluvlybad1s]

"No, I've hread of a demon that would take people once out of the year and then eat as many as it could on a full moon.... that or it finally tasked human flesh and wanted more?"

 

[Apollo]

"Actually, Hajime makes more sense. Their could be a tamer doing so, but I kinda think it's a demon. I've had this strange feeling." Rin commented. Ever since he had entered the forest he had gotten a strange feeling that a demon was presence. Not just a spider, but something more powerful.

"That could also be it..." The archer sighed, adjusting the strap of her quiver subconsciously as she did. The stress from her confrontation with Aya was starting to wear at her intuition, something she usually prided on. "This is all so vexing, but we can't let whatever is out there harm anyone else."

"well lets look up the spider at least" izuni stated 
Opal walked behind taro and saki as they walked around town

 

[shattered]

"Let's split up, it's faster." Taro stated after not wanting this to take too long. "If that's the case then I get to decide teams this time." The demon scoffed, glaring at the redhead. "Newbie and Taro. Saki comes with me. No exceptions." Cyril declared not allowing the others to say no. Taro figured it was fair enough even though he rather had been with Saki. "Let's get going." The red haired tamer smirked, "It's me and you, Opal."

((So who did you all decide on was going to get kidnapped again?))


"Right..." Hajime nodded, mind elsewhere.

"Okay" opal said and followed taro

Saki wasn't pleased with Cyril's decision. He acted purely on emotions and hatred. That's probably why he decided to pair up Opal with Taro. Of course, he didn't want to be with the weakest link or the laziest exorcist.

"Uh, Hajime to earth?" Kazuki said, tilting his head.

"its earth to Hajime!" she grabbed somemore of that web and poked it on hajime's face,"This is fun"

Blinking, the platinum blonde looked over to Kazuki in surprise. She had to stop letting her mind wander...She could be putting the others in danger by becoming side tracked, not to mention herself. Before she could respond, Izuni had stuck some of the web onto her face; effctively waking the archer up.


"A-Ah! Izuni-chan!" The girl complained, pulling on the sticky substance. She blushed in embarrassment as she peeled the web off. "Man, this stuff is really tough..."

 

[shattered]

"Dammit." The dark haired demon complained after feeling the presence, a presence all too familiar. It had to be none other than that purple haired psychotic demon and her pet spiders. Who else would be behind a spider attack? "Keep up, will you?" He chided Saki, seeing how she was farther behind.

"Huh, I hate that guy." Taro admitted as he walked beside Opal. It was true, Cyril wasn't his favorite person. Then again, who was? Cyril was a jerk to everybody and everything. "We better get some protection." The tamer said before summoning one of his demons, Brago. "Opal, this is Brago. He'll protect you seeing how you have no weapons."

"This is fun although we need a quicker way of getting this stuff off" she turned to rin with a funny smile,"Rin could you hold still?" 
Opal looked at the familiar,"Oh okay, Thank you Taro!" she looked down,"Yeah Cyril is a real jerk"
