thats the unsaid rule that has never needed clarification as no one has ever asked for more than one character from the same fandom. where's the fun in that?

I don't know... it's kinda not fun when a fandom that's full of fun and interesting characters get locked out when one of them is used by someone that's inactive...

Amy said that Doctor Who has already been done. Yes it's a shame that they are inactive, but the fandom has been picked. Wasted on Clara in my humble opinion, but what can you do?
