Goonfire
I CAST GUN!!!
THE PUNISHER
Frank shielded his eyes from the dozens of muzzle flashes and bright-burning payload of white phosphorus. He was silently impressed by the yakuza man’s resilience when he stood. “No luck, but this thing’s gotta come down soon.” He didn’t use his grenades because he risked them bouncing and rolling toward friendlies.
With Nadia calling for them to use light, Castle then ducked and shined his flashlight upon the creature, its rays shielded in part by the flying hunks of cold debris. While doing so, he glanced around, looking for the trails of smoke to pinpoint the person firing the heavy artillery.

Bayonetta
“I see that. Thank you, lovelies,” Bayonetta responded after the fireteam successfully bought her a moment and observed the ineffectiveness of standard ballistic weapons. The rocks flying prompted her to take up a more defensive stance for many of the less-nimble people. She appeared to be breakdancing as she used all four guns to shoot the smaller stones. The bullets shattered them and reduced their velocity until most were harmless, though the hefty boulders were another story. She rolled out of the way of several of the unstoppable projectiles while maintaining her fire.

TRINITY
The firefight happening mere meters away made the operator’s heart pound. He clawed at the frosted ground, gaining little distance as his hands slipped. He then heard a rumbling sound accompanied by a quaking as rocks began spewing into the air and raining down around him. He shielded his head but spied an especially large and jagged one coming right his way. His entire life seemed to flash before his eyes while he forced himself to transfer.
Just when it seemed too late, his Trinity sprang to life and his own body disappeared in a flash of blue energy. He could now see through his own warframe’s optics again, watching the small boulder shatter where his physical form once was. “My warframe is the hand and I am the will,” he stated to himself, recalling the ages-old Tenno mantra.
With the Tonbo in front and the operator in control, Trinity raced forward, parrying the incoming stones. She reached out in the direction of the spider creature with its horrifically dark aura and attempted to siphon minute bits of its life force, converting the eerie alien‘s essence into a purer power to heal the nearby irradiated warbeast.
