Exzalia
One Thousand Club
Two Owls.
Kostsu tackles her against the wall, several sharp instruments impale him but he fights through it, ripping off one of her legs, he goes to impale her but her spike is still in his shoulder and she tosses her up, he smashes against the ceiling.
Fizz launches his attack, she raises one of her appendages to block his blow and he smashes right through it sending her saw flying, but it is enough to dullen it's impact against her reinforced head. She bats him away with a drill and lunges for Joe 01.
The earth arrow hits home cutting through three of her legs, the fire one impales her torso but still she persists crashing to the ground and sliding towards them leaking oil and spilling parts.
She screams. "WHY ARE YOU ALL SO MEAN!"
Quentins fire melts the remainder of her armor, and Kotsu returns with her leg in hand. He leaps in the air driving her leg towards her chest as was his original plan.
"STOP!"
A mental barrier flashes around Joe 77 shielding her from certain destruction. Kotsu attack is rebuffed and he staggers back confused.
It was yellow Owl. "Don't kill her." She says.
"Are you nuts?" Blue owl asks
"You feel sorry for her too don't you me?" Yellow owl says. "We don't need to kill her, she's, she's just another victim. She's not the enemy."
"She's a figment of Joes imagination." Blue owl counters.
"Yes, and in this realm our thoughts take on a sort of life, isn't that what happened with Quentin?" Yellow Owl floats over to Joe 77 who was little more than a pile of half melted scraps. She was crying in that insane way a mad woman cries waling and twitching unnervingly.
"I won't let it end like this." yellow owl says with a vow. "The Mainiacles might kill innocents for the greater good, but I won't."
"you're a fool." Blue owl says.
"I'm you."
Blue Owl snorts. "I buried my compassion a long time ago, and you with it."
"Yes buried, but never gone that's why when you lost your memories you turned into me, into your true self. I was always there me, telling you right from wrong, making you feel. It was me who reacted to the civilians being slaughtered, and me who made you feel compassion for Kotsu when you read his mind, and me who convinced you vampires were not all bad. And now I'm telling you that killing her is wrong and you know I'm right."
Blue Owl crosses her arms. "The heart is not always right, trust your head first. It's not wise to let her live, she'll recover, she'll come after us again." Blue owl turns to the others. "Please talk some sense into me?"
