Backstory/Origin: Ray was once a young intelligent girl who had a iron man like suit which she used to fight crime, then became a brilliant scientist working at her own facility. Her intelligence came from a serum that her father had made. At first it was just something Ray had to inject monthly so she wouldn't revert back to the young child part of her. However a few years later she needed to take it weekly, and then daily. She became addicted to it so that her innocent side wouldn't kick in. Ray's innocent side soon started appearing even when she had the drug, the two different sides battling in her head. Ray tried to advance her drug to keep the other voice out of her head. The drug also had side effects. The excessive use caused her body to not breath properly and she needed a special mask to help her control her breathing. She kept going and even made different versions to enhance other things but the innocent side never went away, in fact the drug just made her more twisted, becoming aggressive and attacking everyone she came across. It didn't take long for her to finally snap as she destroyed everything, her work, her inventions, and even the serum just to try and make the voice stop yelling at her to destroy. Her suit tried to calm her down but she made it kill anyone or anything in her facility. Ray was locked away but the suit broke her out. She destroyed and rebuilt her suit, she made it able to inject the new serum into her whenever in battle. She is now a psycho at large, just wanting to stop the other voices hunger for blood.

The A.I. from Ray's original suit has been placed into a collar that injects her new serum causing her powers.

Enhanced Speed - Anella is incredibly fast for her size and age and while it isn't anywhere near levels of supersonic, or even fifty miles an hour, she's still fast.
Heat Vision - Anella's favorite. As a child she lacked control of this. Now, she embraces it. Anella can eject beams of heat from her eyes to burn through thin wooden objects at the most. More or less functions as a ranged lighter.
Photonic Regeneration - Anella slowly regenerates under any light source, namely the sun. While this is slightly faster than a regular healing factor, this is dependent on light and doesn't function in darkness.

-Prepared for technical attacks
