Megumi sighed once more and nodded her head, looking up at Seiju. She could hear Renk laughing, but pushed that away. I don't see what's so funny. She thought, pushing her tray forward. "It's those damn assassins. Every time they do something it gives me more work to do." She said, sitting up straight in her seat. "But that's what I get for being the Captain."

Michio was sharp but he could think whatever he wanted, she refused to give him a clear answer, especially not with the girl peeking around the corner. Never breaking eye contact from Michio, it was almost an illusion that her eyes began glowing an inferno red from their previous dull amber color. When he charged at her, aiming for her arm with the midset for her to drop the fan in the act of dodging, Arden managed to gracefully dodge by ducking down with her knees and arching her back. Everything seemed to slow down within the few seconds when she ducked down. She saw the opertunity of the unprotected spot, the opening attack point of Michio's stomach area. Pouncing forward, she closed her fan so the attack would be focused more on blunt force rather than sharp slashes. Arden used the fan's heavy weight to try to offset his balance and make him fall by aiming at the gut. Fall bastered..

MICHIO


Michio was taken by surprise by the way she dodged it seems her agility was possibly on par with his but it was definitely the work of an elite training to get her to be able to dodge like that or elite group... but she aimed for his gut.. her moves were very fluid... "no wasted movements, she's attacking me at an open vital area... damn can I even beat this girl" he thought in his head....


Michio almost dropped but that would put her in an advantageous spot... but he jumped straight up extremely high into the air... looking down on her...


He noticed a comrade watching him... "Damn it... any chance to get her to talk went out the window...." he thought but he was defenseless in the air... so he threw 10 throwing knives in rapid succession hoping to distract her as he didn't know what those fans were capable of

Seiju looked at Megumi... he forgot their success with the Teigu's caused problems with her.... "Well what can I do...we can beat these assassins" he said to her... "Let me help"


Renka took a sip of her drink... "Captain... you can get some desk monkey to do the paper work... its late why don't you sleep.. I can keep Seiju company since he doesn't have a room he can sleep in my room" she said

Alice made an attempt to slip past the two fighting members and take a stand next to Santios. He was such an enjoyable person to be around. He was kind, funny, tall and handsome. There was no way that she couldn't fall for him. Fortunately, Alice managed to get past the fighters and to her goal. Looking up at the man, she gave him a small but warm smile, stretching out her arms. "Fun fight we are having, aye?"

Megumi looked back at Remka and gave her a friendly smile. "Both are good ideas, thank you Remka." She said, standing up and yawning. It had been a long, hard, and emotional day full of many surprises, and she was ready to end it. "And I suppose that he can stay with you, just make sure that you will be able to work tomorrow." She said, before walking towards her room. "Goodnight. If anything happens I'll be available."

Michio chocked by have thrown the knives, his last resort in winning. "Pathetic." Muttering under her breath as she dodged the knives by back flipping from the vicinity that the knives were aimed at. All the knives stuck into the ground one by one, could've easily killed her if she hadn't moved the way she did. "I'm returning these." Taking three knives from the ground and throwing them back towards the vulnerable Michio who was stuck falling from the sky. How would he dodge them this time?

Kyou heard the no and laughed to himself at the obvious answer "Well isn't that..." Kyou was cut short by the constant movements of Tremki, he wasn't able to keep up, but his eyes were constantly moving, just moments after the real Tremki had moved. Kyou had a look of pure annoyance on his face when the black door appeared "Of all the..." Kyou took a stance as 50 of the same creep came out of the gate.


Kyou looked at the girl when she put a hand on his shoulder "Then I guess I should stop messing around..." he said and punched the knuckles of his gauntlets together, immediately the black gauntlets gained a red glowing hour glass on them. "You've made four big mistakes," Kyou addressed Tremki, his voice no longer had its amused tone and his eyes had gone cold as ice "One, you BELIEVED me when I said I had no Imperial Arm...Two, you took my mercy and laziness for weakness..." 6 seconds left, Jordan held up a three fingers "Three, you allowed me to constantly make hand gestures and sigh a lot...And Four?" 3 seconds left and wires that were previously hidden appeared in around Kyou and Haru, but they were all intertwined and thicker than they should have been, they also weren't razor wires. The weirdest thing about it was that all the wires seemed to originate from his arms or the inside of his mouth "NEVER let me talk~"


Kyou winked and his amused look came back as he clenched his teeth against the wires in his mouth and yanked on them. The sound of rushing wires could be heard...the rushing sounded eerily similar to a catapult. "We'll meet again creeper~" Kyou hooked Haru under her arms just before they were hurled into the sky. Kyou stretched out his left hand and and wires shout out to latch onto a building and he swung away like some sort of...Spider...man...

Michio was hoping that she was going to use her fan... but he guess he'd have to turn up a notch.. she didn't fall for him leaving himself defenseless but he noticed Alice had left which was perfect. Michio saw her throw three knives back... but he activated Isao Ryushi his armor Teigu.. and it was light armor but it easily withstood the impact of the knives... Michio landed on the ground... she missed her chance to give him a finishing blow... he ran at Arden and in an instant he was behind her. The katana was at her neck and his elbow was at the back of her neck... "Do you feel like talking now"

Arden was taken back by the turn of events that took place in the short few moments but the expression of shock or fear seemed to be the last emotion she expressed. Instead she stood calmly with the katana up to her neck and his elbow pressing behind her neck. Before taking action Arden closed her eyes and took a deep breath in. As soon as she breathed out, her eyes shot open and with a swift movement, Arden grabbed the katana's blade with her bare hand and pushing it ever so slight away from her to slip up towards Michio's face, turning as she brought the fan's ridged blade up and pressed it against his neck. His katana seemed to be pressured even more now up against the back of her neck now that he was aware of her movements. Her hand began to bleed from the katana's sharp blade pressing against her palm but somehow Arden showed no pain, only determination in her eyes. It seemed the battle was at a very deadly situation for both opponents. "No." Her stubborn little voice let out once more in retaliation.

Michio was getting pissed off she wouldn't talk any quick movement and either one of them would die... "Your making this very difficult" he said ...her fan was pressed at his neck.. the thing she didn't know was that the armor could see weak points. He saw how to attack her but all scenario's would have injured either one of them badly.... he then looked at the determination in her eyes... she fought with no disregard to her body... so he'd do the same... Michio gripped the fan allowing it to pierce through his hand the needle pointed edge as he was use to pain and had a great tolerance due to his past... .. he grabbed her other arm after letting go of the katana... so she couldn't counter...he kneed her in the stomach to weaken her legs then jumped straight up with her three times higher then before... "The ground is pretty hard... now who trained you" he asked as in a moment they'd begin to freefall back to the ground.

Arden had finally let out a small chocking like sound when he kneed her in the stomach, the only sort of reaction she'd make within the whole event of fighting. Recovering rather quickly, her expression reverted back to stone cold but still showed a very small amount of pain. Still, Arden refused to speak of her past despite the consequences, especially from the height she'd be falling from. One hand was disabled due to Michio's grip while the other simply dangled whilst holding onto the fan. What to do.. What to do... Can't use both fans... Her thoughts ran blank until she finally decided on using an attack which could end in both their demise. Lifting the fan up, she began fanning. At first slowly then the pace picked up and soon blades of sharpened wind were being produced, due to the awkward angle, it hit both herself and Michio but made sure to hit him more than she. Getting hit with these was the equivalent of getting trapped in a tornado of knives, swords, and other blades of the sort but with only 20% of power being used, it only had the affect of someone charging towards you with a swords. If she fell and was lucky enough, she'd land in the pond but she wouldn't need luck once both her hands were free.

Apollis walked through the streets of the Capitol alone. He wasn't particularly sure when the other Imperial reinforcements were set to arrive, but he was surely one of the first to arrive. 'Well, this place looks like a downright wreck...I guess those assassins really laid into them. Well, I'm sure they'll get theirs soon enough. For now...I should probably say hi.' He said, as the castle came into clear view. Stepping onto the grounds, he could see the remains of battle everywhere.





"Hey! Can somebody help me out, here?" He called out, hoping for assistance.

Santios smiles back at Alice, returning her warm smile with one of his. He looks over at the two, sighing when he heard Alice's remark.


"You got that right. Everything is going a bit haywire today. How are you?"





Santios taps his sword on his leg, smiling at Alice. @Kayzo

Alice's heart jumped when he gave her a wonderful smile. She couldn't help but feel all warm inside. She laughed quietly and shook her head slightly, referring to the haywire day. "I'm doing just fine, thank you for asking." She said happily, turning her attention back to the two relentless fighters. "When do you suppose they will stop?"

Santios looks at Alice, studying her complexion. She was a beautiful girl, and her white hair matched the colors of the night. He looks back over at the two, sighing as he smiles sadly.


"Who knows? If they start to hurt each other even more, I'm going to definitely step in. I'm not seeing anyone hurt each themselves today. By the way, what have you been up to?"





Santios starts to see her fall, and he curses under his breath. He quickly runs off, bolting through all the obstacles that were in his way. He grabs his imperial arm, and lightly cuts Hus stomach, marking his entire body. With a snap if his finger, he removes Hus personal gravity, and jumps into the air, catching Arden. He slowly adds on note and more gravity until they both lightly touch down onto the ground. Santios lays her down as he smiles.





"That was a high fall. You okay?"





He looks up at Michio, and he unsheathes his sword.





"Both of you. I command you both to drop your weapons, now."





Santios said the last sentence with a strict and commanding voice, his smile still plastered onto his face.

"Me? I haven't been up to much, just holdin' down the fort." Alice replied, glancing back up at him. She wasn't sure if she should watch Santios or the fight, as both of them excited her. Suddenly and fortunately, Santios dashed off to interfere in their fight. Heh, now I can watch both at the same time. It was a shame it had to end so quickly, but it was for the better. Besides, there was sure to be a mission in the near future, and she was sure Sin would want everyone healthy.

As she fell from who knows how high, she looked death in the eyes once more like she did plenty of times before. Closing her eyes in expecting quite an impact from the ground, when she opened them again it she saw Santio. It looked like Santio had caught her just in time. As they slowly touched the ground, Arden simply stared up at the captain the whole timr, grateful for him catching her. It looked as if she'd live to see another day.


"Yes, I'm okay. Thank you." Bowing slightly out of old habits as she closed her fan back up, storing it back in her kimono's sleeve. Not a moments later, Santios tone of voice showed slight irritation as he commanded then to drop their Arms. From Arden's perspective, she hadn't done anything wrong besides defend herself but it was honestly just up to Santio from that point on. Great, as soon as I try to gain their trust, this hahe drop

Michio landed safely he was armored the drop was nothing to him... he was upset that Santios got involved but what he was doing was for the group... she could be a spy from the Empire...


"We know nothing about her... at least we know everyone else's history ... she could be a spy for the guard... she's well trained seems like special training. She wouldn't talk and things escalated" he said as he sheathed his sword and deactivated his armor...


"Where's Seiju I'm over this... take her in at your own risk... but I'll cut her down if she turns on us" he says

Santios looks at Michio, Santios's cut slowly bleeding. He looks down, seeing the book or slowly coat his stomach as he takes off his shirt to let the wound breathe. He looks over at Alice, smiling warmly, his blonde hair floating in the wind. He closes his eyes, and opens them up again.


"Arden, Michio. We need to build trust, or we will all start to turn on each other. Arden hasn't harmed you in a single way, and you attacked her for no reason. I want you to apologize before you leave. Were a team. You need to trust. Sin recruitednher because she saw trust in her. Please, do the same thing. And Arden, I apologize for the attack."

Alice could've sworn that when Santios took off his shirt, her heart melted. She blushed slightly and smiled back at the man, her eyes drifting from his eyes and down to his wound. As much as she wanted to treat his wound, she wasn't very good at medical stuff, despite it being a simple wound. Not only is he hot, but he's good at talking. She thought to herself, mentally laughing. She decided to wait it out, not wanting to interrupt the three.

As things came down to a simmer and Santios talked to both of them about trust, with a quick examination it seemed that everyone was also bleeding but very lightly therefor it was nothing to be dramatic about. Both Michio and Arden were bleeding from their hand and Santio from his stomach, how messy. As Michio was asked to apologize and Santio apologizing himself too, Arden slightly shook her head. "It's fine, it's understandable that he doesn't trust me. I apologize myself for being a cause to all this disturbances. I'll excuse myself to clean myself up now, thank you." As she finished speaking in the monotone voice of hers -like she hasn't just been in a fight-, Arden bowed slightly with her hands folded over each other very formally before excusing herself off.


Walking into the base for the first time, Arden was actually quite confused on the layout. Bandages. Bandages.. Bandages..? Blood began flooding her palm which she had to cup the blood in both hands to make sure not to get any on the floor. Oh nos.. A very old habit came back as she spoke in her mind, saying 'Oh nos' rather than 'Oh no' which irritated her and was something that she was trying to break of for a long time. They'd better never hear me say that. Walking slowly to the sink, concentrating on not spilling blood a wave of relief come over her as she finally arrived to the sink. Letting the blood drip into the sink, Arden was rather terrible at asking for directions in fear of bothering people and also because no one was in the base house as of yet so she'd have to wait until Sin, Santio, Alice.... Michio.... or anybody else.


I might as well clean the blood off my hand before it dries. Turning the sink on with her elbow so blood wouldn't get on nob, the cold water poured down onto her hand which began to sting the cut as it cleaned it out. On the outside Arden's face showed no expression of pain like her usual exterior but on the inside she despised this type of pain the most, disinfecting. How tasteless.

Santios watches as the polite girl dismisses herself from the battle ground. He takes out a small medical aid kit from his belt, and takes out the last of his gauze.


"Damn, I need to go into the town soon and get some more supplies. And then I gotta go check up on the kids."





He grabs his backpack, and puts on his hoodie, looking over at the rest of the group.


"I'm gonna go into town and get some supplies. Anyone need anything specific?"

Heh, I need you. Alice shook her head, declining his question. "I have nothing that I need currently, thank you." She said politely, a little disappointed that his shirt was back on. But whatever, I'm sure that there would be many more opportunities to see him somewhat naked, and she just had to anticipate those moments.

Looking over to Santios, Sin seemed to be bored out of his mind "I'm coming...This place is boring and I could use the exercise." walking over to Santios he couldn't help but notice the way another girl he hadn't recognized glare at Santios. Snickering over the small thought he didn't really seem to pay much mind. Walking a few steps in front of Santios he was ready to go whenever he was, not really seeming to give Santios much choice in the matter.

Santios chuckles as he waves at Alice.


"Alright, I guess I'll see you later. And if you could do me a favor, could you please check up on Arden? She seemed pretty injured, but I am not too sure."





Santios catches up with Sin as they both walk out of the building, and they both take a secret path into the town. Santios covers up his face with hoodie, still not knowing if he had a bounty or not.





"Its been a long time since it was just you and me, Sin. Last time I could remember, it was back on the fields."

Seeing as Santios caught up with him as they walked out of the building; He pondered about just how many Night raid members there really were. To him they just kept popping out like a mother with a stomach full of children..That was a bad thought to picture when Santios had mentioned to him about the last time they walked together he shook off the thought quickly and replied "Right..Although that's not the part I mainly remember." he placed his fingers on his eye patch for a moment and continued on "Odd to think it was only a few years ago that happened..So you've been apart of this group longer than I have, what do you think of everyone? And I'm also curious about the last guy you served who was Leader."
