She couldn't agree more. When she was still a guard, she couldn't quite imagine going back to the old times. She was stuck inside the Palace, Kiri was in jail and Aero was mad at her. But now...


A nostalgic feeling rushed through her, something that she had missed. It made her feel complete because this was the life she knew. She smiled to herself after hearing Aero's words. That warm smile, however, turned into something more mischievous with her best friend's suggestion. "I think so too." she replied before running after him as well. Kiri tackled him, making him fall to the ground and she started to tickle him. Lyra took the opportunity of him being held down. She smirked, crouching down in front of him. "Well well, not so tough now, are you?" she teased.

Isaac paused and said" I'm glad your like the place and it's fine let's just say given all events we should wipe the slate clean, also there's some blankets and a pillow to the cupboard on your right should you want some". Issac then went into the kitchen and began to do what's needed to make his home made spaghetti and meatballs.


Spice laughed and said"Oh crumbs i almost forgot the other grandad is really scary for one reason in particular, he hates most women with exceptions to me and grandma of course but give your personality you might be the third women he likes the company of,almost forgot remember he's not into formality it creeps him out".


Spice paused for a minutes or so then said" My dad's younger brother it's a little hard to explain the way he thinks is tricky to most, but if you can see the logic in it you'll have a interesting chat to say the least". Spice paused again then said" My other aunt runs a dojo for all kinds of fighting styles, she scary as hell but if she grows to like you then you have an ally for life".


Zenith cheeky played the bongos for a little and then grinned devilishly at noel and said" I see your a seasoned traveler just as you said and thanks for choosing my ship to sail with". Zenith paused for a minute then with out warning swiftly brought her right in for a hard kiss after a couple minutes then pulls back.

At first Mari was simply in shock and it showed in her expression as well, her eye was stared still up into his eyes but that long silence was broken when she wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him as tightly as she possibly could, which in her case wasn't that tight. Her body pressed up against his and she mumbled something in his ear, "Thank you.. Fujio.." Speaking sincerely with a radiant smile on her face as she pulled back, "Don't go back on your word..!" Reminding him but it would obviously take more than a few words before she showed her true nature to anyone other than her enemy, it was just good to hear that someone would always be there for her..

Fujio smiled when Mari wrapped her arms around his neck, and did his best to hug her back, but it was hard too given that he was carrying her at the same time. "Of course Mari." He was a little sad when she pulled back, but her warm smile immediately cheered him up. "Don't worry, I'm not one to go back on my word." He said, sighing happily.

Mari couldn't help but smile even brighter when he guaranteed his word, letting out a puppyish yawn tired from todays events and Fujio honestly was the most comfortable thing at the current being. "Fujio am I heavy? Are you going to be okay with carrying me the whole way?" Her voice seemed less enthusiastic but rather more tired than anything, it seemed that she simply struggled just keeping her head so she eventually leaned it into his chest. I'll just rest my eyes for a minute.. Closing her eye as she listened to Fujio's voice begin drifting farther away from her consciousness.

"You're not very heavy, so I'll be fine." He said, noticing how tired the girl looked. "Just fall asleep and the next time you wake up we will be in the new base!" His voice was soft and quiet, but enthusiastic at the same time. He glanced down at the sleeping beauty and smiled. "Goodnight..."





Alice shook her head when asked about the new base. She only knew one thing about the new base and that is the rooms are bigger. "Santios said that me and him can finally share a room together, so they must be bigger. So far it's sounding like an upgrade." She said, smiling slight af the kind girl. Alexis has been through so much with her, and she felt that she had to do something to repay her. I'll think of something soon...


After round two, Noel was very satisfied with both of their performances, and began to slip her clothes back on. She had a feeling Zenith wanted another cuddle session so she thought that it'd be best to prepare herself. "Thank you Zenith. That was truly an adventure." She said, smiling over at him.

Alexis grinned, "Oh, now I definetely see why you're so happy." She told her jokingly, nudging her lightly with her elbow. "For real though, I'm happy for you guys and I'm glad he's back for you. I'm sorry that I kind of caused him to die in the first place..and your other friends." She added, sighing. Although, she still didn't remember helping her escape entirely, she was almost positive more than just Santios had died in that fight. Especially considering it was Alexander they were fighting against.

Zenith's eyes hadn't changed still full of devilishness and he said" It's a bit premature to thank me just yet noel chan that was my warm up, i remember you saying last time that you wanted to know if i wanted to see you in it and my eyes speak for themself, but if you don't want to go another round and would rather cuddle that's fine either way the night is far to young for the devil in me to go back to his world".


Spice half laughed seeing the funny and good side but there's also a part of her that couldn't help but shake in worry that she would still be considering a traitor, 'I'd like sera to be right about the whole thing and me just over thinking it that would be some fantastic karma but with my luck at some point it will get ugly'.


After a few minutes spice spoke up and said half smug half sincere"I know i'm often saying stuff and it turns out to be right and i often rub it in because i can but for the first time in a long time i can say i'm scared and hope that your right and it's just me overthinking things".


I hate this feeling i thought i could cut them from my life and i could turn up like nothing happened but i can't seem to keep my emotions in check lately and i don't know what to do".





Isaac is finishing up plating the spag bog with fork and spoon for both and mulled wine and after he a quick clean up then nodded and as the kitchen all but one part the light to exit the room. He walked out and smirked but not an arrogant smirk one of what i'm i doing i've never really had a female friend now i've invited rin over because i sincerely felt bad the whole chain of events but now things probably seem suspicious to rin not that i blame her i'd wonder what was going on if it was the other way round.


Isaac shock the thoughts from his head and came back into the main dinning area/fire place and said"It's ready and it seems you've already made your bad by the fire place".


Some where in an forest screams of assassins could be heard for miles and the blink of a very angry women's shadow as she quickly starts chasing down the one's trying to flee they cry"Monster get away from us".


Morgan smirks coldly and says"That's right i'm i'm a monster that loves taking out the trash now please do me a favor and just die already i'm getting very fed up of having to chase down you weaklings i want to fight and kill members of night raid".

Sin nodded at Santios "I do want to talk." turning around, while the other's seem to trail off another way. Sin lead Santios aimlessly through the forest, once they got a few minutes inside Sin turned his face towards Santios "I know what you're doing here and why you've come back." his eyes narrowed down on Santios for a moment as he adjusted the straps to his backpack. "I want the full story Santios, either that or I'll blow you to bits." he didn't falter with his speech for a second. He did however avoid eye-contact when he could, this should have been for obvious reasons. Sin was preparing himself to kill his friend, if he had to.

Santios continues to follow Sin, seeing that whatever trail they were going was straying away from the main group. There was something off, because they were literally going somewhere that was completely the exact opposite of where they needed to go. Suddenly, Sin looks back over at him, stopping them both. Santios's eyes widen as Sin tells him that he did know, he did know the dreaded truth of Santios. Santios could only clench his fists and teeth as he looks down at the ground, cursing under his breath.


"So you did hear us speak huh? Well, everything you heard was true. When they recovered my body, they found out that I was the perfect blood type and host for the ancient relic of a Danger Beast that gets reborn every time it dies. The Revolutionary Generals and Vice Leaders wanted me for a weapon, they wanted me as the next Alzie. However, my sister wanted me to continue onto my life, since she felt responsible for my death. So, they made a compromise. Make me a death switch that will kill anything in its path, including comrades. They have been beginning to believe that Night Raid is over rated, but my sister defended us. I'm telling you the entire truth Sin. You know I wouldn't lie to you. It's still me, not a fake, not a robot, not a construct. It still is the real Santios."


Santios clenches his fists again, his blonde hair covering up his eyes.


"Please Sin.... I can't leave Alice again... I need to protect her. I love her so much, and I can't just leave her alone."

Ellie rolled around so that her head was next to Tremki's, her feet facing away from his. "Yes, Raven-Chan is perfectly fine. He said, giggling slightly and grabbing his head. "But are you fine? You seemed really scared that you killed me..."

As much as Sin would have liked to feel sorry for Santios, like any normal person would. That was just something Sin lost a long time ago, his expression didn't alter for a second and he knew choices like these come down to logical thinking, emotions were just a distraction. Sin couldn't simply ignore the fact that this man was possibly the biggest threat to Night Raid. "I sometimes wonder if the Revolutionary army is any better than the scum that live in the Capital." pausing for a moment, taking out his teigu he gripped it tight in his hand however still kept it by his side as he continued "Santios, I know you love Alice. I know that inside that fake body of yours, is still Santios." After staring down to the ground and at his teigu he lifted his head up towards Santios "That's the problem Santios, you're an emotional person. Whether you like to hear it or not you let these emotions control what you do, are you really willing to take the chance for the Revolutionary army to pull the trigger and watch yourself slaughter every one of us? Including Alice." he actually let out a small chuckle at his own statements "I'm going to give you a choice Santios, I'll let you travel with us, fight along side us and I'll act as if I don't know any better but if I do that..You'd better hope the Revolutionary's don't pull that trigger on you...Because I'll kill every one them including your sister." aiming his teigu right towards Santios' chest. The only way to kill a biological teigu was to destroy their core, and Sin knew exactly where it was. "Night raid is my first priority and like a father would protect his child, I'll protect them..My second option is I end you right here, explain your story and you'll die knowing that it won't be you to kill those you care for most." he knew that Santios would have the smarts to answer, so Sin remained quite and instead glared at him intently, his teigu still being aimed towards Santios' core.

Santios grimaces as Sin pulls out his Teigu, and aims it directly at the core of Santios. He clenches his teeth, the palms of his hands sweating as his brain swims with complicated and mixed emotions.


"Why do I deserve this? What have I ever done to offend the great "god" that lives up above us? And why must Alice suffer? Why must she be dragged down with me?!"


Santios looks up at Sin, the words of his friend ringing through his years. Santios knows that he is so easily controlled by these tantalizing and addicting feelings called emotions, and his love for Alice was blinding him. But he didn't want to accept it. He doesn't want to leave Alice by herself, he couldn't.


"I'm sure that you might think this is all entirely my fault. It was my fault that I let love blind me, and that I let myself die to save the one I love. It was my fault to fall in love with Alice in the first place."


Santios looks up at Sin, his eyes gleaming an emerald color as he shouts at Sin.


"But if I have to die and suffer to take care of the one I love, to make her happy, to make sure that she doesn't cry a single tear, and that if she does, that I am there to comfort her, so be it! I'll control myself, and I'll make sure that I don't kill everyone. I can't leave her Sin. What none of you saw.... Something that none of you knew..."


Santios breathes as he looks at Sin, his core glowing its beautiful golden orange.


"The night that I came back, the night that I came back to Alice, was just in time. If I arrived a second too late... She would've killed herself. The knife was at her throat, and I was there just in time to stop it Sin. I can't leave Alice, it would be the same result. I do love her Sin, and I am blinded by emotion. But this emotion fuels me to keep Alice alive, to keep the one I love happy. I have to stay here Sin, so I have to pick Option one."

Rin had almost fallen asleep by the time Issac came back thanks to the warm fire, and the floor was surprisingly comfortable though that was most likely due to her lack of sleep. Groggily she leaned up, yawning and stretching, before turning to Issac. "Mhm..the fire is nice, I almost fell asleep." She replied before standing and walking over, leaving the blanket wrapped around her, and sitting down. "It smells good, thanks Issac." She told him, looking down at the food. How it tasted was a different story, however she didn't comment on that, nor did she start eating quite yet. Instead, she simply took a sip of wine from her glass and tried to stay awake.

Sera listened as Spice spoke, concern evident on her face as she did. As much as she wouldn't mind seeing her family, it was clear the idea was bothering Spice even if she hadn'tve said anything. Hugging her tightly after she finished speaking Sera kissed her on the cheek and nuzzled her head into her shoulder. "You don't have to worry about stuff like keeping your emotions in check Spice, after all I'm here to comfort you just as you've comforted me in the past you know that." She told her reassuringly. "If you're worried about going I'll trust your judgement and we don't have to go, simple as that. I wouldn't want them to hurt your or force you to stay, after all. I don't know what I'd do if that happened, especially after today." She continued, obviously worried about something like that happening, especially after Spice said she was scared about going.


"But, lets not dwell on that, we don't have anything to worry about. It's just me and you for a whole week to do whatever we want and talk about whatever we want. If there's something in your mind good or bad you need to talk to me about I don't mind." She added, loosening her embrace but still hugging her gently.

Alexander yawns as he gently butts his head against Megumi, wrapping a blanket around her as he sits down next to her.


"I think you'll be able to take a break from working today, since the rebes have been inactive. Besides, I think this is the time for everyone to relax."


He slips his hand down to the middle of her back, his other hand resting on her lap as he lays his head on her shoulder.

Megumi smiled as Alexander wrapped a blanket around her and held her close. She couldn't help but let out a happy sigh as she leaned into her wonderful lover. "Don't worry Alexander, I was already planning on it." She said, resting her head on his own. "You said you have your own place, right? I think we should go down there a little later and spend some time together." She suggested, not meaning going to pound town but rather just relaxing and cuddling by a fire with a blanket wrapped around them both.


Ellie felt Tremki's face grow a little hotter, and she let out a giggle. "Are you sure you're fine? I can feel your face getting hot." She teased, rolling onto her stomach and looked down at him, her face hovering a few inches above his. There was a warm smile on her face, and her eyes shined brightly. "Or are you just embarrassed that I totally pranked you?"


(Tbh if they do get into a relationship, I don't see them being like Alice and Santios, or Alexander and Megumi. They'd be more like a no kiss, more acknowledge kind of relationship.)





Alice shook her head slightly as Alexis put the blame on herself. In her mind it wasn't the girls fault one bit, and she needed to stop killing herself over it. "Alexis, it wasn't your fault, it was that damn owl's fault." She said, placing a gentle hand on Alexis's shoulder and shaking her slightly. "Even if you weren't there, all of that still would've happened."


Noel immediately stopped putting on her clothes when Zenith mentioned the words "second round." She grinned slightly and began to take off her clothes, hoping back into the bed. "Then let's go for a second round! Hell, I'll go as many rounds as you want!" She said, crawling over to him.

"Might as well go there now then! The house is all ready, and I have even taken the liberty to get all your stuff moved from your room into the house. Also, I have a surprise for you in the house. I hope you'll like it, since I have been keeping it a secret for a while."


He winks at her, teasing her even more with the idea as he let's her down, stopping his savage stomach tickling.

Megumi squirmed around and let out a laugh as Alexander began to tickle her stomach. "Ah, Don't!" She said through her laughter, wrapping her arms around his neck. She secretly loved it when he tickled her only because it was him, if that makes sense. His touch always cheered her up in a jiffy. "A surprise you say?" She asked as she was put down, reaching up and kissing his cheek. "I can't wait to see what it is. Let's hurry up and get there!"

Alexander nods, and he gets up, his short cut blonde hair settling onto his face, covering his forehead. He pushes the golden mess to the side as he grabs his jacket, and wraps it around Megumi. He wraps up the large blanket that he wrapped Megumi with, shoving it under his arm to take it with them. He looks around before opening the door, holding it open for Megumi. He opens the front Gates, and the chariot outside was waiting, one coffee colored horse strapped up and ready. Alexander gets into the drivers seat, helping Megumi up into the tall chariot, whipping the horse ready. The horse neighs, and starts to trot down the road. As they go down the path, Alexander could feel the biting winds of the cold, thankful that he wrapped Megumi up so she wouldn't get cold. They arrive to a meadow like path, leading them straight to the house.

Just as Alexander helps Megumi out of the Chariot, and just as his hand touches the knob of the front door, a loud bark could be heard from the inside. Alexander smacks his forehead with his palm as he sighs.


"Seems as if the surprise is excited."


Alexander opens the door, and instantly, a flurry of fur jumps right at Alexander. Alexander stumbles back as he catches the fairly large dog, falling over backwards, laughing as the dog licks his face.


"Hey, Pogo, down!"

The dog barks excitedly as he jumps off, wagging his tail as he sits down. Alexander stands back up, brushing his jacket as he scratches the dog behind the ears.


"Megumi, meet Pogo. He's a bit crazy, but he's a nice dog."

Alexis sighed, she guessed Alice was right. Even if she wasn't there Tremki or someone else would have went or Megumi would have noticed it alone and things would have probably been worse, probably much worse if Tremki was the one that had went instead of her. They'd of never been found if it wasn't for Alzie in the first place too, Alexis wished she could've been able to kill him but she knew that would've been impossible even if she were at full strength.


"Yea..I guess you're right." She told her, feeling relieved knowing that Alice didn't blame her for what had happened. "Who knows, it might have actually been better that I was the one to find you first instead of the rest." She added. She honestly felt lucky to of met Alice, if she hadn't she'd probably still be helping the Empire carry out its evil deeds instead of being here and helping the Revolution.
