Alexis sighed and returned the half hug. She honestly wasn't sure how people could be so forgiving so quickly, especially after what she'd done, but she didn't care. It made her feel a lot better to know that they'd fully forgiven her, she'd have to make it up to them somehow soon. She guessed with Kiri leaving with Aero, Inou, and Lyra that she'd be their new medic. Hopefully the new base had plenty of open space for herbs and such, she had no clue where they planned on going but aparently it was supposed to be better, so there's that.


"Thanks Alice. It means a lot, really. I feel much better now, and I'm glad we could finally talk without some kind of interruption." She replied. "I wonder if the new base has room for a garden..always wanted a bigger area than my window box. Maybe if it does we could make one?" She added. It was evident she was in a much better mood, she'd been dreading recieving almost nothing but hate from most of the members outside of Alice and Avyn, but surprisingly enough that apparently wasn't the case.

Sera had already been awake for an hour or so. At first when she woke up she didn't immediately remember the previous nights' events so she was slightly shocked to see Spice in bed with her, but then she soon remembered. After she crept out of bed, took a bath, got dressed, etc. Even ordered breakfast to be delivered to their room for them. She figured they had a long day ahead of them and that they'd do good to eat something first. One the breakfast of bacon, eggs, and waffles arrived she walked over to Spice and shook her gently in an attempt to wake her up. "C'mon Spice, wake up before your food gets cold." She told her gently as she shook her.


If she didn't wake up she'd take the liberty of buying some clothes for the both of them and simply coming back later.

Spice snapped awake as the words food reached her ear and her stomach growled loudly, spice face went a little red and then she replied" Thanks sera chan i still feel a little groggy but nothing i can't shake off". Spice began to slowly enjoy her food, her head still slightly ringing from the after effects of letting her emotions out last night.

Sera stifled a laugh at Spices' reaction to the word 'food', it was almost on cue that she woke up to the word. "You're welcome. After all, we have a lot ahead of us today." She told her, smiling and eating her own food. "I'm sure once we get out and start enjoying ourselves you'll be just fine." She added happily. "I figured we could get our shopping done first then go to the fair, if that's alright with you?" She asked. Though, she wasn't sure if the fair was an all day sorta thing or if it only opened at certain times. Either way was possible, she assumed. As soon as they were done eating, they'd leave for whatever Spice agreed on doing first.

Noel sighed happily and nuzzled him gently. "Yes, this truly is a perfect love. Thank you Zenith." She said softly, closing her eyes, pressing up against him, and quickly falling asleep, tired from the amazing night she had with Zenith. "Goodnight..."





Alice thought the idea of a garden would be amazing! Fresh vegetables for Santios to cook with, as well as many different herbs for Alexis to turn into remedies. "I really hope that we have a garden." She said, glancing down at Alexis. "And I'm sure that we can plow out some land around the base and make it ourselves." It shouldn't be too hard to create their own garden, just lots of digging and building. "The project should only take one or two days, and it would be quite fun!"





Megumi felt all warm on the inside as Alexander spoke. She was so grateful that the man had wound up in her life, thankful for everything he has done for her. No one she knew would give up their rank just to be with the person they loved. She quickly placed her mug down as Alexander leaned into her, making her lay down. "You're so sweet Alexander. I want to spend the rest of my life you you." Megumi said softly, pressing up against him, their bodies fitting together like puzzle pieces.

She returned to the two girl's side, hearing their conversation as she helped set up the tents. At first, she didn't mind. She just helped setting up the camp, like gathering wood and all. Then Aero joined the conversation. "W-With you?!" she exclaimed without thinking, dropping the wood she was carrying with her. She lightly scratched the side of her jaw. "I... Ehem. I mean, that's okay." she continued this time with a softer voice. Was Inou really okay with this? Even though she didn't react before, she noted that the Imperial Arm's hostility was always directed towards her when it comes to matters concerning Aero. She picked up the wood and threw it on the fire that was already lit. Sitting down in front of it, she thought back to the last time they went camping and a short laugh escaped her lips.


"Wow Aero. Seems like you could start a fire now. Tired of the traditional way? Last time, you guys tried for a few minutes until you decided to let me use my Imperial Arm."

Inou glared at Lyra in jealousy but aero gave her a scolding glare and mentally told her to knock it off he knew she had feelings for him he just didn't feel the same way...not anymore...he walked up behind Lyra and sat down next to her he laughed "yes I got very anoyed with flint and steel" kiri watched in awe and excitement. she had played matchmaker all these years and it was finally paying off "you know Lyra maybe kiri's right about us" he whispered and slid his hand overtop hers smiling slightly at her "you still ok with sleeping in my tent?"

She continued to watch the fire until he sat beside her. He replied to her as she fondly thought back at the memory. Not too soon after, he spoke again in a lowered voice. She turned to him, slightly dumbfounded by what he said. There was only one thing Kiri does about 'them', and that's pairing them up whenever she could. Lyra rarely overlooked the girl's matchmaking antics.


"A-Aero?" she mumbled, still not believing what she heard. She always thought he wasn't one who would reciprocate her feelings for him but the hand on hers assured her. She smiled back at him as she watched the flames dance his eyes. If he could tell, that gaze was one she wouldn't give to anyone else but him. "Yes, I'm okay with it."

Alexis nodded and smiled warmly, "Yeah I'm sure it'll be a lot of fun. It might not even take that long if I get a clone or two to help." She replied before quickly adding "Oh! She hoped there'd be enough room for them to be able to make one, it'd be great if they could, she'd always wanted one though it was kinda hard to do living in the capital beyond a window box.

Aero laughed at the sight before turning back to Lyra smiling sweetly at her before kissing her softly for a moment before looking at her "I hope that's enough of a sorry for losing my temper with you" he held her hand intertwining their fingers he turned his attention back to the fire

Sin let out a sigh and dropped his arm back to his side, slowly placing his teigu back in his holster. The whole time he didn't seem to make anymore eye contact with Santios the whole time they continued to speak "I thought you'd say something like that..Well, we better hurry up." wondering back off in the right direction he knew that if they kept walking straight they'd eventually run back into the other's. Even if they didn't everyone knew that the Capital was the destination this time round. Sin dredded the thought of this happening, not the fact they were found out but where Sin had in mind was a place he wished to never go again..


(If you want me to think of a place I did have something in mind, I'll use an NPC for one person who'll hardly have much to do it'll just be a side thing)

Tremki knew in his mind that she caught him out completely, startled slightly when she rolled herself on top of him. When she smiled however he couldn't help but smile back looking away and letting out a short sigh "Tremki thinks...Maybe.." he said, half admitting the truth.

Santios nods, and he follows Sin back to the group. The young Teigu was sad. His own friend didn't want to look at him anymore. He was probably ashamed of even calling Santios a comrade. Santios couldn't blame him of course, but Santios has to be here. Who else would protect Alice? Who else would take care of her? No, Santios knew this was the right thing to do, right? He shakes his head, following Sin.

Now they had their privacy. However, she didn't expect his kiss. Before she could properly kiss back, he had already pulled away. It left her hanging, but she was happy. He doesn't know how long she had to keep her feelings to herself. "What took you so long..?" she asked him, tightening her hold on his hand and resting her head on his shoulder.

Kyou once again snapped back to the moment when Haru put her hand in his face. Not good...That other part of me is starting to stir... he thought and looked at Haru. He found it cute how she struggled to think of words to say in order to comfort him, and that in and of itself was the comfort he needed. Kyou smiled and gently took Haru's hand in his before she could pull it away "Oh~ Did you want to say something? Go on then, I'm all ears~"

Haru became a little flustered. What was she supposed to say to him? She has never comforted anyone since she was taken in by her master and the latter rarely comforts her too. "Uhh..." she paused, looking away before looking back at him. She just needed to keep his mind off what was bothering him, right? And there was a saying that she heard numerous times. Actions speak louder than words. "Y-You... uhm... I-It's not fair. You never really give me a chance to... t-to kiss you back." she said, lowering her voice at the word 'kiss'. Saying that was more embarrassing and harder than she thought and right now, she wished she could take it back. It was hard to handle these emotions suddenly raging inside of her.

Kyou smiled warmly at her and leaned in to gently kiss her again, after all his teasing had led her putting herself out there and embarrassing herself. "Happiness, sadness, embarrassment, nervousness... I can feel them all right now. I don't know how to handle them but... I'm not afraid anymore." she started, clinging on his shirt as if to show dependency. "If you leave me, Kyou, I'd probably break. It may sound selfish, but..." and then she trailed off.

Avyn watches the small group of gathered Assassin talk and introduced themself. The mermaid's attention is pulled back to the scene around them. Looking around closely, she finally realizes why her senses were pulling at her. This is the way to the Capital. She should have figured this out sooner since this is the same path she and her master use to go to the Yanaki's home.


"Why are we heading towards the Capital?" The mermaid asks out loud. "Shouldn't we be heading away from the city?" Just then, she hears a groaning behind her back.


"Katsukou's awake!" Avyn yells out loud and her master just responses by groaning once again and turning his head away from her.


"W-where are we?" Katsukou asks and tries to pull away from his Teigu, who refuses to let go of him.

She frowned at him. She didn't like the thought of either of them dying, and she also didn't like having to rely on Kiri's Imperial Arm. The best they could do was to cheat death whenever they can but during these chaotic times, fate is cruel. It weighed heavily in her to know any of them could die any time. Those thoughts were momentarily washed away when he kissed her again, and she definitely wasn't going to pass up this chance. She kissed him back with a passion, all her held back emotions pouring into that single moment. She didn't know if he could feel it or not, but she couldn't quite resist it.
